I expect there will be a broad update RNS from save.l soon enough. And I believe staying patiently calm until the contents of that has been absorbed remains a reasonable idea.

PS: Towards balance to sundry negativity here - and I respect that everyone is entitled to their opinion, but also offer that it's currently guess work whether such negative sentiment is save.l future valid - I can see plenty of potential bottom line improvement drivers thru 2026 that might underpin a meaningful s/p upswing here from soon enough forward.......

In case I'm misunderstanding, I ask, are you talking about, Intercompany lending by CB across his stable of companies and /or using xtr funds to buy shares in a Kendrick placement as an investment on behalf of xtr.l shareholders Mr Zap?

If yes to either, as a non Kendrick shareholder, xtr funds to Kendrick - lending or investing - may well not make sense to me!

If there was surplus cash generated 'ere, I'd prefer a dividend or share buyback scheme ahead of inter company lending/investing across The Bird stable oof companies (IF he has legal authority to do such intercompany lending or placement share buying, in the first place)

PS Such a RNS being issued well into Q2 should allow him offer - if he wants to - a pretty accurate forward view on trading in q2 too.. and maybe a bit beyond that as well ..

I expect he'll bundle the 'job lot' into a trading update and that RNS will - hopefully - be issued sometime in May.

I note that there was a Q1 trading update on May 19th last year

Off the back of that Trading Update RNS, I would hope/expect that he does Q&A /Retail Inv coffee morning/etc.. such like..

Some might see Mr Colin Bird and Shrek as related in ways beyond talking onions/layers, even ? :-)

You know it makes sense that confirming the year is very important for all things related to the Derek Edward Trotter of Copper etc 'ole drilling.. :-)

And 'ere's very much 'oping that share'olders will be in an 'appy place, not just this time next year, but come this years xtr.l AGM indeed, Ben 'owell !!

If this delivery timeline slips somewhat it would not be unexpected by the majority of long term holders here: it's par for the course for Mr Bird.

But he does need to give an update RNS here soon, please.... indeed, that's the least he can do.

(I'll hold off further comment until after I've read that update RNS, as long as its forthcoming in the first half of May... May 2026 that is btw)

Obviously I'm very keen on that production commencement occurring within that offered 3 month timeframe.. please!

But even if this timeframe hasn't been met, he still needs to update next week on the current state/revised timelines etc for SilverKing production ..

Generally, he needs to treat his shareholders with far more respect going forward .. In the past, too often, he seems to have regarded his shareholders as incidental inconveniences .. one of a number of factors that has contributed to this s/p being in the gutter in recent years.

Each to their own and good luck in your future bets wherever else .

The combined value of their assets, even if ongoingly sold down at discounted rates, far exceeds their remaining debt, imho .. so. in due course they’ll have little debt and a still fairly valuable mixed quality portfolio of remaining real estate assets ..

As the market hates lots of debt, and has smashed this s/p off the back, my bet is this, in due course, small debt scenario will be seen as a better paradigm by the market ..

Somewhere very vaguely around 45p to 50p a share might see Redworth have a decent chance of getting a t/o done here - IF that's their intention - so I see plenty of room still for speculative buying here around now/into the future....

It's only now back at where it was just before Don Iran Chumped.

On fundamentals/future prospects 35p to 45p range feels fairer value here/now than 25p to 35 p range, to me .... And speculative buying on a take over offer here soon is a potential thing on top here too....

Apart from his gang/inner circle it may - well - be that no one else actually attended last years AGM Bob....Morale amongst shareholders around then was the very low side of low, alas.

But a sporting chance that might not be the case this summer, I'd guess

(very unlikely I'd attend, whatever... but there's a broad church of perspectives amongst non inner circle shareholders, I understand)

And I shot a small load more cash in here just now.. ( small top up to a semi decent in play bet .. )

This falling from 26p ish to 21p ish off the back of Don Chumps Iran 'excursion' market jitters seen as a buying opportunity by more than me, seemingly ( ie this mornings decent rally.. and, to help, I've done my third - small - top up of the new tax year here this morning.

Generally, if this was priced at 50p ish now, I'd say that's no more than v approx fair value. (The business has been consistently/meaningfully turning itself around for 18 months + now...and there's a clear path for meaningful further growth from here forward too.. AND.. a Redworth takeover offer this year has got to be a good possibility here too. Towards balance, I note that this is illiquid/volatile, as witnessed by me experiencing punchy bounces & retraces in my v approx 18 month holding here)
