HMRC are supposed to process research and development (R&D) tax credit claims for SMEs within 28 days - it now nearly 2 months since the RNS dated 25/6 that Valirx 'expects to receive a R&D tax credit of £400,000 from HMRC in July 2019'. Will they announce receipt of the tax credit?
The same RNS stated that expect 'to shortly receive proceeds of approximately £150,000 from the sale of an unlisted security'. Will they update the market on what they have sold, for how much and that they have received the funds.
