It is CLEAR that the Mt Ida Royalty blance of 0.75% of RRR Plc is an ASSET. With TALKS going on at Juno , ASX Australia [100% owner of Mt Ida ] & partner/s -- if one were to read their ANN/RNS of 8.5.26 correctly and repeated again on 12.5.26, it means that some sort of "Change of Control" could happen.

However, if I understand correctly, RRR will still carry the said Royalty post any change of control event , IF, it happens. If the change of control is with the neighbour [Hanc<ock/Legacy, the neighbour is also mentioned in the said Juno's two RNS/ANN], it could mean a JOINED up operation and this means that the MT IDA MAGNETITE ORE is also shipped on the one 125km slurry pipe & that is when the royalty kicks in on the sale [top line revenue].

Edison puts a higher figure than Dr Michael Green , well known mining analayst at GECR of 2013 and 2012, post the sale of the partial 0.75% Mt Ida Royalty

to the FT250 royalty co, Anglo Pacific [now called Ecora]. Edison's top range is some US$13.7M for 0.75% vs $8M from Dr Green every year in royalty revenue [Dr Green 50 years Life of Mine].

But suffice to say, that as a shareholder of RRR plc, it is in my interest to know about the talks going on. RRR RNS of that time stated SX2's MKT CAP AROUND $600M, now it is around A$2.6BN!!!

This is borne out by Juno [owns 100% of Mt Ida] 28 Apr 2026 ANN: Quarterlies stating: "RUNNING PROCESS" to look for a earn-in partner at project level to develop Mt Ida. You commented on Twitter in reply to a tweet by a shareholder of RRR [not me] that it is sensible for a HANC<OCK /Legacy JV [para phrase]. I am sure you know that a FEASIBILITY study is of little point if the timeline is not DEVELOPMENT in the short term. Mt Bevan of Gina Rinehart is already much further ahead with the Feasibility Study and Forward Works and currently 73 hydrogeological holes will be drilled etc. So, the only logical M & A is a BROADER one and it may be a combo. But any JV partner or other combo will NEED TO WORK OUT TOP LINE PROFITABILITY or GROSS REVENUE and come rain or shine, the MT IDA ROYALTY must be PAID OUT from revenue since this is a GRR. So, only Chairman Bell can give Gina a ring to perhaps input RRR 0.75% and "cut" us ie the co in. This has to be a "CHANGE OF CONTROL" and Chairman Bell will have to inform us if, JUNO comes up with a definitive deal . So, it is ideal Chairman Bell found out from Gina if he is friendly with her as to her intentions for Mt Bevan - Gina will kick off iron ore magnetite exports after GVY's from Mt Mason. So, Chairman Bell will have to UPDATE us on Mt Ida - I think he has not done so but there is a lot of development going on with the 27km haul road CONSTRUCTION starting May 2026 and by mid-2o26, GVY will start operations to ship hematite along this said road VIA MT IDA TENEMENTS. A favour for all genuine shareholders of RRR. If Gina will take Bell's call [you said Brian is best mates with Gina but Brian passed last year]. then he should try or use an introduction or intermediary. If Gina will take the call via any of this networks, then perhaps she will know why he is calling. It is only for 1 reason and I am sure Gina will know Bell from 2021 or 2020 days, since Bell signed the Jupiter Annual Report and Brian as well as Executive Chairman.

Hiring a rain maker like Macquaire will take quite a bit of money which RRR does not have at this point or cant afford to spend it at the moment.

At least Bell can gauge the reaction [litmus test] of the commerciality of the market at this time. On this site, someone posted Ecora's latest broker note and it is a big jump to the price so they are very active for royalties.

I went to RC school and continued to the end of that phase. It prepared me for commercial life and by upkeeping those principles taught, I was never sacked , dismissed and my record is pristine. I also have a sense of commercial reality and have to WEIGH facts vs hopeful forecasts , modelling, and something that cannot be nailed down as it were. I went to EVEN CHECK Anglo-Pacific's ANNUAL REPORT of 2012 to see what they said about the MT IDA ROYALTY bought from RRR Plc of 0.75% Royalty. Take DR Green's $8m x 30 years in the 2011 RRR note [well known mining analyst] = $240M cash flow of revenue from Mt Ida royalty still left of 0.75% to rRR. But in the 2012 note, Dr Green cited $8m x 50 years on the potential 1.3bn tonnes projected = $400M. All quantifiable and will form part of M & A to input the deals that have taken place. $400M OVER 50 YEARS OF REVENUE FROM JUST 0.75% ROYALTY AT MT IDA. At $8m A YEAR revenue from Mt Ida royalty, that is serious money. ALL THIS HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED YET to 2026. Hope that clarifies. as many know on this forum, i have been trying to fill in how mt ida, yilgarn , western australia, being the main flagship asset during the rrr ipo in 20025, left these british shores and went to australia and into jupiter on the asx, and then in 2021, spun out to juno, asx who now owns 100% of mt ida.

as i have posted last night, from s & p global, the yilgarn is going to open up and there are a few deposits there but the largest is mt ida. as you know, mitsui paid top $ using macquarie capital to handle the sale and it came to roungly $1.5 per tonne vs $1 at best for the slightly smaller deposits. i checked a year back and some could be picked up for 50cents to 1 tonne. that shows how hot the m & a , both for hematite iron ore and the now desired magnetite [green] iron ore is.

mt ida is now next door [stated to be "adjacent"] to mt bevan of hanc<**** prospecting/legacy fame and soon australia's richest person will have to decide on fdi and then it is off to the races. but then, hanc<ock has the deep pockets to be able to afford the $5bn capex for mt bevan.

but given almost all the mega tier 1 magnetite has been bought by the japanese big houses like mitsui, i am pretty certain, that mt ida will be no different ie it can be sold if the right rain maker is appointed to find either a japanese buyer etc. but the legendary wright family are now a$8bn riches and their recent litigation case is another potential iron ore royalty win [but it has gone to appeal] of some $1.5bn [with interest etc] . however, with mt ida, there is no such issue as legal agreements etc must have been tightly drafted [hopefully] and is water tight. but in the case of the wright senior then, it was an understanding and so forth which makes it harder. legal fees are around $100m so case in point, draft it in writing etc.

if mt ida fetches , say for example, a$1.8bn [m & a $1 per tonne for 1.85bn tonnnes of magnetite iron ore at mt ida but not top dollar $1.5 for rhodes ridge of the legendary wright family] say, then 1% + will mean that your cash out would or could have been a$18 million!!!

RRR's Musonoi dispute is rather of a distraction, lets put it that way because all majors have to report in their Annual Report if they have legal licence disputes etc and if significant in nature etc. So, if the "Arbitration Award" is taking time, then RRR does not have time due to its Balance Sheet and funding of the normal AIM companies needs. But time is running on and IF, STOPPED OUT BY THE STATUE OF LIMITATIONS, then the INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION is ded in the water if the time to FILE is past the post [see the Elon case filed for $341bn stopped out for statue of limitations US style]. So, in the meantime, the DRC being "best mates" with Chairman Bell [Bell seen or attended the Palace something or other] is told [hints in RRR RNS's], we will give you something equivalent and so forth. So, be good and go play with this new toy we are offering you by way of licence or whatever. So, we saw a picture posted on Twitter by Chairman of RRR.
