Comment: Yes, in short, everything is proceeding whilst Juno is witnessing the entry of Gina Rinehart into the Yilgarn "ADJACENT" [this is factually correct ie adjacent] to MT IDA , belonging to Juno on the ASX and to WHICH RRR has a balance 0.75% royalty and 0.75% belongs to Encore Royalties [RRR sold their 0.75% out of 1.5% to Encore for $14m.] So, we are watching history in the making as the project at Mt Bevan will cost $3.3bn. RRR came to the London market in 2005 with the main ASSET being MT IDA which is far bigger than Mt Bevan and is the largest iron ore [magnetite] in the Yilgarn. I am not sure how Mr Bell came into the Mt Ida as I read the IPO original documents but it does not say. However, since A. Bell was the Chairman and M.D was Ken Watson, a prospector, one can only logically conclude that Mr Watson presented the project to Mr Bell or jointly came to know about it. Suffice to say, Clive Palmer is 1 of Australia's IRON ORE magnetite magnets and the Chinese financed it and it was sold to them. So, that is history but until one knows what happened as to how Mr Bell was not 1 of Australia's iron ore magnates alongside these legends, I am not sure. This is meant in a respectful way. I told you, you do know. Yes, POSCO is already on the Juno board and on Mt Bevan project [Gina owns 51%]. Royalties to normal folks may not mean much but there has been a big ROYALTY batter in Australia in millions payout and you know what I mean. So, it is a bit pointless not to do a deal as Mt Ida is bigger and is more advanced than Mt Bevan. The royalities on production will take 1.5% of billions and that is something that will affect bottom line. But on checking the Mt Ida IPO title , RRR is NOT forced to take a buyout of their royalty [original 1.5%, now 0.75% together with Encore Royalties]. So, the royalty will remain a LIABILITY on the Balance Sheet of the acquirer WHICH is no buttons. Align ascribes over £20m but Edison higher from recall and data. What I am most pleased is that one cannot buy into Gina's co as it is private but here Gina is interested in Mt Ida. That is why I came to post. Thanks for your comment which is appreciated. The Mt Bevan mining lease was filed in Feb 2026 and it should be known as and when. Maybe, folks dont know about the industry but Mr Bell knows as a mining analyst in the past. This means the industry ie iron ore will know what are the steps post that. So, since I am putting it out there, what I am saying is not something new but I am aware Helpful, you cannot comment but I can put out standard research as I find it. Yah. 22.4.26

You are nuanced in all things mining. I am sure you know Mr Bell could be aware that Gina of Mt Bevan [51% JV] has filed for a mining lease and native for a $3.3bn mine. The filing is Mining Titles Online Mining Lease Application M29/448 [Exploration was E29/510] for Mt Bevan that is ADJACENT to Mt Ida [RRR has a balance of 0.75% royalty including Encore Resources of the other 0.7% they bought from RRR for $14m.] Align Research and EDISON Research have both ascribed NPV values to this.

So, Encore Resources [the new name] who holds the other 0.75% is no stranger to royalties as they are a royalty co and hold royalties to such legendary deposits like Voisey Bay and will be of great help.

Mt Bevan therefore will have to NEGOTIATE with both Encore and RRR at some stage . Juno now owns Mt Ida and they have POSCO on their board as a holder . POSCO is also involved in Mt Bevan. The project at Mt Bevan alone is not how mega co's do business as they need long life mine rather than just 1 deposit. Mt Ida is adjacent and once Mt Bevan received the MINING lease applied for, the coporate games start.

So, it will be interesting.

Usually, it is with CRUX investors who have higher net worth investors from Canada and North America. But they charge upwards of $40k according to the owner. Diane Garrett did a Crux Investors interview and so did EEE , London listed. So, if not of quality, they dont TEND to do the interviews as their investors interested in the next quality potential.

In this case, GSCU chose an AUSTRALIAN heavyweight ie KERRY STEVENSON who has her own Money Show and Founder-CEO of Gold Conference Australia and also a recent director [non-executive director of Kingsgate Cons. a $1.5bn co [A$]. I understand Kerry has interview all the heavy weights of the industry including BHP? I saw the Rick Rule interview. So, she is WATCHED in Australia and is the GLUE to Australian investors and recognised as such. She does NOT interview co's not of "quality" as stated on the Kingsgate Con. site. The 1st interview released was via PROACTIVE AUSTRALIA, not Proactive UK. So, I am pleased Garrett chose an Australian for the interview and Kerry travels to all the big mining conferences as well so network extensive. MORE IMPORTANTLY, she is watched so that is helpful. So, from the DRILL RESULTS of 22.4.26 from SX2, it was stated that the GOLDEN DYKE is continuing to deliver high gold grades with ANTIMONY and more importantly, it is OPEN at STRIKE and at DEPTH.

Golden Dyke 's next and last DEPOSIT is CHRISTINA and the latter is even high grade within the vein of 1,006 g/t gold.
