Should have some clarity this week ..maybe even thrashing something out over the weekend..radio silence got to be broken sometime soon !

Not going to lie longterm I thought the same myself..Piedmont/ Elevra money is now spent , they have nothing physically tangible to take from site and other than issuing a writ to try and stop further progress without them they are rudderless..however joking aside I do not think for a moment Atlantic would cross that line but KM will be itching to get a move on and do what he was brought on in the first place for..build the processing plant and get the mining operation underway

The way I see it is that the original agreement was to deliver a core value proposition to Piedmont for 50% feedstock and the fact that MIIF came on board with their 6% contributing to costs which clearly is an advantage rather than hindrance but I am sure we will know the crux of the problem with the next update

I actually agree on the point about the 'outstanding ' 6 million..as previously stated for the same reason if it was towards any costings for stage 3 then why would they pay it if there was a discussion to be had around the way forward..having said that do they have a legitimate gripe or are they just trying to stymie progress because they want something back for what they have already contributed and earned on the basis that they are not going to put up the funds for mine development..at the end of the day if they cannot agree to move forward in some amicable way i am sure the Ghanaians will come down on the side of Atlantic and we move forward with another entity

You have just listed all the reasons why you should sell..you would be truly gutted if the price went back to the lows whence it came from and on the basis of your 20p takeover bid it makes no sense as to why you are holding..just does not make sense !!

One other thing to consider with all this delay is the compensation for the farmers and the fact that many families have been moved into temporary housing and inability to use their land ( bearing in mind it still is in effect their property until they receive proper compensation for it )..we really do not want to be upsetting them more than they already are !!

Stage 1 ..was Piedmont investment into Ironridge when they bought a chunk circa 10% which they subsequently sold some to Assore

Stage 2 ..was exploration and DFS funding where their US $17 million was 5million for an accelerated exploration on Ewoyaa and 12 million completing DFS

and then

Stage 3 Capex funding of US $ 70 million

Major Tom Elevra have already met all requirements for stage 2..it is now stage 3 the sticking point !!

A little bit of an irony that we are talking about Elevra selling something they do not own as they have not paid for it 😉

Miif does not have an offtake agreement with Atlantic..does not mean they would not participate but they have not agreed to anything as yet

I am not so sure that they would be privy to any discussions..they may well know others are interested but they have no Directors on the Board and think they have been keeping their distance recently

The delay in ratification suited Elevra because they did not want to commit on the binding agreement terms and now they want to renegotiate which could frustrate the process even more..I don't know if we play hardball or compromise

As oer the original agreement between Ironridge and piedmont

Key terms :

If the DFS criteria of stage 2 is achieved and Piedmont elects by mutual agreement not to proceed to stage 3 Piedmont will forfeit its stage 2 interest.

Stage 2 interest is 22.5% of cclp ( Cape Coast Lithium Project )

Well we know Assore were interested a coupke of years back and considering their holding could assume they still are ..then there was the new bidder so one would guess they would be in the frame and that is apart from the many other players in the lithium space with their eye on the Ewoyaa prize..as I said a while back hopefully we do not waste too much time on Elevra..they flagged up sometime ago that they probably were not interested any more so we need to ckear the decks of them and move on..could be a great buying opportunity if Elevra pulling out drops first..my guess is they want to have something else in place first before we get that news..not exactly a bombshell but needed it confirmed all the same that they were walking away

As I said before 5toamillion I don't think you are cut out for share dealing..if you really believed management and mainly KM as you mentioned him were doing nothing then you would surely take your money off the table and when you say many have lost multiples of what he has earnt in the last month that does not make sense as the price was circa 14 at the start of April..give it a rest !
