The Trump question may be more complicated than is generally understood.

From the RNS:

'Cash was £54,647 at the end of the period (30 September 2018: £1.2 million).'

'The Company is currently active on a fundraising through private placement aiming to raise enough funds to support the working capital expenditure for the next 12 months.'

Unless there is a rabbit in the hat the cash appears gone - you spend <£100k per month and say you have only £50k left at the end of September?

TRX have announced by RNS that they need to be recapitalised?
If they need to recapitalise then surely the cash position is in question?
Do you know what specific product that they are expanding production for?
Do you appreciate the potential impact of Trump being re-elected?

I did a quick search for the Patent but did not find it - if anybody has the url for the patent please post it.

When you can below the midpoint it normally indicates [to me at least] that the Ask is artificially high, which I do not take to be a good omen.

I have been watching this share since the announcement that they needed money and took so long to raise, which they eventually did at £5. When £2 was breached I thought that must be the 'support level'; how wrong I was.

Now it is testing £1.90 - a brutal ride for shareholders.

The price shot up in May 2015 as there was a 125 to 1 consolidation. Shortly thereafter they felt the need to issue a 'speeding ticket' RNS.

My understanding is that the auditors have to confirm the going concern statement at the date that they sign off the accounts which will be some months after the financial year end (and the rules have been tightened). When a company relies on fund raising [i.e. in the absence of any deal their is no cash coming in] to advance their IP they either need sufficient funds to cover a 12 month period or need to raise more funds as a post balance sheet event.

As the clock ticks down any company in that situation slowly paint themselves into a corner that could result in dilution at a lower price. I do not know that much about Vulpes [they are not listed so are not required to disclose much] but their investment in Agri-Tech and Euro denominated Real Estate to provide cash returns may be under threat - it makes me wonder if they have any appetite to take participate in future fundraising initiatives.

But, of course, this is my uneducated opinion. Only an idiot like me would be interested in mRNA and DNA protein chain encryption.

Who is going to pay for the trial costs? The underlying compounds are not cheap - some of the compounds cost over £300k a gram. This is very expensive research even though they will be using them at µl scale.

This is a bit scary [I enforce encryption rules with the HTTPS Everywhere extension from the Electronic Frontier Foundation (aka EFF)].

Using Machine Learning on encrypted data without decrypting it is a very dark science - the machines are getting wiser.
