I was in Solgold from before the START OF DRILLING at Alpala, Ecuador.

The Atlantic Lithium takeover will bring in A$14M end of 2026 from Hayou. So, Nicholas Mather who started both Solgold and Atlantic Lithium , listed in London has HAD 2 OUT OF 2 listed co's TAKEN OVER. This is in relation to DGR Global who owned stakes in both Solgold & Atlantic Lithium. DGR Global has a current market cap of A$28.17 Million dated Fri, 5 June 2026.

Hayou is also in the news today as they will potentially spend $400m on a lithium processing and refinery plant in Zimbabwe. Hayou is the co taking over Atlantic Lithium, London listed. This was the topic of discussion below so just to update what happened to BOTH CO'S MATHER LISTED IN LONDON.

Pbow. Following your update on Cascabel I decided to follow up the story. I wont bore you but the outline is that : Solgold had put in clauses in their 2024 agreement with the govt from what I was told in checking the data. Also, the change in control ie Solgold was bought out did not change that ENSA the co holding the licences etc in Ecuador has not changed. However, new laws have kicked in , in Ecuador and this is now something that will be on the buyer of Cascabel's plate , as to how they move forward.

I only post this, given this has NOTHING to do WITH SOLGOLD, Nicholas Mather as the Former CEO, Founder and Director. This is something in which will be up to the buyer and if the govt goes ahead with what they told the buyer, then it is theory 101, international arbitration may be next? I dont know as I am not privy to what the buyer will do in this regard but this is general commercial theory. However, all international arbitration cases are filed and it has implications for interational loans etc as is norm.

But suffice to say, I am posting this for history for those who were not happy with the price of $1.2bn paid in cash by the buyer and folks wanted way more. Well, the buyer will have to spend more if they chose to take the way of international arbitration.

As for the money folks want from DGR , ASX, this has nothing to do with Solgold either. Why? Many co's win awards but is it a RIGHT OF SHAREHOLDERS that every penny is distributed? I am not aware of UK Company Law that says one is legally entitled to every penny in the co who has just won an award?

Some time ago, I read that you came to London to speak to institutional investors in the City of London. Of course, shareholders will NOT be invited but in the recent Sunday Roast interview, you tried LEVELLING up for shareholders. But you cannot do our research for us shareholders and this is what this site is for ie shareholders to share. For that reason, on HOTCOPPER AUSTRALIA, one does not find the type of post that I have just seen of my post below about PEER ANALYSIS relating to Kenderick [KEN] changed. In my view, it was not welcomed. So, Mr Bird, you will have to find your own way to communicate to all shareholders as anything positive and research to follow up with what you said is not welcomed. And it will leave shareholders in the dark and negativity to thrive 101.

These days, many attending AGM's will also NOT share what they heard or learnt except on your other co, Captain Bob is the only exception who is old school and therefore shares and helps the collective in whatever way they can relating to the co.

One little notation if I may add:

To all who posted "NEWS" [me] and I am the only one here to have to answer as if I am in the "box" [court and otherwise 101] under "cross examination", let me post something which I think you need to know. In many jobs relating to stocks, publications etc, there are rules to follow by way of PRIOR training and qualifications 101.

Well, just because it is DISSOLVED, does not legally mean necessarily that the licences are not still held in the Zimbabwe mining registry 101 and under what co, name etc? Besides, the AUDIT listing per the Annual Report is not given to shareholders but it will be under the assets but it is not spelt out licence by licence. I did QUALIFY that I do not know much about RRR assets in Africa.

To the shareholders of KENDERICK who are interested, Chairman Bird does not give out data and information and the guide book to REE's for no reason. I was in Mr Bird's BUSHRANGERS and his before Christmas interview helped me chart out everything including researching PEERS which is standard ANALYSIS used in broker reportsof award winning firms like S P ANGEL AND EDISON broker reports who use VALUE-in-situ. I dont particularly like NPV as I prefer value-in-situ.

Mr Bird, Chairman of Kenderick said in an interview, he reads stock forums and I presume his co's and that is helpful - this means he knows what is happening and what shareholders know or dont know and he can inform at the AGM if folks are attending shortly in London.

BUT MANY CEO'S OF LISTED CO's know that TRADERS NEED TIMELINES and it looks like Colin Bird is also aware. But my post being changed means that DATA about Kenderick is not wanted. Why? GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF LAW: Where it can be identified, then it must be "VERIFIED" [LEGALLY AND OTHERWISE] and the threshold is definitive not subjective. It must pass the minimum level of checks and balances. If one worked for a newspaper publication, no Editor would allow the publication to pass unless it has been "verified" both legally and evidenced from more than 1 source etc and has met the legal threshold for reporting. So, I leave you to your own ideas but I follow procedural processes.

I have now found out about RRR Zimbabwe. RRR owns its lithium assets through its 75% owned subsidiary, African Lithium Resources [ALR]. The geographic placement of those licences makes them BENEFICIARIES of this INFRASTRUCTURE WAVE. [1] RRR secured 94 hectares plus extensions and secured multiple lithium licences and located NEXT to the massive, historic BIKITA MINERALS MINE. Bikita is operated by =SINOMINE= who is building its own $500M refining facility [just read it at South China Morning Post]. RRR's claims [said] sit close to the main industrial trucking corridors running through Bikita and would APPEAR to convert RRR "speculative" ground into highly monetizeable un-stranded resource. Why? The new laws no longer allow digging and EXPORTING RAW ROCK [lithium] and has to be processed. Hence, why qualified to state formerly "speculative" claims [said lithium licences ground]. Given when they were claimed RRR and others were NOT subject to the new rules now come into force. But now two Chinese majors are going to process and refine lithium. So, RRR may or might have the opportunity to JV etc or even sell the licences 101 ?

Again, I run this PAST ============ HELPFUL============as some of the folks say, he has taken a stake in ALR? Not sure but Helpful will know and if I am wrong or somewhat slightly wrong, he can correct as I find it diffcult to thrawl through all the RNS as often mentions may be in RRR RNS that do not have RRR Zimbabwe headings etc. DYOR. I posted the process of the DRC Arbitration as I could NOT RECONCILE how RRR plc came to be LISTED at the prestigious JUS MUNDI international arbitration site and that Pinsent Mason [Paris partner] wrote about Arbitration in Africa and RRR 's name was included as 1 of the co's in DRC arbitration. But I also know that the Supreme Court of DRC , Kinshasa is a local DRC court system and the highest court in their land.

I have now found out how the TWO flow one into the other and why PINSENT MASON [as above] reported on RRR relating to the "DRAFT AWARD DELIVERED TO RRR IN 2024". And due to this, it is the reason why after the Supreme Court DRC, Kinshasa, it must be validated and then stamped before the BUYER'S COUNSEL will release the MONEY FROM ESCROW.

That is now what we are ALL CONCENTRATING ON - I purposely GAVE NO FINAL CONCLUSION but leave everyone to read the process of which Helpful came on to post under this title but DID NOT CORRECT anything that may be slightly the wrong sequence etc ie not material [or material as the case may be]. Nothing more to say. Everything else is going to be a BONUS and hence why I posted about RRR Zimbabwe and I will follow it up later.

Either RRR owns LICENCES in ZIMBABWE or it does not. Nothing naive about it. ANY ANALYST from any of the top tier 1 investment houses will also deal with this aspect. I havent followed RRR in Zimbabwe. But the Bloomberg on Twitter came on my feed.

TO POINT: Many countries in Africa do NOT allow DSO to be exported now. DSO stands for DIRECT SHIPPING ORE. This means it has to be PROCESSED before it can be EXPORTED etc. Very few co's can set up PROCESSING facilities because of the capex eg $400m in this case. What does this industry news MEAN to RRR in particular and in general. IT IS GOOD NEWS for all listed co's who have any assets [lithium[ in Zimbabwe. How? By extension, once a MAJOR [Chinese] has set up a processing plant, then, IF, the licence is CLOSE by or close enough, the ore can be transported to the Chinese plant if they have spare capacity. [2] Anyone that has LICENCES [LITHIUM] near this plant will be really in ze "money". Like how> It is general knowledge that where one has a licence [lithium trend] near and in the structural trend , will be able to enhance it in terms of it perceived value 101? I recall that is why many Chinese bought licences ie speculators but they were a bit early and now perhaps they will be able to be in ze money [terms used for option and applied here just to say they have come into a blessed position if in the right spot?]. YOU ARE ON ABOUT THE LITHIUM SITTING in the warehouse worth $150k? From the little I know and read, it is not high grade and therefore needs processing and all that. I ASK THE QUESTION [as is being discussed on this forum]: I have not follow everything posted on this forum about the COMING production at Hope and Gorab but to me, I ask the question: [1] Can equipment be transported , never mind replacing a motor at the NLZM F L O A T A T I O N plant , IF, the FIRST PRODUCTION OF COPPER cannot be effected? I have NOT seen any BZT RNS that says: PRODUCTION is rescinded as there is no money? How is that to do with Solgold as DGR Global is ASX Australian listed and has NOTHING to do with Solgold [delisted]. Solgold SHAREHOLDERS GOT PAID CASH and look at what AFR said :"HIT THE JACKPOT". If DGR Global shareholders HIT the JACKPOT, so will SOLGOLD SHAREHOLDERS and PAID IN CASH, not shares of the buyer.

The DGR GLOBAL mkt cap of A$27M HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BOARD. It is that market has NOT BOUGHT the DGR ASX shares to DOUBLE the market cap. THE SOLGOLD PAYMENT IN CASH IS SITTING IN THE BANK OF DGR GLOBAL and still there.

AUSTRALIAN STOCK EXCHANGE RULES AND AUSSIE RELEVANT LISTED RULES: Does it say anywhere , that proceeds of the sale from an investee MUST BE PAID OUT FULLY IN CASH to shareholders given they want EVERY CENT from what I gather? From what I know, DGR said in an announcement, they will inform on the next direction of the co? How is this all RELEVANT to Solgold a DELISTED co and the symbol shows so.

Pbow: If I read correctly, someone said you worked in PR and they even named the firm and I dont think you denied it but correct me if my recollection is NOT correct. As soon as it changed HANDS, shortly after , the SONORA LICENCE got taken back and Ganfeng has filed for an INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION CASE [one can check as it is on open file]. HEARD OF MONROE DOCTRINE AND NOW DONROE DOCTRINE of the USA? As for CASCABEL IN PARTICULAR, it states that it is UP FOR RE-NEGOTATION and try looking up the RULES whether ON CHANGE OF CONTROL , it can TRIGGER or NOT TRIGGER a new CONTRACTUAL agreement needed or not?
