I've been thinking about doubling down on my smallish bet here, around now.... The probability on - red or black - on a - European - roulette wheel of winning is 48.6%.... and I keep asking myself would I be better doing that with my double down kitty money instead?

The market cap is meaningfully under 10m gbp currently here too.. which, all things considered, feels very low to me.. so significant room for this to rally, whatever, from such a lowly s/p level.. imho..

(I've kept a core holding here for years - alongside range trading some too - as there is huge potential here, one way or other, imho.. and I may well start adding to that core holding soon)

ps any sort of a meaningful pattern of selling at seemingly very lowly s/p levels brings Riverfort Loan Facility to my mind.... eg another draw down agreed and forward selling in the open market by Riverfort of the shares to be received..... etc.... I may of course be completely off with such a thought at this time.. . and great if I am ....indeed apols too if I am..but its only natural it comes to my mind..eg I've been involved with Versarian shares over the years..

interesting you're back in GRShaw.. I've kept a 3.5k gbp bet on here with an average of 40 ish p .. but intend adding more to that at some stage..my latest target entry for that additional buying is 33p .. but it may not go that low, of course.. so if it goes to 35p I'd be very tempted to add some - but not a lot -granted..

Looking thru my p/f of 25 ish stocks, this is one that I'm, there abouts, most excited with around now....long may that sentiment continue !

Towards putting my money where my mouth is, I've added a few more small tranches here recently.. and buying anywhere vaguely around 20p still feels a good opportunity to me here..

I agree that this JV is very likely to complete in the coming weeks/months now.. and so I continue to add small /slow here ..towards eventually building out a decent position..And did a small top up this morning to that end.

This share should never have gone under 2.5p imho.. So i'll wake up here when it goes back above 2.5p again.. and expect i'll post somewhat regularly thereafter..

I remember Ella well, and she is certainly some Ella for one Ella ! Likes her gold .. and is hoping for lots if /when Ascot further drilled over at xtr.. I'm more into as much Copper there as possible there, more so than gold on top..

Best I not get involved in any feuding history here though .. and great if this BB is, in the round, as good as the XTR one

I'll go with a guess of 170k T sales for 2022.. and a slow start to 2023 and so them downgrading targets they might have had in mind in Dec. for 2023 somewhat around now..

..And I'll therefore guess target sales for this year to be somewhere around the 200 to 225k T range

Great if its far more than this of course, but 'slowness' to update very often means not as good as many might have hoped for in this game, in my wideranging experience.

(s/p should still be north of 10p now though, in anticipation of such an update.. because the bottom line will be healthy/profitable in 2022 and likely decently more so in 2023)

Bought some last week and some today.. and will incrementally add more as we go.. Also expect to be involved here for a good while to come.... (lnd.l and xtr.l are my other plays in the space, and sticking with just these three in this sector might easily be the plan I go with)

Would have preferred to start buying in early instead of late 3's of course.. but hindsight is often an annoying thing .. and I'm thinking/hoping I'm reasonably early in here still..

Even if what AGEOS has posted is totally correct and the company has yet to notify us - the nomad shoud/would? have made them notify quickly IF correct AND irreversible btw - maybe because there's some appeal or some compromise under the umbrella announcement etc.. - then it would never be as simple as this going back to .425p Florida, as there is Yemen and Benin in the pipeline now - and maybe Tilapia in due course too - and current Italian gas/elect revenues at very record highs and further grow out of that Italian business in train too.. etc...so my worst case on this would be more like back to somewhere in the .60's for eg, IF AGEOS - totally and not partially for eg - correct ..

Also off the back of sundry recent v positive annoucements .80's p seems joke low a s/p now too .. so the fact ths s/p is not plenty higher might already include allowance for uncertainty over what AGEOS raises.. etc..

Which Christmas - for the Lithium land sale - was not offered in fairness :-)

Surprisingly to some and even a little to me, I ticked up Caberts post two below.

But one sentance in it I take some issue with :

As well as Bad management I'd say.. not in a geological context - they're good at that - but in various other contexts...

Generally, they're stuck in a time warp from 20 years ago as to what it takes to stimulate and maintain interest from Investors in such a stock imho.. but It's a bit late for radical change now, I get .. so carry on as they see fit and get this sold for a decent price in the next 18 months, please.. is all I got left.

PS: i've given up a fair while back on a top price here, whatever.. the big industry players set the rules and they're brutal in getting good deals for themselves .. (and agree their shares would be a big/huge part of any deal btw)

Fair enough Andrew, but not to be always agreeing with you, I'll go with less than £50M gbp for a Bushranger sale I would consider a disappointment.

( my learnings from a long time here is expect a lot less than the average of the participants on this BB would have me expect.. and I'm going to guess you're around the average in that 100m gbp comment .. note that I'm not just including the Bush bulls in that, I'm including the Bush bears too.. and for plenty of them CB's reputation is earlyish down the road tatters already, in fairness.. I'm not an Bush bear, but I'm only somewhat bullish more than strongly so)

Much appreciated on the FB income calculations here, especially Andrew... impressive analysis.. and while I have to downgrade my expectatons - to the extent of somewhere between a bit and somewhat - off the back, I now think it's reasonable to do so.. and so I now agree with Andrews view (because of the good analysis and it including allowance for CB's long history of over promising too)

Re Bushranger.. I am confident it will be sold - edging towards very confident even - before 2025.. and my latest guess on the sale price for it is somewhere in the 10m to 100m gbp range .. quite a wide range to give myself good bandwidth :-) .. so being a little more range specific I 'd go 15m to 75m gbp.. and that's as range specific as I'd get at this time

Some got edgy here last week and sold... and some more ditto today, seemingly.. not me.. and am happy to stay patient.. that said, I don't think its in anyway unreasonable to expect them to give that update this week, at least.. and if they don't this could fall a bit more again.....

It's a pity that we've already fallen from 9 p ish to 7 p ish while we wait.. and while disappointing, this fall is not overly surprising to me.. and the CEO might well have guessed a nervy fall too, if no news last week and early this.. but he'll do things his own way, clearly....
