If anyone is suspicious of company issued RNS's or feel that they are in someway being hoodwinked and there is a greater conspiracy at play then I would remind them that they have the option of taking their stake out and moving on.

It seems contrary to any logic that someone who claims to be invested would constantly drone on and on about non-existent issues. It's gone beyond boring now and is at a point where a rest from these boards would benefit your mental well-being. They say falling in love with a share is dangerous but it looks like falling out of love with a share is equally as dangerous.

The reality is that no-one is really interested in what you post (maybe you should read The Boy Who Cried Wolf as people skip past your posts). Everyone here has done their own research (a lot more than you have) and made their own decisions. I think it's fair to say that most people are happy to discuss both sides of the coin but when you don't listen and continue to act like an odious toad when corrected it becomes a very one-sided relationship.

Your posts claiming to be invested and the concerns you raise being for the good of investors are disingenuous and are sadly a mark of you rather than of any failings with the company.

You keep spouting false reporting, manipulation of RNS's and predicting Armageddon and yet still claim to be invested here. This is a classic symptom of an inferiority complex as you want to be able to claim you were right whichever way the SP moves. You need to get off the fence, remove the shackles and decide whether you are in or out and you have no credibility continuing as you are.

The world is full of radiators and drains - radiators exude warmth, honesty, enthusiasm and positivity. These people smile, inspire and motivate and make life a pleasure for those around them.

Drains on the other hand suck the energy from those around them. They crave attention and are constantly negative and in need of constant reassurance.

As I read this today's news is in addition to the existing roll-out plans for the UK and is a slight diversion from what has been discussed by the company previously.

Chanelle McCoy Health are well established and trade as Pureis in Ireland. They were the first company to receive FSA and EFSA validation. I assume that CBX products would be supplied to Pureis for them to sell under their own brand as I am not aware that CBX have either applied for or received approvals to sell ingestibles in the UK as that was not their primary market.

The CBD ingestible approvals process in the UK is currently a disaster with the FSA moving deadlines backwards and approvals taking forever. If the intention is for CBX to sell ingestible under their own brand this process needs to be a priority as it's unlikely new approvals would be granted this year at the rate the FSA are moving.

I see the news as a positive but it should not detract from the need to get core products out to market in the Autumn as promised on numerous occasions.

Failure to deliver on those promises will have consequences on the SP

@marik - if you've done your research there in 10 minutes you are special. It would take someone that doesn't know the company a few days to even get close to understanding the business.

I actually read it that we didn't go for the cheapest option and his comment was suggesting cheapest isn't always the best!

I guess as individuals we all see words and interpret them differently

It goes some way to balancing the account after yesterday!

There seems to be a groundswell of feeling that the rig needs to be upgraded.

As far as I am aware the rig Mitchell are using is their DB45 which is their largest rig and should be more than capable.

If this isn't up to the job then DM will need to find an alternative drilling contractor or hope Mitchell can source a bigger rig

There are some posters here who seem to want to complain about anything and everything.

I understand the frustration with the Tai-1a drill but maybe leaving this BB for a few days would be a good way to let things settle and take stock.

Today's trend seems to be that the company MUST immediately issue an update on it's plans.

Next week's trend may be that the company should have taken it's time to decide the next course of action.

God forbid there is a problem with the next drill as people would then be shouting that the company rushed into drilling without proper consideration of all the factors.

There is a mass of information from Tai-1a to digest and that will form the basis for the next drill location. If the belief is that the main Karoo Formation does contain large reserves of He then I would think the company will decide Tai-1b is the priority. The drilling pad is in place and works could commence very quickly. As others have suggested it may be that shallower drills in other locations may now be the target to de-risk the programme.

These decisions are not ones to be made on the clamouring of small scale investors/traders desperate to get their money out. The decisions made now may be critical to the future of the company so I for one say that the company should take as long as it needs to ensure it makes the right decision.

This is no time for knee-jerk reactions and with what is at risk I am happy to wait in the expectation that all parties have made the most sensible and informed decisions.

A week spent getting it right now will save a lot of time in the long run

@Ttek - so you bought in at 7p and have not bothered to make a single contribution in the way of research or opinion in all the time you've been invested! Now you feel the need to tell us that you are leaving.

You claim "no clear direction". The direction was perfectly clear and I didn't see you commenting that there was no clear direction when the company appointed Mitchell, put forward the proposed drilling targets, decided to change first drill target to Tai, updated us on initial He shows, explained the lost drill string etc. Where were you then? These developments were far more important than your decision to sell out.

You state you've lost all confidence in "what they are doing" - who? HE1? Mitchell? What are your qualifications in geology and drilling? What would you be doing instead? Do you actually have anything to add by way of what could be improved or do you just want to whine?

I'm pleased to hear that you won't be buying back in as quite frankly the board is much better off without people who clearly have no experience of what exploration companies do and expect immediate riches.

PJ - I am down on paper a substantial 5 figure sum as a consequence of today’s news but remain pragmatic. I’m not looking to blame anyone. Reward comes with risk and I stand by my investment decision here and have no intention of selling before the drilling campaign is finished for good or for bad.

There are a few people here that need to take a break from the board. It has been a stressful day for everyone invested here (and also for those trading).

Some people clearly feel the need to find a scapegoat. There is no-one to blame for the drill results. This was a maiden drill in uncharted stratigraphy and what some fail to appreciate is that the chances of success were around 1 in 5.

So we are where we are and we go again!

There will be an awful lot of information collected by the team that hasn't been disclosed at this point as it cannot be fully verified. What is clear is that there is Helium in the region and there is a very good seal in place. The target was the main Karoo Formation which was the one section we have no test results for. I'm sure the team will have some indications and ideas but are unable to share that with anyone at this point.

If you read the RNS it is interesting that they have called the current drill Tai-1A. This suggests to me that the next drill will be in the same location and will be Tai-1B. If that is the decision that suggests they know it is worth pursuing the main Karoo Formation.

For those people pointing the finger at DM please remember he has more to lose than most investors here in the event of a failure. Don't blame DM for the tweets that were put out. Many people got carried away putting their own interpretation and spin on what was posted. If he posts tweets he's damned and if he doesn't he's damned. He's a geologist and is doing what he knows best - rather him at the helm than some of the other CEO's on AIM.

I would expect to see an RNS within the next few days to clarify the next steps but there are many positives that have been lost in today's news (understandably).

The company are in a similar place now to where they were back in January and the SP is double what is was then. Once the next drill is confirmed (and it will happen quickly) the SP should start to improve again. If the next drill is Tai-1B then we know the stratigraphy and it should be a much faster operation.

The game is still on and it is all to play for.

@steadydanny - they did not have weather issues and there was no mention of weather in the RNS.

I share your pain with HE1 - I first bought in January and regularly added since with no intention of selling in the short-term but seeing a large 5 figure sum wiped from your account is never nice.

@Tenn - don't be so quick to assume that this board revolves around you and every post is a direct response to you.

Having said that with your attitude then I'm glad you took it as such

@MMA - sadly I think the impact of signing the UFC and AJ deals may have been greater if they had been held off until after the main market listing and that really should be the main priority now

@RickEngland - it is not unusual as every CBD company (as far as I am aware) buys the raw product in from a third party. ZOE originally had their own cannabis crops but now out-source their raw product as there are plenty of suppliers that can produce and sell it much more competitively.

The cost of the raw product has been driven down over the past few years as there is a very plentiful supply available now with multiple global players.
