I will give you an example of a horse racing yard owned by any of the racing managers and legends. This you may understand. In case, folks dont know, Chairman Bell has to secure the Kilmore-Kilmore West, Victoria under 1 hand for the moment - no one likes taking on minority partners, royalty holders etc if any. But for now, that is the status of RRR OZ.

I provide a "WARNING" before Mon, 27 Apr 2026 when the London Stock market OPENS at 8am for trading [although RNS's can come out at 7am]. Why Warning? Because on this forum, folks just read an RNS or some comment, say for example and they jump in and then later blame the Chairman, CEO , others . That is what I gather from LEGACY holders of RRR, so better to "warn".

RRR DRC LITIGATION: All litigation is risky and this is something WELL KNOWN and no one can say they dont know. That is why I came to post about the Pinsent Mason article on RRR & JUS MUNDI on RRR DRC litigation. Many on this forum are NOT shareholders BUT all day, they busy commenting on others and many are reading and not posting. That is also why I did not post nor read this forum for a long time.

WHY WARNING FROM ME?|:

I posted only what is happening with RRR Kilmore-Kilmore's neighbour and that the Kilmore decline has started including a high profile new director, formerly MD-CEO of Newcrest etc. Mt Ida -I dont need to repeat what I posted today with the neighbour being GINA Rinehart who has a major share in Mt Bevan next door to Mt Ida [RRR Royalty 0.75%]. Gina is also now up the road from Fosterville, Victoria [same Victorian gold fields] at Four Eagles in a JV and has been granted the 2nd DECLINE approved. Things are moving on.

CHAIRMAN ANDREW BELL: It is a pity that I was not here during the period of 1p to 20p as stated as FACT by the RRR broker report but that is life. Mr Bell does not have to take my ideas on board as I am not a major holder of RRR, the CLN holders are including Peel Hunt and Topham, Bolitho, Black estate etc. I am sure the major holders of RRR are or can be in contact with Mr Bell as is norm but I am not. So, the only way, is thru this forum via Helpful who I think is a CLN holder etc. So, I run my ideas past him and perhaps he will let Mr Bell know from a small [tiny ] holder.

I am sure Mr Bell can get the EX-BHP CEO to telephone Gina Rinehart or in one of the convo , to say, RRR may be interested in selling their 0.75% Royalty, not for 15x but a more lower academic and technical threshold of 10x. That will really put the cat amongst the pigeons. It will be the biggest opening gambits but that is me. As for the Kilmore -Kilmore licence, Victoria, here is Mr Bell's legacy to add to his GRAMP's legacy but who knows when and who is the co or person who OFFERED for RRR Australia per 23.8.24 RNS [please check my post below for exact date as this is from recall only]. As for DRC RRR litigation, it is my guess, that with an "DRAFT AWARD" sent to RRR in 2024 per Pinsent Mason's article [also stated in RRR RNS], it is now in play [legal] but as they say, ONLY THE FINAL JUDGMENT WILL COUNT. In my view, the further international arbitration if it ever comes, could be SOLD to BURFORD or financed by them but I am not nuanced on this as Mr Bell has spoken to a Tier 1 legal counsel on this from what I understand via video's etc?

WHY HAVE I BEEN ABSENT FROM THIS FORUM FOR 2 YEARS [according to some on this forum]: I dont enjoy the constant to and fro and from FACTS, both SX2 's Sunday Creek , Victoria [next door to RRR's Kilmore-K.West, 15 mins away or 13km] has not had significant news yet but now it has with their KILMORE DECLINE approved by the state of Victoria and the said new appointment of former CEO of Newcrest as above. No, nearology is not enough but it is more whether the trend continues as Helpful said. I have no contact with any of the board and I have to come to this forum unfortunately to bring forward my research to check as I have no contact with the RRR board or its former advisor directly.

RRR LITIGATION: On the other RRR London stock forum, they expressed that one did not even know if the litigation exists etc in the DRC. Well, JUS MUNDI has recorded all the RRR RNS's and Pisent Mason 's partner has written on international litigation in the DRC and RRR was mentioned. Free to email the French Mason partner in Paris to inform him otherwise if anyone is up to it.

RRR ACCOUNTS: It is the 1st port of call to LOOK at any co's FINAL RESULTS AND INTERIM [latest] and there is no need to give any further comment as one is responsible for one self as to one's own RRR share.

NOTE AND CAVEAT: Please check and do not invest more than one can afford as is said. AIM is not for everyone as is also said. Refer to the various Broker Reports especially the CLEAR CAPITAL RESEARCH & ALIGN RESEARCH of 29.9.22 & 3 Jan 2018. My Comment: I wont repeat but on Twitter, Southern Cross Gold ASX [A$2.98bn mkt cap] refers to their latest results from the Golden Dyke after Christina, the latter closest to RRR's Kilmore [2]. Since you are aware of the board changes, I decided to look more carefully at IAN SMITH, new Non Executive Director whose C.V is legendary: " Former M.D of Newcrest, during his time, he transformed the co from a mid-tier producer into Australia's largest gold mining co, growing mkt cap from US$4.5bn to US$30bn. He joins to assist with the transition of the Sunday Creek project from discovery to development."-Dated 26 Jan 2026. Mr Smith was also former Chairman of Minerals COUNCIL of Australia. He was also MD-CEO of Orica, world largest manufacturer of plosives." Reminds of Chairman Bell's & the appointment of the high profile BRIAN GILBERTSON, former CEO of BHP - the Pallinghurst Resources vehicle. Of course, you are technically correct, in that according to Canadian rules, any project must be drilled to ascertain the potential resource of at least 3 holes [correct if wrong on current rules]. But here are my further comments, if I may with due respect: [1] Unlike Professor Jayson [since passed], the deposits do not tend to be in "pods" but rather SX2 at Sunday Creek have now stated they are CONTIGOUS. [2] From historical readings, it is KILMORE being the gold town of merit and they had to move to Sunday Creek when the gold ran out [surface] at Kilmore. I did check again and Chairman Bell appears to have pipped the CEO of SX2, when he applied for the licence in 2022 and SX 2 IPO's in 2023 but I stand to be corrected if wrong since RRR Australia has a lot of Victoria licences. So, history will ask WHAT IF SX2's CEO managed to get the KILMORE -Kilmore West licences first? I dont know but I am sure that one will find out as and when. As I stated FACT that the geology shows KILMORE-KILMORE WEST sits [ON] the William Fault [same as Fosterville sits on the William Fault a bit north of Kilmore] vs SX2's Sunday Creek OFF this fault [the splay].
