is being pencilled in as the reopening day for commencement of operations - so presumably will be the same for Falcon. I believe they are not too far away from testing so maybe hear something by end of July or Mid August?

I think Robert Ambrose needs to get on the phone first thing tomorrow morning to get in touch with the Tanzanian minister to get that approval signed.

it sounds like an ultimatum. Sad thing is the ultimatum lies with the Tanzanian government and they haven't done anything in the last 6 weeks. Now it's time for the Tanzanian's to get that approval signed - otherwise they really will be shooting themselves and Aminex in the foot. Sounds like Ara are now playing hardball and the time is now ticking down.

consistency in disappointing it's shareholders. Very sad - they've promised a lot for so long - they promised to communicate more a few years ago and the lack of an RNS for about 6 we eks now after doing what they can to get this sorted says it all really. Walking through treacle would be easier. They are not helping themselves for when the AGM finally arrives. So frustrating.

I didn't realise Trafigura had such interests in so many countries. Just hope whatever agreement Trafigura and President come to it doesn't chose Tanzania. Another company who are trying to get drilling going in that country and a farm out finally approved after trying for a couple of years are really struggling to build a fruitful relationship with the government there.

Yes I agree happysparrow - that makes sense to me acquisitions, drilling and supply via Trafigura's refineries. I do think however that maybe both President and Trafigura might want to spread their wings outside Argentina - time will tell but approximately three weeks now till the AGM - hopefully an exciting 3 weeks.

Hi, Happysparrow I'm really pleased you brought the Q and A points to our attention - I concentrated on the early parts of the Q and A document and hadn't noticed the item iv) you list below re the expansion strategy - that sounds particularly exciting and also a way of diversifying the portfolio with a backer who might be wanting to help with the acquisitions - very interesting indeed!!!

Wow! I think everyone has been taking the positive pills today. Long may it continue - here's hoping lots of people start to buy into the company and its story and the company will start to reward its long term shareholders!

and here's me thinking I get too optimistic from time to time! Thanks Thebhoys - must admit I keep believing that PL will produce the goods - the thing I've struggled with is the sp - so I am hoping that his continued strategy will mean the company turns a corner and we then start to build production and the sp and once we have a critical mass lots of things will take care of themselves.

Thanks also for this Stockable - further positive news and shows the undervaluation. Here's hoping what PL has in mind is going to give further impetus to the sp and a re rating would help. Paraguay at some point - not for a while admittedly will come back into the calculations, so yes a few pushes from the tailwinds and hopefully the sp will show some good progress.

Does anyone think 1.5p on news of a Farm Out deal possible - 3-5p on successful first drilling and results meet expectations - just trying to get a feel as to what other people think the sp might be and when. The 3-5p maybe 2nd half of 2021? Possibly third quarter?

Cannot see where such a large increase in production will come from in the near future tbh. If there is to be a large increase in production maybe it will come via the inorganic route - they say they have the appetite and the means or from a joint venture and some success in Paraguay but that imho is at least a year away and is in itself speculative. I hope we do get a building of good news soon but at the moment cannot see where the components of their current strategy will provide this from. I really would be loved to be proved wrong - over to you Mr Levine and Mr Shepherd.
