Just the conspiracy theorist in me but I thought it a little strange when Len stepped in for Neil the other day to give the company presentation which was clearly thrown at him at the last minute although I thought he handled it very well and now as I type Neil was originally down to speak at the 121 Mining conference and Amanda has stepped in which I would say was slightly out of her comfort zone ..hmmm wrong end of the stick or is he talking to someone else ?
Whilst it is clear ALL has enjoyed a friendly and helpful relationship with Assore over many years , it could be argued that their offer of 33p is a little disingenuous ..maybe that is a bit strong saying they are being insincere but on the 20th of October when we announced the ML our sp hit 30p before settling back at 26p ..Admittedly when they made the first offer the price was 24.75 but on the 7 November they pitched their second bid when the sp was 21p ish.. with Kieran Daly and Christelle Van der Merwe in their corner I think they know what they are looking at and ALL would very much be a snip anywhere near their offer price..ultimately I think it is win win from where they stand..if they scooped up ALL for a song they win or if they have to wait a couple more years and start reaping rewards through dividends they stand to gain enormously..if someone else throws their hat into the ring and pushes the price up and them out they still gain !
I thought generally if a company had acquired 30 % of another they had to make an offer for the outstanding shares they did not own..at the moment one of the conditions was that the offer from Assore was put to shareholders..well that obviously did not happen so it will be telling from hereon how keen Assore are to acquire now the info is in the public domain that they make another offer to management to put to shareholders or if they go hostile or in fact do nothing at all
There is no denying the price of Lithium overshot upwards by an unsustainable amount..however ALL finds itself in a fairly enviable position even if the price of lithium fell further we could still make money , and a lot of it as per the figures in the DFS ..at the same time it needs to be remembered that many other companies are not so fortunate to have comparable economics to us and will struggle to make their operations pay at lower prices even if they got to mining status in the first place..we could potentially get to producing and selling spod unencumbered by debt in a very short time frame at the same time as expanding the resource and life of mine..with each bit of news I think we derisk a tad more each time and buying confidence will return
A hint of negativity swest creeping into some of your comments I feel to which you are entitled to make of course..but on the other hand I feel we are lucky that we have a very competent management that are steering our company in a very professional way towards production and they quite rightly deserve to be rewarded for that..as I said before with a successful outcome from the tender process for the unencumbered spod we should be financially flush to move ahead on all fronts
When the ML was announced on the 20th October there was a footnote that stated the company would be outlining the way ahead and future plans in the coming weeks..as NH is presenting at the Noosa mining conference on this Thursday 16th was just wondering if we might get a little bit of new information for something to update in his presentation
i would like to think that if everything goes to plan and dms starts producing as early as april 25 ..possible revenue at lower forecast 170 million us at end of first year..pay away 50% that would still leave a nice chunk to pay a maiden divi ..back of *** packet calcs but should be plenty in the kitty !
I agree bankrupty but you could see in the interview with Ayisi how unimpressed the interviewer was and going by the number of times he had to repeat himself before it sunk in what he was saying it will probably need a lot more of those programmes to convince people what a goid deal it is for them
RBK Funny how you picked the 8th september to compare Atlantic Lithiums share price to today..what you failed to mention was that when you first made your entrance onto the ALL board it was the 6th sept with a strong sell recommendation and the price at the time was circa 20.9 very similar to today so it is a little bit rich of you to cherry pick your facts and then complain about ComTruise making the same assertions about your beloved boss of Voy..perhaps you have over dabbled in some of their products ? Anyway having made your strong sell blurb the price then went up 30% ..it may have come back down but ALL has very serious potential to be a big player in the lithium space and make investors very happy along the way..you can post what carp you like but personally think you are going to make yourself look very silly and I will be very happy to remind you of that !
I am surprised where we are sp wise but it should not be before long that MIIF have crossed and dotted and all that , the spod sale , and further drill results which could enlarge the resource ..the market normally anticipates and given that we could be cash generating unencumbered by debt within 20 months the sp surely cannot stay down here for that much longer
Pretty sure NH said there was no need for a raise and what with the process for dealing with some or all of the remaining spod not only will the shortfall for our commitment to get to production be met but plenty in the kitty to explore further ..we should know the outcome of that process Q1 next year
