Looking thru trades here today.. I'm thinking algorithmic from Professional Investor/s..
Smallyeus could of course be tied in with such in some shape or form, granted....
I'll start to pay some attention to this now.. open to topping up here - as I think from last RNS that this business could easily see a decent turnaround in 24 - but will look to get a better feel for this rally in coming days..
(very tricky share this.... and I often wonder about leakiness in hmi.l too.. so caution always appropriate here imho)
DYOR
No idea re smallyeus being bopd.. but do wonder if he's started buying here recently.. he was laughing at us on the way down here.. maybe now buying near the bottom towards laughing at us on the way back up too....( he said he was open to buying in summer here .. why wait, when these are currently available at very low spring sale prices )
.. towards maybe/hopefully a signal of a start of a turnaround in share price fortunes here....
.. too early to tell if a decent rally will soon be upon us, I get .. but there's a chance of such here this week imho..
.....so here's hoping that buyers will soon be pushing against an open door here....

Header!
After his epic recent efforts, Mr WOS deserves two days off to go buy shoe, Sir - one shoe each day to save money.. as he spend a fortune on Shoe/s already, Sir - thus letting this fall back to 3.25 p by mid week, Sir... so I get a good top up price, Sir...then Mr WOS come back Thursday to ramp the 'Arris off this M Tucker again, Sir .. please
Agree that things are starting to get exciting again here now.. about time too..
There'll always be shorters/knockers weaselling about.. but I readily remain long and strong here... and MTucker's post below leads me offer that shorters here rhyme with MTucker
Fair +ucks to M Tucks on that shout out !
I topped up here today.. firs time in a long time.. if this -at last- wakes up again, I'll wake up on this BB ..
(my current position here remains somewhat under water .. but this was extremely kind to me in the early days after Mr Harrington gobbled up Rose Petroleum with his pearly whites )
Apols Ella.. and thanks for pointing that out.. I'm pretty new to this share
They may well have tried kyocera.
I also note the following recent RNS :
4 March 2024
Arc Minerals Ltd
('Arc Minerals' or the 'Company')
Change of Nominated Adviser
Arc Minerals Ltd announces the appointment of WH Ireland Limited as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Sole Broker, with immediate effect.
Jezzoo
Excellent shout Jessso, in fairness
Another very large volume transaction day in train here today.. Even including shorting and panic dumping by others the Block Seller - Swedish pension fund, I assume - must be finished by end of play today, I'll guesstimate
(The transacted volumes gone through yesterday and today and last Friday are very outlyingly large versus the average daily transacted volumes thru feb. for eg (the highest Volume day in all of Feb was 12m .. and there were many much small volume than that days too.. ..so my guess is relatively little of that large block sell down was actually completed thru the whole of Feb.....and it's only in March that the hardcore selling down of that block has actually happened )
If it's the B in OSB you're referring to Mr Zap re questioning parentage, it's B as in Old School Boycie (not Bird)
(If/when you do go on the Bird payroll, I'll have to assign you an Only Fools and Horses nickname too btw Mr Zap.. I'm leaning towards Mike the Barman at the Old Nags Head for you.... but far from sure ... and still plenty of characters from it to assign to the Inside gang too... if it ever came out in the wash that whichever posters here were in some shape or form on the inside ..
eg 1 I'm reserving Uncle Albert for Captain Bob, just in case :-) ..
eg 2 With some of her model derived valuations for Manica, I was briefly thinking Cruella had a chance of being invited inside too.. but even Mr Colin D Bird wouldn't be able to keep a straight face in presenting those valuations, I soon realised .... and Manica is now sold too ... so I doubt she'll get invited inside now.. if she had been.. early on in her time here, Cassandra would have been a possibility.. but Marlene felt more apt as we went :-)
If you hear a knock on the front door soon Mr Zap, it might easily be CB's mate OSB visiting to tap you up to come on pay roll :-)
If it's middle England you live in - Nottingham ringing a vague bell .. but have had a few sherbets .. - then CB will send apologies for not doing this visit in person.. but he'll have an engagement at Newark or Nottingham racecourse that day, purely coincidentally.
Forget about you being 'Colin's Bird' .. Colin's Birdy is a better trade !
For ARCM BOD to look to do a placing thru recent weeks, against the backdrop of the advanced warned big sell down from the Swedish Teachers Pension fund and in the knowledge of Drilling plan/actual drilling 'imminently'.. etc.. would see them all voted out of their jobs at the next AGM, i'd guess.. they'd absolutely not take the chance of getting thrown off the juiciest of salaries / options etc gravy trains for years to come imho.. ( worst case they'd pause taking salaries for a few months til summer.. then raise ..etc.. )
Some punter on the AA board quoted that something like 7 out of 10 of AA's most prospective targets from all their legacy drilling in the region were within the licence area ARCM had gotten ownership of.... hence why AA JV'd with them, I expect ,,.. but anything can happen in this game, I get..
No fear of Mr Colin Bird selling out of here on ethical grounds, at least.
Forget 20m + ... we might now even get to 30m + transacted volume here today ( we're at 26 m + coming in the last stretch of market open) = HUGE
(Last Friday was a very major outlier large transacted volume day at 23m ish .... yesterday was 6m ish .. for comparison)
Plenty who are in here are in ARCM too, I more and more get.
I'm in both - decently more here than there right now, but I expect to rebalance to approx. equal amounts in both as we go - and I paste here/now what I offered to Andrew re relative valuations of one versus the other over on the ARCM board the other day:
Generally, ARCM at 2p ish is equally as appealing to me as xtr.l at 1p ish.... both meaningfully too cheap on even a moderately bullish forward POC view imho..
Might even get to 20m + shares transacted today now... and I'd categorise that as the huge size of very big, even
(relatively speaking.. eg More than the first three days of this week transacted volumes put together.. and getting up towards last Fridays bumper volume day)
The remaining Swedish Pension fund share pile must be very low now.. and very hopefully fully sold out this week now, I guess/hope
IMHO & DYOR
