At this moment in time I would say it would be a great result if we got ratification before they break..any sooner will be fantastic and get us out of being in limbo !

On that theme Teddy l would also say that whoever is the unknown entity that made an approach recently would presumably been prepared to chuck at least 200 million at Atlantic..on that basis I am happy to hold !!

Atlantic have fulfilled all their obligations and met all environmental requirements..the committee review everything including the latest royalty agreements and we are now awaiting their recommendations and hopefully that is now to ratify !

Maybe they have a better insight to what is going on and clearly with ratification if a bidding war is to start starting from a higher sp is obviously more beneficial to us shareholders..Assore have 2 non executives so not sure what detail if any they would know about the bid

I think I read somewhere that Newmont had a gold mine stability agreement fininshing in December 2025 so the new rates would apply straightaway ..hopefully the law is laid and rates if necessary can be tinkered with later

The spread was always quite wide in Ironridge which has Continued into Atlantic but not always as when the turnover picks up there is a tendency for it to close up a bit

That would be my take ..the parameters have to be set first into law and then vote on ratification

Ghana has already stated that they want to ban the export of raw minerals by 2030 ..a lot can happen in that timeframe of course !
