Apparently they have just applied to list 27.4 million shares on ASX

It will be very interesting to see if once we get ratification how forthcoming Elevra is with the finance for the build..their excuses for not paying up what they owe will have been settled once that final piece of paperwork has been signed off let alone the next instalments for the build !!

Personally think that pension funds getting in early is very positive..may set the price back a bit whilst the market absorbs it but ratification should turn things around

Also milestone linked warrants at a price of 21.9p ..one of those milestones is ratification so they should be in the money early doors !

Announcement tonight on Asx further funding in addition to a 3rd tranche from Long state a investment from a Ghanaian fund..no bad thing ..things beginning to hot up..I guess Australians probably had a whiff of something like this coming hence the drop for ' no apparent reason ' lol ..no need to post as it will be Rnsed in the morning . Positive news i would say as they may need some funds to fend of any sharks circling !!

That one bit of news should give us huge momentum going forward and I am sure investors will be prepared to pay more for the comfort of a huge derisking announcement !

I do think the NDC are moving with a bit of intent as opposed to the very stationary NPP ..at the end of the day why would they not want to get on and get it over the line..create many jobs for predominantly locals and make shed loads of cash for the government and infrastructure fund for the local area .
