I think that is a definite Ramon ..it gives confidence in the project to get going and the government get rewarded with a higher percentage if the Li price tips over a certain level..a no brainer as everyone should be placated..the one thing the protagonists will want is careful monitoring on volume of shippings

I would never criticise anyone for selling for whatever reason whether taking some profit or damage limitation but at least if some had sold yesterday at least if they do buy back now the extra they have to pay will be worth having the knowledge of the Rns

Lol I know ..have watched the shenanigans of Ghana Parliament many times but the Ministry of Lands and Natural resources wilk be liasing with all relevant stakeholders and mps with Atlantic to come up with an acceptable deal and I believe that is going on now if not almost settled

I am sure that both Atlantic and the government will want to get the terms of any new deal right so that when it comes to ratification there are no hitches..although they are in recess at the mo hopefully those that matter are still working and the terms can be announced prior to Parliament resuming in October so everyone has the opportunity to be au fait with what is proposed

I agree Teddy but do think we will hear shortly what the new terms are ..I also think we should be better off in the long term even though does not feel like it at the mo but with spod prices starting to show some positive signs of life we really could get things moving before the end of the year ..it is all about the rat though of course !!

As frustrating as it is it probably is not such a bad thing if we do get to renegotiate the terms of the lease as long as it is ratified on the new terms that is lol..going forward we will be in a good position , debt free able to get on and negotiate offtake terms and also collect what Piedmont/ Sayona owe us and get on with the build knowing that we can handle lower spodumene pricing environment with the possibility of a much improved market further down the road

Well I would say that would be the most equitable way forward and something along those percentage terms would appear to be fair to both sides !
