Although I mentioned that one of the first bits of news to emerge post ratification now we are at stage 2 of the agreement was the completion of the Miif investment..given that it was non binding I have a feeling there is a goid chance it may be renegotiated ..any thoughts ?

I would really much rather wait and hope that we get to production before any more bids are made..yes there could be plenty of issues along the way but if we got to production in good time the benefits to shareholders would far outweigh an early bid unless there are a number of entities fighting it out and then maybe we could see very good value

Although they did not wait before making a bid without ratification let alone FID !

I would also add ceejay if Elevra do not proceed to stage 3 they relinquish what they already have not just having anything additional

I agree Elevra could be a fly in the ointment but we do not now need any more delays over them procrastinating..either you want to be involved and pay up or relinquish abd write off your investment..we can do without any legal or arbitration shenanigans !

That is something of a dilemma for Assore is it not..not only could they miss out on dividends if they do nothing they may get small return for supporting and holding for such a long time..not sure dividends are 5 years away but would appear most on here don't think we will get that far down the road anyway

I know there is no comparison other than expectation but I was in Solgold for over 10 years waiting for the bid..biggest copper and gold find in the last 20 years and peeps were talking 60p upwards to over a pound..the Chinese bought it for 28p ! Dont get me wrong the higher the better but you really need a few very keen buyers to push it that far

If and a big if Elevra play ball and now pay what is contested circa $6million and agree to go to stage 3 of the deal to finance the bid it is in terms of building a mine and processing meant to be relatively straight forward..surely the rewards if we do not get taken out in the short-term worth waiting for when we will be generating a lot of cash unencumbered by debt

Their best bid might be 50p but if there are a few sharks waiting to take a nibble why not try and take the whole lot

5toamillion..I agree about Assore but put in their highest bid they can afford to go to first time round ..so if it is enough they get the prize and if not they get rewarded very well for supporting the company for so long !
