I think the price is just biding time waiting for news..despite recent commentary although anticipation or rumours can move the sp if neither materialise then any upward movement in sp is usually shortlived so the market awaits news and I am sure like many are prepared to pay more on confirmation of new news..hence ratification will draw a new wave of money and probably new investors..following on more news to come could easily get the sp into the 30s ..from a personal point of view i would like to see them het to oroduction as I think the possibility of dividends would be very real however given recent offer from a new entity that outcome does not appear likely and ALL could be a tasty morsel for some predator which would also be interesting as long as they do not get us for a song

Actually I do think given the delay in ratification there is the possibility of many items of news some of which can move the dial positively and we are stagnating a tad which makes many a little impatient so when someone on the board expresses that you really don't need to be the first to hit them with the proverbial stick

I agree ..in solgolds case the board were recommending the offer so they were obliged to tell shareholders what the offer was whereas clearly in ALL case no recommendation acceot to do nothing

Why do you think the offer was for shares..there was no indication of that was there ?

I bet it was more than 33p even taking into account the extra shares on the register !

Atlantic did in fact receive a bid for 100% of the company by scheme of arrangement but no mention of the interested party albeit unconnected to ALL and no mention of price but obviously not high enough to warrant putting it to shareholders..very interesting !!

Well the NDC and the NPP were both in the minority at some time in the ratification process lol 😆

I would like to think a line is drawn under 20p without lower than that seen again..sp more than likely pushed higher when announced but then settling back but we do have a number of price moving possibilities so will be very interesting to see how it plays out..personally I think MIIF are going to take a bigger stake than originally planned but we wait..maybe a bit of news tonight on ASX !

Incidentally Herbert did not take over from Vince..Len did as interim ceo and then Keith became CEO ..and just for the record Herbert persuaded Keith to come to Atlantic.

Herbert was executive Chairman now non exec.

Hmmm a spodumene price falling like a stone and a Parliament behaving worse than a bun fight at a 5 year olds party ..not exactly events he could control !!

I appreciate most on here are expecting a much better sp and of course everyone entitled to an opinion but come on Longterm let it do its thing and stop calling for a higher sp with every other post !

I agree that we should know fairly soon but certainly would not describe it as 5 years of pain..there has been loads of great selling opportunities !
