Generally, while he might come across as a know it owl, I'm still hoping he turns out to be an owlchemist ...
and I, like - i expect - him, am a long long ways from throwing in the t-owl here !

Illiquid often equals easily prone to big movements .. often in a sharply down direction too, alas... so very much not for the feint hearted, this one.. that said I did another small top up here today.. and I'm open to up to three more similar such and no more.. would do quickly of meaningful further weakness here .. but there may easily not be such....could be semi meaningful weakness from here still though, sadly.. or great if the company puts out some meaningful business win rns's soon that pushes this punchily up quickly.. it's illiquidity means can go back up quickly too, in fairness ..

Conceptually, I like to like this share.. in the real world, how it plays out in coming months / year(s) I have no clue really.. place your BETS or not , as you see fit ..

Are you expecting that sentiment change to be a positive one or even further negative again one ih2704 ?

Towards adding a bit of value to that quality analysis thread started by Hubenstein here this morning, I'd offer that we've had a remarkably stable share price for months here now too...
,,.. and towards more value add again, I'd even offer that Zengas won't be losing any sleep re Hubenstein or me passing him by as top analyst on this BB

Sad indeed that a size seller has been unwinding for a considerable time around now SportB.. but it is what it is .. and may continue being what it is for some time yet.. which will see some who might be open to buying hold off buying.. etc..

More generally, this unwind is just the latest of many... over the years....

(Granted you don't realise a loss or gain until you effect a sale, and I'll remain further patient here, no doubt - although open to downsizing somewhat if this gets back to 20p , somehow - but the s/p is the benchmark the game is played against... and this one, in the round, has been varying shades of abjectly awful for a bunch of years now...)

It's very understandable that many remain very cautious about that podcast and indeed generally here.

That said, I found the podcast pretty towards very uplifting generally, and meaningfully re assuring re Fairbride 'ard..

While he definitely said 'towards' a rate of production that he'd expect.. that's ok by me.. as this s/p is extremely low now, to the extent people are thinking Fairbride 'Ard new plant still has lots of teething problems.... and I'm now thinking it might have a few still but definitely not lots.. (and the weather there is coming into the - long - in our favour phase too)

Again, the Market Cap versus the state of play of the - quality - assets here is extremely low now, imho.. and I'm going to guess we'll get a Fairbride production update in April now.... and that it will be, at least, decently received by the market too .. and, off that back, a good level of comfort that a raise for Bushranger further drilling would be very unlikley to happen here in 2023 should occur ... and all this allow us see a decent s/p rally here..

Not to mind not going up around now, for this s/p to be going small down around now is shocking.. and this from a brutally low 2023 s/p starting point too..

If this s/p can't get dragged up somewhat around now..

Still, hope springs eternal .. blah... this time next year Rodney.. you know it makes sense.. etc..

Disappointing that this has now broken out on the downside of that 7p to 9p trading range.. hopefully it goes no lower than 6'sp now, at least.. (and turns back up significantly soon too, of course)

If Brian Mc M delivers remotely like his targets suggest this year then this s/p is meaningfully too low now imho. Seemingly, there is plenty less trust in him doing so than he might have hoped for, though.... but that can be change fairly quickly by him delivering even close to plan thru 2023..

Ps: instead of his style of incredulity in interview over the last plenty of months at the share price, I'd like him to go more towards humble and determined for a while now. In the year plus I've been involved here, I - for one - have a very clear view that he did employ plenty of some and mirrors around the numbers here in his interviews last year .. and therefore trust has to be rebuilt somewhat this year in my mind.. and clearly others minds too, this s/p indicates to me.

I agree with Ma Baker that 9/10 p hostile bid here is having an absolute laugh.. given we're at 1.5 p ish now, I'd say a 7.5 p bid tomorrow would find widespread acceptance amongst the many with averages in the 3p to 5p range here

Even if Zengas' high quality analysis costs me money here, I'm ok with that; because the race is long and quality analysis and balanced discussion is the basis of people winning, over the piece, in this brutal AIM game, I'm very clear.

But I'm far from sure his analysis will cost me money, as this company has some ducks in line and the clear potential for more to come in line too... and its MC is very low now too imho.

Generally, there's huge chance involved in this game and what happened previously, in any which ways, may readily not happen again in the future: nobody knows what the future holds.

eg I multi bagged on the doggie that was Rose Petroleum and is now Zephyr because I took a view on a stock that was strongly out of favour but had clear potential (ie After Mr Harrington stepped up/in)

They say practice makes perfect and AC has clearly had lots of practice, so, from these s/p levels, I remain semi bullish on this stock.

that US plastic bottle announcement is potentially a big deal in my mind.. and renews my hope here, by a reasonable degree srk69.. but I'm stil not ready to top up.. (If i had no holding here I happily take one on at sub 10p now though)
As i've got 8k gbp in here already - now halved in value, alas - any top would be have to be a fair few k min. to make a difference to my average price.... and to be conmfortable to do that I'd need to see meaningful bottom line progress..and such has been brutally slow coming.. with far too many false dawns/promises of jam tomorrow ..etc.. but I still have a feeling it will come ..

in the round, I now feel more comfortable adding to my fairly small current holding here.. and so took the opportunity to add 50% more shares to my holding and bring my average down to 9p ish..

Extremely tricky share granted, but I'm reasonably confident that this s/p will find a way back to 10p +(+), even if slowly/incrementally.

This is turning into a painful bet for me now.. I've stayed patient, amd the result so far: down 50% on a mid sized bet as I type.... not really thinking about averaging down around now either.. maybe this q results will change my mind.. maybe not.. At least they have a deep pocketed backer on side to loan them money semi regularly..

Generally, I still have reasonable hope of this company being a winner in the end, so i'll stay patient

(but they've delivered, relatively, very little revenue over a very long time so far, alas.. and the over promising and under delivering here over the years has been pretty epic, sadly: Management should be pretty embarassed by their track records so far here.. still, hope springs eternal: this time next year rodney .. you know it makes sense.. etc )

I could have be open to topping up now.. but until I have a clear picture on grow out of fairbride 'ard rock income I'm now not going to .. '6 monthly' reporting of that could be April, maybe .. but it could be July either, maybe.. such messing around could be equated to another CB 'stunt' .. and many, including me, are tired of such behaviour.

( Even though I get he is more generally playing for time here to get cash in the Bank to do more bushranger drilling, I still feel that he has too many co's/interests on the go concurrently... and he's very prone to loosing interest/focus in one when something fun/potentially transformational might be happening in another...that may not be done maliciously.. but it can readily have negative consequences: the share price is the benckmark and this one and sundry others of his speak for themselves. )

Whether you agree with his opinions or not, Zengas is research and analysis wise excellent squared imho.... and great if he gets more involved in posting here.. not least as there are already quality bullishly orientated posters here, who lack balance to the extent of being too dismissive of - plenty of - negatives here too readily imho.. (And a balanced BB is the basis of a good one )

I'm still, medium term, semi bullish here btw.. but am always very keen to hear both sides of the argument, especially from high quality posters... and, more generally, I understand that while AC had performed very badly towards awfully so far in terms of shareholders 'returns', that can change in the future.. and the potential of this company from here foward feels to me like it could still be decent..

(Granted my stock picking record has been the poor side of poor, more recently... so I won't take it personally if any FallingNoels laugh their heads off at this tip)
