From memory, they said they would do a 2 for 10 open offer before the last placing. My quick calculation then was that they cannot subsequently undertake an open offer on that basis without an EGM being called to approve more shares issuable [there is no authority to issue enough shares after the placing if the placees take up their rights]

I am expecting consolidation as part the EGM proposals for shareholders to vote on [or a change to the nominal value of the shares].

Do not mention the 'recapitalisation' word as enough seem to report the post to get it deleted despite the RNS about the loan stating:
