Ramon yes I accept all of that but rather than say we are awaiting ratification should it not have said we are awaiting cabinets approval before ratification..i think that would be more accurate because if cabinet do not agree to new terms we will not be awaiting ratification in the short term..just seems slightly ambiguous but maybe am just being pedantic

Just wondering but given we have had notification that cabinet has given permission for new terms to be negotiated and that at the end of Keith's report it states that we are awaiting ratification almost suggests that the company has put forward its proposals and is now waiting for parliament to decide but without informing shareholders what the new terms requested are ..just seems a little odd !

I would have thought that in addition to proven resource there must be a premium for what is a generational asset of what is becoming an increasingly more rare metal..just a thought !
