I haven't got a clue, in truth, Hedgehog.. and I say that from a position of having played the Africa O&G space hard for plenty of years now.. but great of you're right, as that Benin deal is much needed here now.... and I continue holding a decent ish size position here ..

PS: I said yesterday : Of course you can be a holder and a bear .. because circumstances change constantly and you assess continually as you go .. and you can flip back to bull too .. and back again .. and remain a holder all along....

One eg of such is me: sometimes I think this share is a great opportunity and i just need to stay patient, other times I look at/listen to AC - and read posts like Zengas's on the Mans history in the space, on top- and see a cross between Derk Trotter and Vito Corleone and ask myself what on earth am I dong holding a position in this company ..

financing work might be only one part of that law firms work fo copl.. buying a partner company out from its administration situation another.. etc.. etc.. reaching a cumulative large bill over time.... and the co, all of a sudden having cash flow issues thru winter had to improvise to pay.. Still, them taking shares instead of cash in this insteance is re assuring to the extent they're comfortable in taking a bunch of copl shares instead of cash .. and see 6.5 p ish is a good price to own shares in copl ..etc..

The amount of shares that are continually available for sale as these extremely lowly s/p levels is shocking.. and has me, alas, guess there is no JV announcement coming soon....

Also for a law firm that's acting for a co. in JV situation to take payment in the companies shares instead of cash feels like skating on very thin ice indeed to me.. .. even if you say it was an agreed payment mechanism way up front when no outcome possibly known, the fact they're engaged for a JV negotiation in itself dictates a narrowd outcome spectrum even from that early point .... and, generally, possible reputational damage of any shape or form to big law firms is a very big no no .. and so I'm - very - sceptical on this being JV related payment in kind.. also further making me think a JV announcement is not imminent..

but great if I'm completely wrong on this.. as many holders have, sadly, been meullered here over the last year ish..

And let's not forget that POG is strong and markets have been tricky/volatile (or just awful in the case of AIM ) and those conditions should, traditionally, see some sort of flight into names like lnd.l.. not only no flight in here, but the opposite even .. sad, really

The range trading opportunities here have been very significant over the years .... and may well be over the years to come too; so any dedicated range traders out there should consider this as a play around now too imho

The share price is the benckmark we play the game against.. and it has spoken for itself for quite some time now.. and so the 'bears have it' here for quite some time now, blindingly obviously.. but that can change in the future.. and hopefully it does..

Generally, I hope the many who are 'here for Bushranger' quickly grow to appreciate your - established over many years here - quality in Africa gold revenunes analysis. The relative lack of ticks against your recent posts tells me that many of those Bushrangerers have not yet, alas.. but I'm hopeful that due respect will more and more be paid to Xtr's African Gold Assets, and by extension, and your related high quality revenue forecasting - and indeed more general -analysis, by the 'here for Bushranger' gang as we go forward from here.

...I hope.. as the better the figures the quicker after quarter end they're released, seems to be a good rule of thumb on AIM.. and the worse, the slower..

So, including new tax year now upon us and Easter break over now ish, I'm hoping for an update within the next week..

My latest guess is a decent Q more than a good one.. but if we don't get an update within a week my latest guess will change to average.. and a couple of weeks later without update it would change to poor..

(there has previously been broad agreement reached here on what decent constitutes.... including acceptance that Q1 is a slow Q generally for invoiced sales)
