I explained to you the maths in general. This company has to RESTRUCTURE it whole position. It can do drips and draps. Like how, think of a bank and trying to get a mortgage. The bank will ask folks to fill in a form to see income, expenditure, loans etc. Same for RRR. So, just placing a couple of hundred thousand ie say, for example £100,000 placing does NOT cut it. It needs a CLEAN RESTRUCTURING like how GGP was restructed by Paul Johnson, a Chartered Accountant so that the co can start fresh, as in clean up the Balance Sheet etc and reorganise.

So, no need to tell folks over and over again, so that they get heart failure - YES, EVERYONE KNOWS , that someway, money has to come in. But of course, there could be a SERIES of raises and I am NOT PRIVY. Diane Garrett, now Executive Chairman & CEO was brought into Hycroft, one of the most successful co's currently in the US silver space to clean up the balance sheet and RAISE MILLIONS, not try to raise bits and bobs, here and there. Change in Control will mean that one will have to see the finer LEGAL PRINT in the agreements between RRR & Ecora [old name was Anglo Pacific Royalties], RRR and their original drafting or whoever drafted the MT IDA 1.5% Royalty. No, there is nothing wrong with Mt Ida and why the Chinese havent taken it up. Remember Monroe Doctrine. Well, one of the current things happening in Oz is rare earth and the exclusion. Also, to build Mt Bevan, $5bn is required and it is very hard to find $5bn but Hanc<ock has the money or can borrow due to the strength of their Balance Sheet etc. Also, the networking is not easy either for funds required in billions. MT BEVAN , if they have MT IDA can AMORTISE costs [explained by Helpful in a different way].

I gave some links and cited about how the LEGENDARY WRIGHT FAMILY [Lang Hanc<ock's business partner] got Macquaire Capital [the rain makers] to sell his Rhodes Ridge, a UNDEVELOPED iron ore property that is said to have some 5.3bn tonnes of iron ore and for 40%, Mitsui paid out A$8BN. As I divided A$8B and gross it to 100% subsequent and divided it by the tonnes, I got A$1.50+ PAID BY MITSUI per tonne. Hence, why it is said Mitsui paid the highest price in its 350 year history. Yes, the Japanese are buying and another big iron ore project owned by Magnetite on the ASX. But for smaller iron ore projects SOLD also undeveloped, it is close to A$1 per tonne paid in M & A. So, if Durack of Juno with Mt Ida has seen that who is going to put up $5 BILLION to build a duplicate mine NEXT DOOR TO GINA RINEHART at Mt Bevan, he would do 1 of several things. He could mow eat humble pie and try to get on with Gina but I dont know if Gina will be amused or not? Durack has tried the Chinese in the past but that has come to nothing so he also should ask why when Gina can? If Durack, say, is still in charge , does is it not better if he SELLS IT and dont bother with so many risks that things could go WRONG [Gina said in an interview dont think everything went smoothly as someone exaggerated the water situ etc in the past etc] , he could get A$1.85BN in cash [1.85bn tonnes of magnetite x A$1 per tonne M & A ]? But to just hang on and take on Gina , I am not sure is a good idea. But so we wait to see. I differ slightly with due respect from Helpful , only in 1 aspect. How? I am not "confident", let's put it that way to think one can take on the machinery with the history of those who have tried. Coming back to this country, yes, the GRADE for copper is the highest in ze world but look at how many have tried and failed to obtain anything to ze end except for Robert Friedland and even he is moving to Chile for ze copper. Personally, I wouldnt like to take that country on and even offered a fabulous deposit, I would say, thank you but no thanks. Why? I dont want to lose the shirt I have which is not into the class of the Monaco set etc. EEE is playing in Australia and many others as well so few dare take on these countries where at a turn it could change overnight etc. Right now, even if the property offered is good, but how does that SOLVE the IMMEDIATE PROBLEM and how does RRR survive the next 25 years if Durack is not the person to negotiate or talk to Gina? He has rebuffed her more than once and is that going to be conducive ? I dont know but I think not. I still give Chairman Bell the benfit of the doubt and it is personal to me. THE NEXT RRR RNS will tell us, whether it is a 21.7.25 warning effected or something TANGIBLE and can be banked. WHY ARE THERE ARE FEW ERIC SPROTTS?

Eric Sprott has just appeared on the FRONT cover of FORBES: "Golden Bull" dated 14 May 2026 [posted by Forbes on Twitter]. But in the threads, one or two know the reason why. Eric took at stake in HYCROFT Mining of Nevada. I dont know the exact date he first bought in but Hycroft had very low grades for gold and silver, and not a new mine. The mill needed money to upgrade and it was not going to be profitable to upgrade the mill costing big millions. But Eric bought in and installed DIANE GARRETT who had a terrific C.V, both for operatinal skills and for financial acumen. She raised big millions but hung on to the money and didnt start no new upgraded mill. Why? The prices were not condusive yet. It has gone from $1 low to $40+. Eric owns almost 1/2 of Hycroft with a market cap of $3-4bn. So, just to show you , Theeeeduke, you look at 1 side of the balance sheet or more precisely cash but you dont see that any co can be down to pennies but with the right investor they can raise hundreds of millions. Diane is not the geo type who loves to drill without keeping an eye to the wonga. So, with Diane, Hycroft is now a storied name and Diane has been promoted to both Executive Chairman & CEO [CEO previouusly] and Hycroft is shown on a Wall St place. So, if you were at the Hycroft share, you would be telling everyone it was lights out but given the right CATALYSTS, both Eric, Hycroft and more importantly Diane Garrett is not a storied co and legend for the BRIMESTONE high greade silver deposit. The old CEO never found the HIGH GRADE zone. So, a lesson to illustrate. I have been going round the exploration stock and they have all recovered to an extent now that the CYCLE [CATAYLST] has turned in favour of this junior sector but there will be WINNERS AND LOSERS. i study corporate history. so, let me start with helpful so that you all might better understand. on this site, there was a free interview with a mining analyst of note [lady] and she said, in a junior mining share downturn, stock can lose 90% or even 95%. i dont know if folks took in what she was saying. but let me tell you about helpful tho i have not met him in person or spoke much on twitter. but helpful once dropped "reversion to mean." yes, type up the word "reversion" and "mean", the latter is a statistical term you will know helpful's metholodolgy better. in short, helpful will not be waiting unless the stock turns to mush before getting out. rick rule said in an interview: we are professionals and we preserve capital [rick was ceo of sprotts and if they waited for a stock to return to mean, then, sprotts would have gone under]. so, helpful , like others can put their names forward [anyone can] and say, if any new ipo comes along let me know & will take placing stock from onset. so, they make a turn. no, thank you, not for me. why? pick the wrong stock and it can be kaput on day 1 especially if the stock is "illiquid." this is the glimpse i see of the methodology and i am explaining so that folks will not get all hot and bothered. i also believe that helpful is on this site but not post on the stocks he buys. so, this is like just a chat outpost for him.chairmans will contact every fa they know to see if they can get hnw clients to buy their placing stock given hnw losing is like pennies to them. so, folks , you have to better understand the market you are dealing in and it is not one in which is going to hand out big cheques per zanger, theeeeduke: i can count and it is not just cash outflow a month as that is only 1 sided. the part you dont see is the input of the potential resource. perhaps that is why 2025 agm you thought it was lights out lol and you are in constenation when it has not happened. i am only saying so now so that no one can blame others and say i didnt know. well, now you know -if nothing is done with no time to spare, then something will have to give. cadence did restructuring pronto and didnt waste time. chairman bell, should not wake up relating to the drc given it is now 2 years per pinsent mason that a "draft award" was handed out to rrr in 2024 and these delays are part of 101. chairman should be in sydney selling the mt ida at the highest price using a rain maker of note like what macquarie did for the legendary wright family - a storied surname like lang han**** as they were lang's partners. so, dreaming of chinese funding mt ida at jupiter was just dreams. but dont worry gina rinehart got it done. i am not a doom monger as one must have a good conscience not to shake folks out for nothing .i am a analyst and all stocks hve catalysts either up or down. i can make mistakes like all humans.

At this hour, I think cutting back any salary is not going to help. Time is running on and sands of time waits for no AIM co. I am sorry you lost 99% of your money on this stock and from this I know you must have sat on this stock for a long time. I tend to be what they call a bottom fish picker ie I dont tend to buy stocks when they are at peak prices but rather at the lows. What is low can go even lower so one cant pick a perfect ime. It is my belief going on what I have researched today ie from the S & P Global article, the YILGARN will open up. You will remember I told you that Leni help the Macarthur CEO to get to the Millionaire's Factory in Sydney known as Macquarie Bank, Investment Bank [Tier 1] and how Leni got him the Glencore $4bn offtake. Yes, all the facts are there in the article. If you are on Twitter Robin, then type in the window ABell2019 for open file Chairman Bell and there you can see the open exchanges between Chairman and shareholders. I can understand on the other hand, Chairman Bell cannot issue an RNS if he has not got anything substantive but nevertheless, he seems very devoted to DRC which appears to be to the exclusion of all else? MT IDA is very big money no matter which methodology one uses but this 0.75% Mt Ida Royalty is the cream of the asset crop. But the CATALYST is due to GINA RINEHART and nothing else. Why? She will be building Mt Bevan if she goes ahead for FDI and something has to happen with Juno now looking for a partner to earn in. But be WARNED, Juno may have more leeway than RRR in that THEY SOLD MT MASON and not try to hang on to it or develop it. But it is public knowledge however, as Helpful said they "snubbed" Gina, of whom is their lifeline. There, again, there is a tussle & shareholders could lose out if the big cheese wont budge. I wont be emailing Chairman Bell as there is nothing he can say and I prefer Twitter so that we can all see what he says or doesnt say. So, what Helpful said is correct from the 2 Juno latest RNS/ANN, something will have to be decided. No, I have to clarify that I do not follow Leni everywhere it his ventures. Why? How can every horse win at a Grand National. Its what comes along that is of importance ie the project and whether it is potentially a Tier 1 amd better still if, district scale. No, I did not get burnt at PPP - I do tend to do extensive homework & research and found out that the guy running it [not Leni time] had some problems. I also researched the oil field and found it was not very ideal. So, yes, knowing everyone one can find does help.

So, no, I am careful. But I did follow Leni here to RRR because he knows geology and it is NOT about NEAROLOGY but rather structural corridors. Mineralisation flows follow into faults, dykes and so forth, and just next door does not mean much if the structural pathway is not there.

Yes, I have to admit I like Australians as they are more easy going and I take the effusiveness as common to Aussies and Leni is likeable. But I do admire Leni as I have seen the tiny town he came from with 12 families and how he made it to the Camborne School of Mining is a wonder, later worked at Telfer and landed as CEO of Lonhro. Yes, I am a student of corporate history and that is why last night , I decided to study Chairman Bell and how he missed being a mining iron ore tycoon. I found out from that Mining Journal article: he and Brian had the $1bn but once they lost out on a bid for a co, they appeared to have given up. Chairman Bell can get you licences but he is no geologist from the Hall of Fame like Lovell etc. So, take that on board. He is still running companies like a fund manager but forgets that these licences here and there have issues due to jurisdictional non-tier 1. Yes, I do learn from corporate histories. |Yes, for Mt Ida I also found out he could not get Chinese money from the article but I do wonder if Chairman Bell ever found out why vs Gina who obtained Australia's all time highest funding at $10bn to develop her mine. I stand up for RIGHT ie if people are now making serious money at Cadence via their own mouths/post where they hold 1.8m shares and get invited to the HQ by Kiran, then I think it is right in this case. At PPP, I do not know what is happening there but that is not my business. As for Chairman Bell, I keep my options open - since you may be a RC yourself, I think you should know that isnt it?

Remember Robins about what has happened here: When the going gets tough and if what you anticipate will happen ie 27.7.26 RRR RNS if that is "effected", then, all your digital friends here on this forum , will NOT be present at the MEETING that will have to take place nor lead in the group of shareholders , after the lenders who are unsecured [ this is Company Law 101]. So, try to remember that and for others too. WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH, I am not anticipating seeing any of the SITTING POSTERS on this forum to help in any way ie they will not come forward at the formal meetings or communicate with the regs. Of course, this is something that happens to EVERY AIM co EVERY SINGLE DAY. I would not like to run an AIM co due to this. Everyday, one has to look for money to run the co with fees, etc. it takes a lot of wonga to run an AIM co and hence why many have failed. To keep running an AIM co, one has to outrun the fees & upkeep said to cost up to £1m a yr. Yes, I have stated clearly and pointed to the RRR RNS 21.7.26 and it could come anyday if this co is NOT turned around using RESTRUCTURING. As for DRC and the Chairman, he has shown the country utter and devoted royalty -in his last broadcast from his hotel room in DRC, he said he has NOT taken 1 penny out of DRC vs others. Yes, unfortunately, no one is going to invest in any country if they cannot profit from running a mining operation and the majors are the case in point. With cases pending in the DRC at the international arbitration courts, it is a record that has now perhaps resulted in many explorers running to Namibia etc. However, where Chairman of RRR's LOYALTY and FIDUCIARY DUTY MEETS, I am not sure when it comes to the DRC? But that is another story as we await what happens. BUT SHOULD RRR FILE A DEMAND NOTE to the DRC for the sale of their Musonoi licence be it the state miner or major if the latter is a relevant party in INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION, then,DRC will react differently. How? They will have to take 3-6 months to reply after which if they do not resolve the matter, it will be technically filed as a case and no allocated. Then, the DRC will know that personal royalty and litigation is like oil and water and Chairman Bell is not to blame as he is doing his fiduciary duty only or not? Not sure. But for Mt Ida Royalty, I will be still following the road as stated earlier. I trust this explains matters. News, 20 May 2026. DYOR.

Warning & Caveat: Read very carefully the RRR RNS of 21.7.25 in which RRR plc have provided a potential forward guidance ?. That is now awaited.

But for me, I have a modest position in this stock and as I said, I will be FOLLOWING THE " BRICK ROAD" [akin to the song] to MT IDA, Yilgarn [RRR's 0.75% Mt Ida Royalty] and its eventual sale where fidicuary duty will prevail and all creditors [unsecured] and shareholders present at the RRR registry will see an eventual "fair value" as is the norm.

Mining Journal wrote up a article: "BELL WEATHER" and I read it last night - Brian Gilbertson through Pallinghurst had £250m committed by parties and promises so that he had $1BN in capital and the legendary Brian Gilbertson [with Chairman Bell] could have executed a "mini -BHP" [ per Dr Michael Green's 2012 broker note on the history of RRR plc] . What happens now at RRR plc? There are NOT many buyers and when buys do appear they are modest like TWO buys at £30 & £50 today. So, the FACTS do not BEAR up with the bears on this forum posts which is ad hominen because they dont like facts-research. What is my position? As s a modest shareholder of RRR plc, I am hoping that Chairman Bell would be able to EXECUTE a RESTRUCTURING and sell either RRR Australasia at the benchmark M & A that Agnico Eagle paid in cash for 1 exploration tenement around their Fosterville mine in Victoria , Oz , "securitize" the $8m to the unsecured lenders and execute INVESTMENT BANKING TECHNIQUES to this co - with BORELLI, executive director of RRR [also senior executive director of Greatland Gold /Resources , a £4.5BN co and retained after the takeover of Telfer] . Running total: Buys started on Fri, 15 May 2026 , followed on Mon, Tues and today [18, 19 & 20 May 2026]. Total spent thus far: £250k + £11.6k + £59k +£58k= £378K+.

YES, NikeAir180: I know what you are now referring to ie 6 Nov 2024 RNS [past the 23.8.24 "Offer Received"]. The anomalisms - if one looks at Sunday Creek , they drilled below the gold occurence/mines and therefore it goes down to 1,500m and beyond even from recall.
