At least he's promised no more dilutions this year - at some point surely there has to be a share consolidation.

the huge number of shares in existence - as part of getting the story out there does anyone think that a share consolidation will at some stage(if it already hasn't) crop up in conversations between Rob Shepherd and Peter Levine. Also, the new broker - don't they usually issue a share price target - is anyone aware that Shore Capital have given a target price yet?

Thanks napthman1 - maybe there's more progress actually than I am seeing at the moment but would be good to see the company grow expeditiously and substantially - guess like you say I need patience - but have been waiting for quite some time now with this company.

Big guys = big buys

Thanks napthman1 re drawing my attention to the big guys. Here's hoping there is something in that presentation. I think I had my pessimistic head on earlier today as the commentators talked of the huge loss President experienced last year - compared to how PL sounded recently when Trafigura took their increased stake.

is promising with the introduction of Trafigura as such a large shareholder. I thought based on what was said pre the General Meeting we were going to see big changes quickly but now - cannot see what has changed or what is going to change unless I have missed something - or some announcements are yet to be made. Is that it or are some big changes going to happen? I think they really need to. Possibly Paraguay and someone sharing the costs might help.

bemused about the strategy of the company for growing the company. In PLs outlook he talks of taking advantage of opportunities that may come their way. I actually thought that PL had definitely got a possible opportunity lined up as an acquisition but it sadly doesn't appear to be the case. Ah well back to business as usual and a steady but slow build of production. The only good news this year is the pipeline and the gas sales that will flow though it.

That is an absolutely fantastic summary. It sounds from the ramp up in the Tungsten and Tin mines there will be revenue coming in and the gold mine is like you say for the future once the sloping issue has been determined.
Do any posters on here have any thoughts on the sp and what it might do in the next couple of years. I'm assuming they need profit here in order to grow the company?

I've picked up in my research so far is the management are very focused and it seems to me they are using and learning an awful lot from their Spanish Tungsten mine - managing the automation of lots of processes and learning and resolving issues quickly. They are backed by a big backer which is good news. The Portugal Tungsten mine and the gold mine seem to be projects for 2021. So, it looks like by the end of 2022 we might see three mines in operation and profits starting to build. Is that a reasonable summary of have I missed something?

and news about a possible FarmOut(if discussions re commence) re Paraguay were good news.
However, I hope that isn't it and maybe - possibly some time early in the second half of the year we will get further news re the comment in the Q and A re
It is a major step forwards in pursuit of
expeditious and substantial growth for President.
I've started to wonder though if it's Trafigura coming on board that relates to this comment whereas previously I thought it the other way round i.e. now Trafigura are on board we will see Substantial and expeditious growth.
Here's hoping we get some news soon to show what that form will take so we can get this sp moving along at a higher level.

Apologies NicetoMichu, Insensitive of me to mention this in terms of the recentish past and I had honesty forgotten or not been part of the fall from such highs. Was just trying to find some optimism in the current situation but as Brasso3 has pointed out dilution has caused us the current problems. So, it will have to be something special PL pulls out of his hat to get us back on track and the sp up to a level that will earn us all some profits..

Hi MAX-Power,
I honestly don't know why there is the delay in the AGM. All I know is that there appears to be delay built into nearly everything that Aminex do. Pretty much a month ago since they paid the money! yes I agree that it is with the Tanzanian government now - but isn't drilling now going to start in 2021?
At the AGM I cannot see what they can really say they have achieved since the last AGM - very poor.
I think the real way to earn the respect of the shareholders would be to get this Farm Out done, tell us what they are going to do about being so short of cash and please that it doesn't involve us selling a further share in the Ruvuma then let the Zubair's get on with the job. Not even at the start line yet - will I believe be at least six months before a spud date and how long before the Tanzanian government sign off on the Farm out - who knows?
Just seen Malcy's blog today re Wentworth and they seem to be moving nicely ahead - oh, that we could do the same!!!
