I have been lucky to buy into the company where it seems to be building from a lowish sp and the last couple of weeks have been very encouraging. Also looking at the people on the board they have appear to have a number of high achievers with a great deal of experience - sounds like I've been lucky to in terms of it sounding like it's the growth phase of the company where things are starting to ramp up. So far, so good.

that they now see this as the normal! It's unfortunately the constant delays that have brought them to the situation they are now in and are having to do what they can to get to the next step. Hopefully we will get news soon and the company can then operate on a proper normal and start to make some progress at long last.

Hi comeonvog,
I'm pretty much of the same thinking. However, I really would like to see some substantial progress both in terms of the production of the company, a real bonus from the much vaunted relationship with Trafigura and as a result by year end a doubling or tripling of the sp and then see where we go from there. For me the next 6 months are critical as to whether PL can turn his words into a big positive for shareholders.

In terms of valuation then is Rob saying we should be valued at least on the average EV/2P = 4.9
If we are valued at 1.5 then we should be valued at 4.9/1.5 = 3.267 times higher?
At 1.5p this would then give 1.5p * 3.267 = 4.90p
So, a fair sp would be 4.90p?

rather than buying at these prices. It's a price even discounted to the so called discounted price of 1.85p??!!
Would be good to see if anything is announced at the AGM re
1. Consolidations of the shares.
2. Whatever this plan is that PL seems to have to get the sp that much higher and provide the company with a lot of inorganic growth. The organic growth as far as I can see is going to take quite a bit of time - the inorganic if they have the appetite and the means like they say they have should take much less time.

nervous excitement and anticipation is unbearable...
I was going to post to actually ask if anyone thinks that we will get any news by the end of July 2020(to be on the safe side thought I better add the year) as I've already written off getting any news by the end of June - would love to be surprised but very much doubt it. Fingers crossed for news by the end of July. I think if I haven't heard anything by the end of the first week in July I'm pinging an email off to Aminex to ask the obvious question that they haven't shared the answer with with us - why this delay now????

Had crossed my mind - but then that's still a debt in the form of a loan isn't it? Just not understanding how they can say they have the means - hopefully all will become clear in time - sooner rather than later would be nice!

That's the bit I don't understand Brasso3 - they say they have the means - just cannot understand where those funds are going to come from for a sizeable acquisition.

Rob Shepherd Presentation. In he mentions President has the means and appetite to pursue material and inorganic growth opportunities. This is the bit I continually fail to understand - where are they going to get those means to achieve the material inorganic growth??

Exactly what I was trying to say Vike1 - it's just so painful waiting so long even to just get started!. No news about anything positive - we had to take out a loan to get to this stage! We are owed millions of dollars - no news. We might be able to progress Killiwani - no news and they had a shareholders raise to do this - no news on progress made with the money. Aminex are going to be talking to others who have cash because Aminex hasn't but they cannot tell us who - no news! It really just doesn't smell right to me. Very sad state of affairs.

relationship between President and Trafigura. No doubt President has lots of knowledge about the area, drilling and what is available but not bags of cash to spend on them. Trafigura have bags and bags of cash to spend and own a refinery to which President sell their oil to. So, it sounds like there is a very interesting combination there - still don't know how it would work but it just made me think there might be a combination there that would benefit both parties.

had done everything they needed to do in order to get this farm out sorted. Is it me or is this now looking really weird when a country says it wants to encourage foreign investment. If you heard a country state that as info then you really wouldn't expect it to make companies pay up front and take a loan out to do so and then do absolutely nothing. Tanzania seem to be intent on shooting themselves in the foot in terms of getting foreign investment into the country - absolutely woeful.
We've also not had any info from Aminex as to what is going on and if there is some strange reason for such a delay. I was really hoping for some news this week but as per ever - more delays from Aminex and more silence without any explanation for the delay - makes me really angry after we've waited so long for this - not even anywhere near drilling at the moment - shocking way to treat a company and very poor to treat your shareholders this way Aminex.
