Profit..just thinking from a slightly different angle ..whilst I agree with you at this stage re the Chinese bid one has to think there is a game plan going on here and all parties will be considering how much they would eventually be prepared to pay plus possibly a contingency..so one scenario could be the Chinese know their current bid would not be accepted and other possible interested parties will sit and watch ..they then decide to come back with a more meatier offer of say 34p which the board say in their opinion is not enough but will put it to shareholders..the Chinese still know this will not be accepted but then come back with their slam dunk offer of say 70p knowing full well that if they do not get it somebody is going to have to pay well above the original 26p..of course if someone throws their hat into the ring before that scenario plays out then tactics change

Unfortunately it is how things work in government..it just demonstrates that collectively politicians are probably the most stupidest people around the globe..they come into government because they want to make a difference, improve people's lives , and so on but in actual fact they just don't !! Roll on the sh*t show !!

After all is said and done we certainly seem to be on a more positive path with a number of announcements due so by the time we have the agm , whenever that be , hopefully we will be even closer to our goal..I appreciate many on here may have a different goal as long as it is not an own one !!

Not saying you are wrong about notification of AGM but having been in Solgold for more years than i care to remember and they have had their meeting regularly just before xmas..in fact i think on the 22nd or even 23rd not that long ago so probably not that strange 🤔

Many local people to several areas depending on ratification so they can get on with their lives..I believe government will want to get this underway and I also think that MIIF under its new leadership will also want to be part of the project from this level

Just a thought strummer but if the BOD were not prepared to put the 33p bid to shareholders before we had ratification why on earth do you think they would put forward a much lower bid with ratification and a more promising lithium space..that just does not make sense..I can see the sp rising on rat and then if the lithium space continues to improve some attempt to takeover but unlikely below 33p imo

I think that is fundamentally wrong Quady..historically it is well documented that majors have not only paid a fair price but indeed overpaid !! Quite often in times of surging metal prices ( about now lol ) !!
