I wonder if they are still spending £30k per month on 'Corporate expenses'? I own shares in an AIM investment company that pays less in expenses, is progressing it's assets and is now even generating Consulting fees more than the expenses.

[£30k based on the financial results for the six months to 30 June 2019]

Bought at 16h11 yesterday and sold this morning at 08h01 this morning - 20 minutes holding whilst market open resulted in a 10% loss.

Does this mean that they need to spend money attending 'various academic conferences' to publicise the 'limited preliminary observations [that] can be inferred. Do they have the funds to do this? They have little headroom to place without calling an EGM to approve issuing more shares.

Cash is King... And currently Investors have not been shown where the cash comes from other than placing more shares.

I like the science but the funding model does not seem to currently help investors.

Growing companies that consolidate often have a history of discounted placings. Despite what the Rampers state there is no evidence that Link have been selling - the reports in the media about a January payout emphasise that it is an interim payout and that it will take more time to sell the shares they are finding difficult to sell without finding a buyer. My understanding is this is why Invesco sold at such a loss rather than wait to be the next forced seller after the potential bundle of shares being hawked did not attract much interest.

Some interpret the RNS dated 14/11 as being favourable - consider some of these cut and paste sound bites:

'MidCap has agreed to suspend its testing of the financial banking covenants until 30 June 2020, when it will recommence with reduced revenue targets.' The key phrase seems to be 'reduced revenue targets'?

'the drawdown of these tranches is now subject to MidCap's discretion and satisfactory recapitalisation of the Company at that time'. So no more money without MidCap agreeing?

'The Company estimates that, following the Repayment, it currently has sufficient working capital until at least the end of March 2020'. Saying that you have little cash resources might raise a red flag for investors - I expect it will for the auditors.

'The Board is currently considering the funding requirements, and further announcements will be made at the appropriate time.' Who is going to fund the funding requirement?

I am confused - a ramper thinks that it is possible that they will still have to rely on placings even with a 'significantly higher level of cash generation'.

Is a ramper trolling their own investment? What happens when a 'significantly higher level of cash generation' means UKOG is still not generating free cash flow - will punters keep faith despite the dilution that the dreaded placing-word herralds?

I agree - Boris has won a decisive majority. The question becomes does he implement a one-nation policy that actually benefits those who have trusted him with their vote or will city interests be favoured in their quest for profit. Spending as much as Boris proposes to do without going into significant debt is likely to mean a continued freeze on benefits despite the mantra that austerity is over.

Well, Labour are toast for 5 years at least. I trust neither of them but the results give some certainty and my £s have become more valuable.

One could also ask how do you train staff if funding to grow the San Antonio clean room has been constrained - have the facilities to produce the pelvic mesh solution been increased and what is the cash flow. How does this impact on the financing agreement?
