You don't know there is no offtake at this moment or MIIF investment forthcoming and even Piedmont is not a busted flush although admittedly could be a holdup ! Lets get ratification first and then see where we are !!

I am pretty sure we will get ratification one way or the other not2sure what we might have to give away just yet ..am fairly sure that MIIF will still want to be a part of the Lithium future and odds on once supply is secure offtakers will be interested which will just leave Piedmont..at this point with everything else in place they have no reason not to commit but and the big but if they then want to delay ALL will have to play hardball !

I think if we get ratification and MIIF invest what they signed up to they would not then want to see games played and time wasted ..also Assore probably would not want to inflict any more self harm on themselves and would want to expediate the project rather than tread water

If Piedmont do not want to play ball Assore were prepared to splash out 33p a share for ALl so they would probably be interested in doing a deal in place of Piedmont

I think for all concerned particularly the local workforce and farmers who are now in limbo to get this sorted asap..simplest revision of the agreement is for Ghana to take an extra slice if the price of spodumene sold is over a certain price..price to be determined and percentage of that profit to be negotiated..simples and you are all very welcome !!

I think even when Keith Phillips was questioned Piedmont did not want to commit funds too early and so the delay in ratification has somewhat allayed that situation but as I may have said before if we get ratification in the not to distant future that is going to be a very interesting situation as Atlantic will probably have to play hardball and get them to make a decision one way or the other

I was only jesting and know only too well how frustrating it is but as I have said before probably better to sort it out now so everyone knows where they stand and no surprises down the road..I do believe even if we had been granted ratification by the NPP there was every chance it would have been rescinded by the new government which would have been just as terrible for the sp..lets get it sorted now once and for all !!

I think you will find that management have already demonstrated their faith in the project with their share purchases and they are mist definitely in a closed period being party to price sensitive information !

Lol so Keith Muller is now a money grabbing ceo .. wow if we ever get ratification we will need every bit of his expertise..salary was circa £ 228000 but with other additional amounts circa £573000 ..still maintain if we had ratification you would not be moaning about salaries !

Ramon just look around the world and cliser to home how politicians wreak their egos and carnage on whatever gets in their way loosely described as vision ..even the new mine and lands minister said if yiu don't like it we can leave it in the ground ! Whether that is an idle threat or not that language is not particularly sweet music to the ears of investors already balls deep in commitment to Ghana..lets just hope there are some reasonable discussions in a timely manner so all can move forward and eradicate uncertainty for both sides

Although nothing would ever surprise me on the stock market I would find it hard to believe that Ghana would want to start all over with different investors given the investment that All has brought to the table with its partners and shareholders..they would really lose the momentum established by ALL to date and would be far better dealing with them than not imo..however what ALL are going through at the moment cannot really be blamed on AIM or the management

Yes I was very pleased to see the other day on LinkedIn that Ayisi was still at the minerals commission..eminently sensible guy and completely understood the relationship already in place with Atlantic had to be honoured to demonstrate to the rest of the world that they open for business in a transparent way..he defended us and our position on many occasions and hopefully has the Ministers ear when it gets diwn to the nitty gritty !

I am not entirely sure you can blame NH , AH and KM for the political manoeuvrings that we have been faced with..I am also sure that you Ramon and Teddy would not be prattling on if ratification had been obtained..if you are so aggrieved at their wages and lack of progress and now accuse them of incompetence why in God's name are you still here..if I felt like that I would have had no problem in taking the hit and selling..why don't you ?

Cannot say they are not use to dealing with Africa though and they have some serious skin in the game ..I wonder what their total spend to date is since their original holding in Ironridge ..they have supported a number of cash raises and also purchased some 5% stake from Piedmont ..very painful for them too
