Net cash as at 30 June 2019 was £1.5 million - Unaudited EBITDA for first half was a loss of £1.0 million. Net cash change for the 6 months was minus £0.6m.

The trial was started in 2015 - the new revenue stream might not be in the near future.

The loss to date is around $80m - I am positive about the future of PHC but today's rise seems unjustified to me.

I agree that this is good news but timing is everything.

The 4th of June RNS stated 'Tranche Two, to be drawn between February and April 2020, contingent upon $5.0 million net equity proceeds and subject to agreed revenue targets for the from dCELL and BioRinse product sales'.

Today's RNS states 'Phase one will commence immediately with part of the new building being converted into office, distribution and warehouse space, allowing for additional clean rooms to be built in the original facility, which are expected to be operational by the end of H1 2020'

That seems to be a lot of investment. When does the cash call come? When will the Woodford dilema be overcome?

Only Woodford had that many shares... 1.1p

If that is all the news a few gamblers might be caught out this morning.

If I had only those 2 choices [I would prefer the cash, preferably in gold] I choose B but I would explore buying into buying into the next placing if time permitted as then I would become one of the mythical first hand shareholders.

I posted 'slowly seduce new investors' and you twist that into 'targeting investors who you feel are being mugged in scancell'.

Your earlier comment of 'who is the mug' made me look at the 5 year chart and the dilution that has taken place and wonder if long term holders were the mugs as the share price has dropped and dilution has been suffered by them.

The most prolific positive poster comes out to bat - maybe a read of my posts show my contempt for that share.

It seems to me that the mugs are the long term shareholders who have seen a steady decline in the share price as shown on the 5 year share price chart (which does not factor in any dilution). Under circumstances like this some might think that the most prolific positive posters (who sometimes seem to want to quash any other opinions) are the real manipulators, as they slowly seduce new investors.
