Some might say there's a degree of assumption by you in that post MudPump, but I didn't hesitate to tick it up, as I potentially see plenty of merit in it.

And, to extend such thinking further, I'd offer that if the company became aware of a size seller coming into play in the 7 's or 8's or 9's... etc... they might equally see merit in using spare treasury funds - if available at that time etc - to buy out that seller at a mutually agreeable price and again cancel those shares, thus continuing to facilitate any rally that might be in train (I note AK personally hoovering some up at 8p ish recently ish for eg ..etc..)

And extending such thinking one step further again, if cash collections continued on a good path thru coming 2026 months - include maybe even arbitration settlement monies into save Treasury too - then the company could formally announce a decent sized share buyback scheme, in due 2026 course.... which might well further facilitate a meaningful rally here.. etc..

Always a chance of an NIPCO takeover/Management Buyout at any time, I get.. (even including Nipco agreement not to take over for eg ..also management haven't an agreement to not do a MBO ..etc ) but my instinct remains that the 2026 focus here is not any such TO, but to deliver good news enough to allow this s/p rise decently on AIM. And the s/p likely wouldn't do such if size sellers were, whatever, incrementally/continually selling down. So in doing a lot to clear those sellers out previously/recently/now, a situation has been/is being created where a decent/good 2026 s/p rise could readily enough happen, if good bottom line news is released.

Given how much NIPCO and the AK and the companies treasury have, over time, now hoovered up around said range, that's got to be a real possibility by now.

(or if even close to such, save.l company treasury may easily have requisite 'spare ' cash in hand to give a n other/s a quick/easy out too.. and then cancelling those shares too)

They should always be looking into what price assets might achieve, especially any non 'core' one/s .. and everything is for sale for the right price .. etc..

PoO a key driver.. and if looking like averaging in low 60's USD in 26 then that should focus their minds more on non core asset/s sale this year.... but such poo would likely mean a poor/er price for any such sale too, alas..

If poo is looking like averaging anywhere north of 65 USD in 2026 then no need for any asset sale here imho (unless an excellent price achievable.. everything for sale for right price .. etc )

A decent picture on average poo for the year might be forming by June ish... that's only a few months out..

Generally, I'm broadly fine remaining patient here, asset sale or not ( if poo were looking like averaging anywhere in the 50's USD in 26.. i'd 'right size' down my holding here somewhat granted, even accepting the decent chunk of hedging they have in place in lateish 60's USD

My instinct is that the goodness of todays RNS hasn't fully sunk in yet:

Given the long time without news, and it being Feb now, my best - in my head - case for SilverKing mining go live timelines that would be offered was 6 months ish from a March 26 - in earnest - project start.... Today's RNS cuts that elapse time in approx. half and has the double bubble knock on effect of cutting the potential for project timeline slippages meaningfully too.

So, in the round, I'm in shock at the goodness of todays RNS .. and even accepting some placing shares dumping still in play, I'll stick my neck out and say this can readily rally decently into the 1p's sooner rather than later, not least as the assets to market cap fundamentals here are too low at 1p in the first place, whatever

But, I'd describe todays RNS as ok'ish towards decent more than solid or strong

Even including Akatara balancing, PoO in 60's dollars is a little tricky here - in 50's is a problem - and it getting back around 70 thru 26 would make be very bottom like helpful, please .. and plenty hedged in late ish 60's is a play I'm comfortable with too

Akatara is a gem.. and, generally, the sum of the assets - and liabilities - here is plenty more than the market cap... and Vietnam an on the near term horizon is a potential game changer too ..

So small down today is kinda understandable to me ...but any more than that is an over reaction .. (And I see back to 25p more than down to 20p as the next move here)

Staying patient here is easy for me .. and, in the round, I still like this a lot as a medium term play in my p/f ( including an asset sale or company sale could be a very s/p positive thing, at any time here... and a good Vietnam JV can of course be too..)

Very welcome back to posting here Andrew. Glad you're still on board here - I guessed you may have sold down plenty after that few months back raise - and a very balanced post, as ever, for you to come back with!

Oval seem to have done well/ with good speed in their production implementation set up work, so far.. and its xtr's contributing money but Oval fully owning the production go live implementation project, gives me reasonable hope of close(ish) to CB's stated timelines happening this time.

Generally, Moroccan Antimony as another 26 in train project.. and that together with this can give much fuel to the s/p here too .... and a Bushranger sale in 26 is now potentially in play too.. so, all together, 26 can readily be a - very even - good year for xtr.l s/p, I now understand/ hope

I've topped up here this morning , for the first time in such a long time.

(while this s/p is always hard to call.. and driven by lots of underlying complexities... I'm pretty confident that this can readily move decently past 1p quickly enough now.. and start looking at 1.5p thru rest of Winter /early Spring, hopefully)

I'd be thrilled with a $50m asset sale.. preferably 'ere, of course.. but even the knock on effect if another of he's companies does such would help 'ere plenty.

My guess is he does care, firstly about himself and his staff being 'looked after', then his-'mates' being 'looked after', and then his shareholders being 'looked after'..

Generally, I think he set his AIM companies up towards exploration and sell on .... and he has been caught out by the majors/ mid tiers so rarely biting on acquiring minors explored assets for a long time now (/so far).... but he's fairly understandably pivoting more towards bringing easier win exploration assets into production now ....

Still, the market in 26 might easily wake plenty more up to Minors explored assets acquisitions by mid tiers/majors :

Mr Bird badly needs to restore his credibility here - there and everywhere - and as I see mining go live projects as incremental/many month implementations, the shortest term mechanism to this credibility boost is an asset sale?!

I'm continually amazed how many shares they're, bit by bit, picking up so - seemingly - cheaply here..

Generally, there seems to be very complicated share price dynamics in play here, with lack of liquidity and size sellers selling at - seemingly - low prices both being significant drivers here.... and maybe there's no manipulation in play here either....

Altogether, Redworth must be laughing watching the play out of their accumulation here .....

Also, I'm somewhat surprised that a size buyer has not come in here recently, even for a trading play purposes.. still not too late for such and occurrence, of course..

Given this was 150p just under 5 years ago, and accepting a small amount of dilution a couple ish of years back, 15 /16 p ish now - that decent financial performance seems back here again - still feels extremely harshly low a s/p to me here now?!

Hence, while not in my recent plans to, I felt compelled to top up here this morning. (Others did too, seemingly?)

Towards balance, it has become clearer to me in 2025 and on into 2026, that complicated dynamics do surround this s/p......and so best I not get carried away here with todays news. Still, I will offer I'm plenty more confident in my holding here after this mornings fine RNS. (and the Redworth potential takeover angle adds another very interesting layer of opportunity here too)

An interesting listen, and Alexander Shaw seems an open, honest, very capable technical guy who is going to be doing things his way here.

However, ''we've only just got started'' was a line I definitely would rather he didn't use here/now.

I'd now like to see a JV with a deep pocketed partner asap... or a pretty quick outright sale here .. (I include a JV on average terms to lnd.l or a 'low ball' buy out offer - eg 6 to 9p a share range - in that sentiment)

Generally, I'm very disappointed with my bet in Landore, but I also get that in such a Gold Market, anything can happen at any time... I'm also ok ish with remaining very patient here, and hoping for better s/p times whenever in the future..

From RNS just now, they're up to 19.5% ish here ( from 16.5 % ish yesterday.. and a few per cent less for a good while prior to that )

Very likely they've hoovered up Universal Investment GmbH dumped holding here now

(I don't follow trade reporting here .. I expect via off market negotiated block/s buying.. with subsequent trade reporting after size trade allowed lag/s)

adding further bite to my proposed takeover here by them in due course view
