Colin Bird's Order of Prize: No 1 in his open pot of stocks.

Downside? : How old one is and how long it will take for things to take shape etc?

Risk/s: Cant tell yet -not enough research. Never talked to Colin Bird -no access as a researcher of stocks.

Colin Bird's style: Doesnt buy resources in millions like majors - picks discards that have gold still left?

Personality: Dont know enough Colin Bird's mind set on resource/s except he is a copper fan.

I take my leave given I have asked and have shown courtesy in all communications on this forum pertaining to the Chairman-CEO of RRR plc.

I have given Chairman Bell due credit and thanks for kindly letting me know the JUNO 2021 REPLACEMENT IPO DOCUMENT. Gooogle AI informed me that this replacement is not freely available as a 1st line check. So, without a link provided by Helpful, I could not have reasonably found it. I take my leave and I have asked everything I personally wanted to know and I have extended courtesy and common manners both to Helpful and Chairman Bell . Thank you. I hope Chairman Bell will steer this ship to harbour and I can only hope as is common with all listed companies but I know for Mt IDA, the potential change of control is something that is not privy to me but talks are continuing per Juno 8.5.26 RNS/ANN re: Quaterlies. So, if you studies LAW, company law and all the law subjects in your CERTIFIED ACCOUNTING EXAMS AND A FULLY QUALIFIED FCA ie Chartered Accountant, then you must know all the COMPANY LAW PROCEDURES. And therefore, be it in an email, letter or twitter you can write to Chairman Bell as I informed everyone on this forum. IF, YOU DONT DO SO, I cannot hold your fingers and hands to write it for you and what you require to know about the assets of RRR, since you were not aware of the Mt Ida royalty at this time - you only cited the long list of Kenya, DRC, Cote and the rest of the African assets. So, try to do some research for yourself as well as that is your responsibility. You have to declare in your communication, and signed off as SHAREHOLDER OF RRR. YES, PAGE 2 3 4 , NOTE 4 does state: "AGREEMENT FOR ROYALTY INTEREST IN M29/414."

"The Option Agreement provides for a royalty [1.5% of any GROSS REVENUE] to be PAID to Red Rock Resources in the event that iron ore is produced or OBTAINED from the "area the subjects of the tenements" [ROYALTY INTEREST]."

BUT , I find it legally interesting that it is NOT only "produced" but "=====OBTAINED"=== from the "area the subjects of the tenements [Royalty Interest] IS VERY LEGALLY MATERIAL. Why? " OBTAINED" is legally very clever and water tight so that IF THERE IS A JV AND CHANGE IN CONTROL OF MT IDA and both MT BEVAN & MT IDA join up in a JV, it means that "MT IDA OBTAINED" ore will still LEGALLY QUALIFY and ==NOT= just "PRODUCTION" as some on this forum think.

Yes, you are right in 1 sense but what I viewed was the ====ORIGINAL=====Juno 2021 IPO admission documents submitted to the ASX and which I cited today on this forum. THAT MEANS, I WAS NOT WRONG in ==not== seeing "royalty" or "Red Rock Resources".

3 months later +, the =REPLACMENT= Juno 2021 IPO admission document was issued which I did not see as it was not shown where I looked and it now has "royalty" and "RRR" as you now cite.

So, people, there you are, THE JUNO IPO 2021 IPO ADMISSION DOCUMENT IS LEGALLY IMPORTANT AND LEGALLY MATERIAL given there are now TALKS about a JV going on.
