At my own peril, I presume you are referring to the EU Treaty. My understanding is that the UK has been violating the Treaty since not nominating a commission candidate in November and that the new EU Commission are suffering the insult whilst waiting for the outcome of the election. A response is likely to come after the makeup of the next government becomes clearer.

Corbyn is highly unlikely to get a majority but a hung parliament is more likely than some expect. The Kray twins only caused a little damage - I think that Boris gaining unchecked power would be a calamity. It is time we had more honesty in the political discourse.

So funded does not mean sufficiently funded:

The Company acknowledges that this statement may have been interpreted to suggest it had sufficient funds to fully execute (i.e. complete) its strategy. The additional funds received by the Company on 6 June 2019 provided the Company with funds to accelerate the implementation of its strategy. The board acknowledges that the notification on 30 May 2019 should have been clearer and, with the benefit of hindsight, would have been better to have omitted the phrase altogether.
