Quady I really would not pay too much attention to current government rhetoric..their short time in power has already adequately demonstrated they really are not fit to be in charge and certainly not qualified to give any guidance on figures for anything..you only have to look at their estimated figures for new house builds..when they quoted 1.5 million over 5 years they already knew the market was going into decline which incidentally they have accelerated and yet the housing minister was still spouting cr*p that he should be judged on how many houses which had been built by the end of his term..never going to get anywhere near 1.5 million and he will be out of a job regardless..take any figures they give with a huge pinch of salt and dose of reality !!

You would think that Trump and the USA would have something to say about this deal given the amount of rhetoric that comes out of the White House about not letting the Chinese take precious metals from around the globe but particularly out of their backyard but in some ways it is just lip service because where China has been bailing out and loaning to many of these countries , undoubtedly with ulterior motives the USA not so much hence so many deals are done with said Chinese money !
