I would rather be classified as a 'weirdo' than be 'hopin' to get my investment back on a share that has tanked past the recapitalisation price. Some say 'the trend is your friend'; some say 'do not catch falling knives [unless they are made of rubber].
Brexit uncertainty is not a friend of banking shares and the market is not in love with Metro Bank - I doubt that the significant shareholders will inject more capital unless they take the company off the market. In that case...
