That is a 2021 JUNO IPO =========REPLACEMENT====PROSPECTUS.!!! There is a LEGAL difference then of the ORIGINAL PROSPECTUS JUNO 2021 IPO which was the one I view. In this replacement prospectus, you asked us to LOOK FOR "ROYALTY" AND "RED ROCK RESOURCES" - it is a 264 page document and please tell ze people ie shareholders where ROYALTY AND RED ROCK RESOURCES appear please. 264 pages - I already looked at the original and my eyes are too tired to try to find it in this replacement. LOL-see Sherriffs - it is a ADMISSION IPO document which forms a LEGAL notification that is submitted to the ASX and must reflect the LEGAL RIGHTS of the ENCUMBRANCE IE ROYALTY on MT IDA. I would also suggest , with due respect, that this best be left to RRR 's Chairman & CEO because IF, folks are NOT informed by an OFFICIAL RRR RNS, then, FCA MAR ARTICLE 12 is applicable. I could NOT find any mention of the Mt Ida 1.5% Royalty and did further research and found out that [1] The original 2006/2010 contractual AGREEMENTS was NOT followed up in the MT IDA TITLE DEEDS inclusion as norm during the Jupiter Mines period of ownership? [2] During the JUNO SPIN out in 2021, the IPO admission documents did NOT mention any 1.5% Mt Ida Royalty which is norm to include? [3] Juno is in "TALKS" for a JV partner for Mt Ida , both for feasibility study and DEVELOPMENT of Mt Ida and one wonders if the JV partner has been told of what appears to be an "OMSSSION" lets put it that way? [4] Juno may HAVE TO == B U Y OUT == both RRR & Ecora . [5] If Juno has NOT disclosed to the JV partner/s , say for example, then the JV parnter will find out later anyway once the banks conduct the MANDATORY DUE DILIGENCE and corporate lawyers check the history of the title back for decades. [6] Juno may not have the CASH TO BUY OUT RRR AND ECORA given the above sums.?

It is only my initial view , that Juno Minerals on the ASX, Australia do NOT have millions to BUY OUT both RRR Plc & Ecora Royalty as far as I can see., IF they are unable to "correct" the said 1.5% Mt Ida Royalty title ommission [each having 0.75% each] ?? Therefore, RRR Plc may want to be CUT INTO the JV DEAL instead as a weighted fair value exchange pending a FRESH INVESTMENT BANK VALUATION REPORT as is norm? I dont know what Chairman Bell thinks but certainly with "TALKS" going on, RRR is positioned, let's put it that way. This is my initial idea but subject to official confirmation by RRR via RNS. Comment: Fri 22:15, Fri, 22 May 2026 Per poster, it is "supposed nonsense"? Look at the above evidence and proof. Right now, Juno who owns 100% of Mt Ida is in TALKS ["Running a process , for a earn in partner for MT IDA, feasibility study and to DEVELOP MT IDA, Quaterley RNS 8.5.26].

Juno also mentioned Gina, Australia's richest person next door to Mt Ida and that it is positive for magnetite iron ore development in the Yilgarn, Wesfern Australia. Juno also mentions in QUARTERLY ANN, 8.5.26 that a 27KM HAUL ROAD is being CONSTRUCTED to run THROUGH MT IDA TENEMENTS = YILGARN is open vs 2012 which was the time of the Mt Ida sale, there was NO haul road to transport iron ore to port of Esperance.

I must be honest with you: you were up ALL LAST NIGHT into the wee hours ending with going to the gym at-- 5am-- in the morning? You woke up early in the morning to post the day before . I dont know if you need to sit up all night and EARLY hours of the morning ie 1am, 2am, 3am , 4am , 5am WATCHING this RRR forum in case either me and HELPFUL etc posts any data? Then, come morning, the baton is passed by the repeats of years of the same noise?

I dont know but suffice to say, NO ONE is here to GIVE FINANCIAL ADVICE which you touched on in your post at 19:34pm [7.34pm], Fri, 22 May 2026. That is up to each one to take out a paper napkin and look at the last RRR Annual Report and latest Interims - this will give 2 figures, ASSETS & LIABILITIES.

Then, look at what ASSETS that RRR has that is of note per each shareholder's opinion and work from there 101. EVERY AIM co is the same or for that matter any FT100 co and FT250. I am sure you are AWARE to GIVE FINANCIAL ADVICE will BREAK the RULES on this site or any stock forum. So, kindly check or CONSULT A FINANCIAL ADVISER as the London Stock Exchange states.

With TALKS going on at JUNO, per their 8.5.26 Quarterly Activitity Report, ANN, are or have they told the potential JV partner of RRR Plc's 0.75% Mt Ida Royalty as that is a LEGAL ENCUMBRANCE 101 on the Mt Ida potential revenues to come under GRR [Gross Revenue].

I have never commented on what was posted on this forum about RRR ASSETS pledged to UNSECURED LENDERS given 0 CHARGES registered at Conpany House RRR Plc. I provide an analogy: If a bank offers a mortgage, the buyer will see if they did a LEGAL SEARCH, that the BANK will take a charge against the property or a 1st LIEN. No one can sell under the bank etc as it is the law and anyone who does NOT CHECK the registry cant say they dont know. So, if we take this non-legal comment on this forum of RRR pledged assets etc, then the LENDERS will know since they are in business, that any pledges carry NO LEGAL WEIGHT 101.

So, CONTRARY to posts, MT IDA is an ASSET and as I said, the JV TALKS are going on and Chairman Bell must be awake to this. I would be as I dont tend to be sleepy on such matters. LOL.

I have now called up the Juno IPO relating to Mt Ida Royalty of 1.5% and NO disclosure was cited , either in the main content or the Geo report.!!

THE ENSURING CORPORATE DISPUTE: It seems this oversight did NOT go UNNOTICED by RRR who challenged it and stated to the market that RRR RETAINED the royalty over the Mt Ida project and any "attempt to wipe it out via DEMERGER would face LEGAL SCRUTINY." The ommission FORCED a series of downstream CORRECTIONS and RESTRUCTURING and it later asset transactions.

Google data stated: "Legally speaking , corporate restructuring|: IT WAS PRESENTED THAT MT IDA WAS AN UNEMCUMBERED HIGHLY LUCRATIVE ASSET to maximise JUNO's IPO valuation. However, in MINING LAW, leaving a ROYALTY BEHIND ON AN EMPTY CORPORATE SHELL usually results in im

mmediate litigation from the royalty holders, which is exactly why the MARKET NOSIE ERUPTED shortly after." [I am not responsible for the 101 ].

As an analogy, as I said, I looked at the SX2 latest ANN 2026 Presentation released recently and it was stated; "NO COMMERCIAL ROYALTIES" which is stating profit, revenue all belong to SX2 , Southern Cross Gold at Sunday Creek, Victoria, neighbours to RRR's Kilmore.

IS CHAIRMAN BELL WATCHING THIS POTENTIAL JV OF PARTNER/JUNO AT MT IDA? Does the partner know about the RRR and Anglo Pacific Royalty of 1.5%. Has it been subsequently WRITTEN INTO THE MT IDA TENEMENT DEEDS post RRR's market reaction as above?

Yes, if the Royalty agreement is for IRON ORE, then magnetite will need a new NPV for sure. Magnetite needs to be proceessed and commands a higher price than iron ore.

I spend last night trying to hunt for the Juno IPO document to see what it says of the Mt Ida Royalty of 0.75% to RRR or their original 1.5%.

In general , there is no "sunset clause" & yes, just as I thought, it will ALL come down to the fine legal print of the agreement that Chairman Bell wrote and whether it is legally water tight. FROM THE EDISON NOTE & DR MICHAEL GREEN note of 2013 and 2012, post the RRR sale of royalty 0.75%, they both TALK of RRR receiving $13.7M EDISON OR $8M DR GREEN -----------a year -------for 50 years as in the Dr Green note.!!! Chairman Bell has to comment.

What most shareholders will want to know is that, IF, my general overview is IN FACT , CORRECT , then, would Chairman Bell be prepared to

SELL this 0.75% Mt Ida ROYALTY that may now go live, be it on the "change of control" [does not affect the Royalty owner directly but of note] given the circumstances of RRR ie it needs funding.

The sale will no longer be cheap as in 2012 with the 27km haul road opening and it goes thorugh MT IDA TENEMENTS starting May 2026 and mid-2026.

This is something that will bring RRR to a close of course and if the said RRR 11 Feb 2026 RNS about taking with regional partners on RRR Australia is also effected. The Agnico Eagle deal in late 2025 stated they paid A$17m + $3m equity JUST FOR 1 EXPLORTION TENEMENT LICENCE that surrounding Agnico's Fosterville mine. In RRR's case, Kilmore-Kilmore West is NEXT DOOR "adjacent" to Southern Cross Gold [SX2, A$2.6bn mkt cap] and Kilmore -K.W sits on the MT WILLIAM FAULT vs SX2' Sunday Cross the splay. The RRR 10, 12 June 2026 RNS refers especially the RRR geo's new mapping of the DYKES that comes from SX2's Sunday Cross into KILMORE -KILMORE WEST with the STATED [IN RRR'S RNS ]4KM STRIKE WITH 142 G/T GOLD].

These two RRR assets means that once and for all, the debt position can be clear given the lenders to RRR have "0" charges and the $8m still owing from Ecora on two more milestones to be effected couuld be "SECURITISED."

But I understand that in Australia, one cannot just leave a mining asset alone and sit on it. Consequently, there are also rules set out, the owner of any mining licence cannot "delay" to squeeze OUT the ROYALTY holder. Since Mt Ida is still one of the most valuable of all its assets at RRR given the Yilgarn opening right now with construction of the 27km haul road through Mt Ida tenements belonging to 100% holder Juno, is my understanding that is general in nature CORRECT or not? It is CLEAR that the Mt Ida Royalty blance of 0.75% of RRR Plc is an ASSET. With TALKS going on at Juno , ASX Australia [100% owner of Mt Ida ] & partner/s -- if one were to read their ANN/RNS of 8.5.26 correctly and repeated again on 12.5.26, it means that some sort of "Change of Control" could happen.

However, if I understand correctly, RRR will still carry the said Royalty post any change of control event , IF, it happens. If the change of control is with the neighbour [Hanc<ock/Legacy, the neighbour is also mentioned in the said Juno's two RNS/ANN], it could mean a JOINED up operation and this means that the MT IDA MAGNETITE ORE is also shipped on the one 125km slurry pipe & that is when the royalty kicks in on the sale [top line revenue].

Edison puts a higher figure than Dr Michael Green , well known mining analayst at GECR of 2013 and 2012, post the sale of the partial 0.75% Mt Ida Royalty

to the FT250 royalty co, Anglo Pacific [now called Ecora]. Edison's top range is some US$13.7M for 0.75% vs $8M from Dr Green every year in royalty revenue [Dr Green 50 years Life of Mine].

I read the Edison note late last night, so anyone wanting to read and check please, click reply and it will show my post.

But suffice to say, that as a shareholder of RRR plc, it is in my interest to know about the talks going on. Helpful has mentioned it but since Helpful will not reply to my question, so that I can have some affirmation that our [shareholders] position is correct, this means that the opportunity has been afforded for a more nuanced take.
