I would like to add one more thing for all the people who have liked my posts and hope that my sharing will open eyes . There are MANY stocks out there to buy eg Greatland Gold [now called Greatland Resources] but at a current £4.8 BILLION mkt cap & share price at £7.20, it is not cheap to buy even 1,000 shares as it will cost £7,200 .But when it was 1.13p BEFORE the Havieron drill, it was affordable given the low market cap of around £20-25million. Let me tell you FIRST HAND what happened at Greatland Gold. It was under Callum, CEO [Geologist] for a long time and when a major walked from Ernest Giles, he moved out for Paul Johnson to take over so that the co could be RESTRUCTURED. So, they started afresh with Bell as Executive Chairman wiht Pau as temporary CEO for the resftructuring phase. Paul then hired Gervaise Heddle from Suydney [a fund manager] and the rest is history. Why? Newcrest had drilled by spaced it wrong and missed the gold. But oh my, the bun fights on that forum was legendary and day and night, the gallery moaned about the CEO for no good reason , placings even though it was done to drill the 1st 5 holes and then another funding to drill the next 4 holes. No good folks said of the drilling results with only 1 hole good enough. Some said it needs DFS and 3 months not one sound and 1 fine morning , Newcrest had JV'ed in and the history is history. I was also picked on just for posting Telfer's drilling results to peer analyse. TURNED out right after all LoL. HISTORY NOW and an example to show that the moaning was legendary as it is with many penny stocks that came good like Solgold etc which got take over for $1.2 Billion in cash by Jiangxi.

In this regard, I just read Marco Rubio's testimony to the Senate today, 2.6.26 and if anyone is interested look at my Twitter as it is a short video of the testimony but basically Senator Rubio, now 1 of DJT's Secretary of State said that AI will cause a lot of blue collar jobs to be lost including white collar jobs and at "OVER TIME, it will destabilize societies GLOBALLY." [Para phrase].

I cannot tell what will happen at RRR plc just we await next RNS etc but be it RRR or some other stock, the future is something in which we have never seen in our life time ie the age of AI. So, I hope you will understand why for me RRR or those who have LOW mkt cap and some sky blue potential is the best option for me given I dont want to buy expensive stocks like the Barrick Gold , Newmont of this world but if one has limitless $, then of course one can buy all the most expensive stocks etc? I share as to why I look at some of the cheap stocks but equally they carry risks naturally. This is NOT advice but just to let you know what is happening on many fronts and by the time in year whatever, it is far too late to do anything if Rubio is correct and he is not the only one saying it. 1/Southern Cross Gold , ASX [SX2] has now hit A$2.906 BILLION + 5.27% at A$10.79. SX2 at Sunday Cross is 15 mins away from RRR's Kilmore-Kilmore West, Victoria, Australia. It has not even got a JORC yet and only has an exploration target of 2.3-3.2moz of gold eq. and still drilling but their ANN said that Sunday Creek's mineralisation is heading "WEST" to the boundary of RRR's Kilmore [2]. When RRR last reported on 10 & 12 June 2025 on Kilmore and Kilmore West, this co stated that SX2 had a mkt cap of A$600m. SX2 at almost $3 BILLION is just out of this world !! 2/ Legacy Iron Ore, ASX. Legacy is the JV partner to HanRoy of Gina Rinehart legendary fame as she holds 63%+ of the MT BEVAN JV with Legacy and can earn up to 70%. Legacy is up 8.33% at 7c, mkt cap A$63.45 Million. I am following Legacy Iron Ore to see what is the latest with RRR's Mt Ida [the Royalty] neighbour at Mt Bevan, Yilgarn, Western Australia. Comment: Many got burnt in the last commodity downturn and many stocks reversed to the mean ie fell 99% etc. However, equally when the commodity cycle turns due to years of under investment, it can also melt up as one is seeing in SX2 etc. CHAIRMAN BELL mentioned his daughter in his broadcast yesterday and that he is travelling back to the UK to meet her or see her? Well, perhaps Chairman Bell could gift her some shares and help this co to do really well and that if he drew up all the legal contracts in a water tight way, then any CHANGE OF CONTROL will make no difference as it would take in all scenarios legally? I am not giving Mr Bell any suggestions but were Mt Ida come into play, then the RRR Royalty is NOT PEANUTS at $8m a year in gross revenue just from the Mt Ida royalty of 0.75% x 50 years Life of Mine =$400m cash flow. No need for RRR plc then to do anything significant if $8M comes in every year for the next 50 years [to check type: Dr Michael Green broker note, 12.2.12 on partial sale of RRR Mt Ida Royalty] . You know what they say about how CEO's who have their net worth in stocks will really have to do everything with their management skills to make the co a great success. Have folks read Financial Times on Twitter and what was reported about the ECB saying akin to gold has taken out US Treasuries as the No 1 reserve asset? Goldman has also mentioned copper and pricing to come ie upwards?

The RRR DRC Arbitration is one in which , it is NOT about two parties litigating on a point of law but rather, who are the owners/holders of the Musonoi DRC licence. It is a basic point of law, that GERCAMINES, the DRC state miner does NOT want to pay out and find later, another litigant who files a claim for the same money. In my understanding of general principles of law, in this case, the two parties have to agree ie RRR plc [50.1%] & the JV partner/s.

The only way, RRR can know that the case is concluded is the draft form has been sent to the said two parties entitled to this money held by Gecamines .

It is also assumed both parties have SIGNED and delivered it to the Supreme Court [Commercial] in Kinshaha.

So, there are NO two ways about it. One can easily conduct a SEARCH in the files of the case especially if it is on open file. For example, I can check the Cadence Minerals & REM Mexico Ltd ICSID file on JUS MUNDI [title only as one may have to pay to have full access to the documents. I dont know as I have not tried].

So, let us see if Helpful would be kind enough to inform on the DRC legal system in general as I am not familiar with DRC law which I guess is based on the French or Belgian systems?

RRR DRC arbitration at the Supreme Court at Kinshaha:

Futher to today's Stockbox interview of Tues. 2 June 2026 and RRR's RNS of yesterday, 1 June 2026 on the above DRC Arbitration, this is my thoughts:

At the Pan Andean drill, one name rang the drill crew site and could action a trade [history now]. The DRC Supreme Court in Kinshaha meets on Weds & it could well be that a JUDGMENT could be delivered formally. But it does not end there as it needs to be SEALED & stamped to become legal. So, anyone could find out if RRR or the RRR subsidiary and their JV partners are on the roll for a hearing etc. So, RRR will have to be very QUICK FOOTED as to how they inform the market, IF, it eventuates into a SEALED, signed and stamped judgment. So, have to wait & see now.

RRR vs the major: It is possible now that TWO projects that are substantial [the 2nd one not known yet] in DRC offered to RRR may be in "lieu" of a further international case given the major may not care to have to declare in their accounts that their co has or is subject to a litigation case of substantial amounts 101. I dont know but that is my thesis.

So, I hope that RRR's assets are now coming into view with the right basket of metals. As for my questioning Chairman Bell on Twitter, that is now closed as what Juno will announce will be awaited if there is a deal or they get take out with so much of M & A activity around for so many metals & minerals including the USA got taking stakes in American REE for example.

To Chairman Bell, as they say, God works in mystereious ways and just in time GAME THEORY played out of RRR RNS 21.7.25 vs RRR RNS 1.6.26 and Stockbox interview of today, 2.6.26. I only refer this to Chairman Bell as he knows what I mean as he will have been taught the same thing I was taught and it went to the wire . I have no other interest except in the RRR Mt Ida Royalty and to a lesser extent Kilmore & Kilmore West, Victoria , Australia of which Agnico Eagle paid A$17m in cash + A$3m in equity just for 1 EXPLORATION LICENCE only surrounding their Fosterville gold mine in Victoria, Oz. This is in the same place where RRR's Kilmore -Kilmore West is ie Victoria. SX2 was just a A$600m mkt cap when RRR issued an RNS of 10 & 12 June 2026 but today SX2 has a mkt cap of some A$2.6bn & I dont mind if they issue SX2 paper in kind for the M & A if they are interested [Agnico's deal was late 2025] plus some cash. Just that you know, Mt Ida Royalty ie Mt Ida is a world class Tier 1 , the largest in the Yilgarn and guess who is next door at Mt Bevan? Yes, it is Austalia's richest person and a legendary name in mining who is funding $5bn Aussie $ potentially and the Mt Ida 100 listed co ie Juno is in JV talks dated 28.4.26 RNS/ANN . Good job the Chinese are buying eg Far East Gold on the ASX has Chinese buying it out for A$38m for 780k oz of gold which is what Kenya RRR has.

So, if it were me, it could be subject to buyers paying the fee etc. Who knows if buyer/ JV partners are keen but suffice to say, look at the current M & A.

I dare not post on the Bushranger's forum because it will be like ants who may not realise that if Colin Bird was like Newcrest of the next door world classs deposit, they drill and got the same results like Bushrangers in part/s. But the real breakthrough came when 3 geologists sat down and thought about the deposit and finally they DRILLED DEEPER and FOUND RIDGEWAY [Cadia Ridgeway], the higher grade deposit. This is legendary geo stuff as Ridgeway was what is CALLED A BLANK PORPHYRY. Why blank? Blank because mineralisation ENDED and there was nothing there but after the blank ie no minerals, they found the legendary Ridgeway. But Colin Bird doesnt have the millions [he told Bob at the AGM it would need $8m to drill and to me, that is conservative given look at how much Solgold spent to drill]. So, Mr Bird as he said, he will keep some on the table for others. As and when, only time will tell with the copper prices as no new major copper mines can be built as Robert Friedland etc have various price points.

As for Mr Bird's REE, he told us on Sunday Roast, 31.5.26 what indicators to look for but no one is interested.

As for Bushrangers, I used PEER analysis of the deposits and drill results to know that Bushrangers did hit the typical grades but came just a bit short and that is the way mother nature has laid it out ie mineralisation. I am sure Mr Bird knows more ie their geo guesses like Newcrest's legendary 3 geologists. I was able to follow the results because I HAD A MODEL mapped out ie what to look for or not look for.

With thanks to Mr Bird for his kind assistance to inform via interviews , tweets etc.So, I have also done more research on Mr Bird's REE project and see how geology will play out but I will be reading the academic work of the two geologist ie one a DR & the other a PROFESSOR , two of whom are world class on that subject and were the authors of Mr Bird's project currently. Far East Gold has just received a unsolicited offer for A$38m for just 780k ozs of gold in the ground in Indonesa.Both Allied and Far East Gold buyers potentially are Chinese or HK based listed etc. So, Africa is in vogue again potentially for sale that is.

Theory 101:

For the enquirer, the answer is: UKOG plc as an example of the synethic stock issued, had to cover and it shot to some 11p [history of shares short].

So, the book is now short of how many RRR shares, I am not sure as I am not privy. But I note that the issue of RRR shares were at the market price to pay the interest etc [tiny issuance of £37k].

So, the theory goes that if a SHARE PRICE is at FAIR VALUE, then the issuance will not need to be so many 101.

So, by not issuing at this price today means stand off: it will have rise to buy back all the shares not covered technically [academic].

Same as the Juno shares I mentioned today, the SELLERS will NOT SELL and the book show 0 sellers but this is slightly different. I also checked what Banburyboy said about one Lundy online and NO SUCH RECORD. LoL. Pays to check.

So, with RHODES RIDGE, sold to Mitsui for A$8bn for just a 40% stake in this UNDEVELOPED iron ore deposit in Western Australia [highest price paid by Mitsui in its 350 year history] , it has SET M & A alight for iron ore undeveloped deposits at around $1.5 per tonne. Other slightly smaller iron ore projects are also being sold for around $1 per tonne. As I posted, IRON ORE is "rapidly depleting" [from Stockhead.com.au and S & P GLOBAL on this forum so wont repeat the links] . Rhodes Ridge - the sellers are the LEGENDARY WRIGHT FAMILY [partners of Lang Hanc<ock] and they just won A$900m [before interest] and it is said in some publications it will come to potentially A$1.5 BILLION and yes, this is about IRON ORE ROYALTY.

RRR IPO'ed in 2005 with the FLAG SHIP asset of MT IDA [100% ownership] and in 2006, they made a discovery and thereafter signed off this asset to Jupiter Mines [3 digit million mkt cap co] in 2006 & 2009 in exchange for shares etc BUT KEPT THE 1.5% MT IDA ROYALTY.

So, yes, it will be interesting to read Mr Bell's memoir and what I would like to know is how he came to acquiring Mt Ida's licence etc. Yes, Australia would love to hear that as Mt Ida and Mt Bevan will be a PILBARA saver so that Aussie will have jobs etc and this mine when built will contribute to the Australian economy and no doubt contribute taxes ie corporate and personal taxes. Again, a legendary household name at Mt Bevan ie Gina Rinehart so isnt that interesting that little ole RRR plc is a piece of such a history, not forgeting KILMORE & KILMORE WEST said in the Victorian newspaper and in Oz archives: "KILMORE GOLDMINE-1 of the richest in the Colony."

I dont know about you Blueboy1975 but to be a shareholder of the UK legendary GGP of Havieron discovery, Solgold of Cascabel now sold to Jiangxi for $1.2bn and the former now a £4-5bn mkt cap from just £20m shell before the 1st drill at Havieron, now in the same legendary Aussie status as Bellevue, Havieron, Hemi & Sunday Creek [SX2 mkt cap $2.6bn+ and next door to RRR's Kilmore-Kilmore West and the SX2 ANN/RNS said the high grade gold is moving WEST which is to the BOUNDARY OF RRR's Kilmore].

Helpful is NOT the market as he is just an individual 101. Have a listen and at the end of the interview, Mr Bell saying No to the market [para phrased] so it will be interesting what happens next.

I have written mine and sent it to a top Tier 1 Aussie publication entitled: "SIMANDOU OF THE YILGARN: THE ELEPHANT IN HIDING." Yes, I have the receipts and as you know, I am practice transparency to the highest levels and therefore, I also sent a copy to the principals. This is about Mt Ida & Mt Bevan which together beats the size of Australia's largest legendary mine of Roy Hill and the "SIZE" equals the "Pilbara iron ore killer" [not my title but often referred to Simandou as that of SIMANDOU [Rio in Guinea].
