Once financing is sorted we have in ceo Keith Muller someone very experienced in working on lithium mines and operations..it is inevitable there could be hiccups , delivery of parts being one but generally speaking it is regarded as being a straightforward build ..news should start shortly after Easter

I do agree with that and said as much before that they would possibly like a bigger chunk but how the price is structured i dont know just lower than what was originally agreed

I wonder if the bids ALL received from Assore and the other unknown entity were cheeky offers given we did not have ratification and also that we did not know for sure when we might get it..in addition because of the knock on effect of not having it was to delay offtake and funding options..so now maybe it is back to the drawing board and come up with a figure that at least the BOD put it to shareholders even if they advise not to take any action

Not going to lie I would have thought we would have had an update of some kind or another..even if it was just to say something about compensation for the farmers or making arrangements for power lines to be moved even if there was not something more fundamental to report at this stage

I don't disagree about a bid for us 5toamillion but would much rather have the raft of news that we are due in the short term ..having said that I agree there are still many possible pitfalls ahead that a bid , maybe a bit shy of where most on here would want would alleviate that problem

It is going to be very painful for you 5toamillion if you think this is heading south and your main reason for holding is a bid which may or may not be forthcoming

I maybe wrong but I don't believe according to the original deal that if Piedmont now Elevra do not proceed to stage 3 of the agreement they concede what they have already contributed and that is probably why that clause was put into the agreement in the first place to have commitment to the end of the build if not there will be a price to pay if you cannot pay or want to concentrate on other projects

Well the equity placing shares were issued on the 25th so that would explain the percentage dilution to the shareholder ..think you will find they did not sell any !

I would imagine that given ALL board have turned down 3 attempts at takeover they would do their utmost to get news out there to get the sp up.. positives so far are now ratification in place , treasury bolstered , Ghanaian pension funds now invested ..much more news to follow but obviously commitment from Miif and Elevra pivotal in the short term to sp direction
