Do you have the EVIDENCE if so, to show us? Have you told Mr Bell as the Chairman Bell is not here but on Twitter. You emailed Chairman Bell so can you say you emailed him to inform him and tell us what he now says?

Your intention are rather uncharitable. You made the point of Halo dropping some 5% and just a bit over. Today, Halo is +4.26% and I noted that you tried to warn shareholders there on Halo as well. I only went to Halo as you mentioned it from recall and again, you warned folks there about this and that?

See the operative words: "VALUING" and "including debt". So, what is the asset? The asset is 40% of Mutanda Mining and KomotoMining. Yes, they have to be "VALUED" and see, "DEBT" is taken into account, which is Accounting 101.

It is also reported that DUE DILIGENCE is taking place by the consortium and that means that they want to make sure the licences are in order etc as is norm for auditing.

IT IS MY GUESS, THAT RRR'S MUSONI which is next to the SUPERPIT owned by the major is NOW in play as this part of DRC is now hot property isnt it with a $9bn bid for 40% of the copper-cobalt assets. This is what I want to ask Chairman Bell as I am sure he is pleased that his 51% asset at Musoni DRC is now subject to a deal and hot property for the DRC in general and in particular?? DYOR. FMV is short for FAIR MARKET VALUE.

I have stated that upon any eventual event, say, then price discovery will determine FAIR MARKET VALUE - this is not subjective but upon a Investment Bank doing the investment report on "FAIR MARKET VALUE" [FMV]. I stated so.

A Titanic watch was sold for something to the order of £10 or £15 as offered by the buyer [shop] but was it fair value - it proved NOT to be.

My reply: FACT: You are wrong as it IS recorded in the RRR Final Accounts under "EXPLORATION" assets [but do check as this is from recall]. This is STANDARD ACCOUNTING.

[2] Last night, Legacy Iron Ore on ASX and Hawthorn Resources on ASX issued a RNS/ANN under Quarterlies and they both state Mr Bevan is progressing in the feasibility etc including hydrogeological drilling etc [but do check as I read it late last night Aussie time so it is from recall. So, not YEARS ahead but I cannot at this time verify the start of production date yet as I have to check or ask Helpful.

Let me address you first Theeeeduke et all : I take it you are from the "SCHOOL OF THOUGHT: Short report" where you do NOT consider and factor any ASSET/s & also ignore the Final & Interims Accounts, the latter of which was just released. Nothing withstanding, IF, anyone is still in at RRR final position, it is clear the asset/s do count. Otherwise, PROBATE in any estate would be useless in regards to the ASSET schedule.

Helpful, you have NOT commented on the DRC and the deal going through due diligence but that is OK as I did not expect you to comment but suffice to say, I have put it in print for checks and balance ie someone has seen it.

As they say, do carry on folks but that still does not change FACTS as above. In the interims, it is clearly stated that assets are being sold etc [that is my reading , so do ALWAYS CHECK as one can make MISTAKES, errors and typo errors. I have found out that RRR 51% is for Licence : PE 4962 Musoni. It is adjacent to Musonois T17 open pit operated by KCC [Komoto 25% owned by Gecamines & major]. The superpit processes ore from nearby. Therefore, the RRR 51% of PE 4962 Musoni is of interest, ie more so now as it is going to be operated by the new consortium Orion of the USA - they are currently viewing licence validity, due diligence etc. So, over to you , Helpful as everything is in the PUBLIC DOMAIN. I am sure you are aware a US CONSORTIUM Orion CMC doing due diligence in DRC relating to the validity of the licences [MOU phase] for a Enterprise Value of $9bn. With RRR's higher profile -high profile law data base like Jus Mundi and Pinsent Mason [article mentioned RRR in the Africa focus], it means that if the consortium requires the disputed ground for technical reasons eg waste dumps or pit walls, then compliance IFRS IAS 37 may kick in.

I dont have the details of the said consortium's buy in and due diligence on the areas but Chairman Bell may know or your good self. Please inform of this interesting development but not sure it it is into RRR ground ie 51%?

Mt Bevan is "ADJACENT" to Mt Ida [JUNO], the latter of which is looking for funds to complete the PFS but Mt Bevan is currently doing all the feasibility studies etc including water etc. Gina Rinehart is said to build Mt Bevan with capex of $5BN. LOGIC: With Mt Bevan up and running say, who is going to FUND another SEPARATE MINE next DOOR [so close] to Gina Rinehart [Hanc>ock Prospecting]? As I STATED BELOW MT BEVAN AND MT IDA , the latter bigger than Mt Bevan by a mile ==TOGETHER==they would be a BIGGER IRON ORE RESOURCE THAN GINA'S LEGENDARY IRON ORE MINE AT R O Y HILL.

Gina is said to have approached Juno 3 years ago ? but Juno was not keen to let Gina take placing shares but do ask Helpful as he knows that far back.

Analysts always take benchmark peers and if MT BEVAN is going to have revenue of at least $1bn although Gemini AI works it out to more, then the Feasibility Study should be looked at. BUT AT THE VERY MINIMUM, £9M A YEAR to RRR would be the THRESHOLD for a BIG IRON ORE MINE ie magnetite. But SUBJECT, TO ASKING CHAIRMAN BELL as everyone ie shareholders want to know. ON THE OPEN MARKET, IT IS SAID ROYALTIES SELL FOR 10X TO 15X. Why? Big mines last for 20, 30 years so more, SO SALE FOR 10X is conservative [let alone 15x ] = £90 M in a sale.

RRR COTE D'IVORE LICENCE SOLD TO DAL, ON ASX:

The CEO did an interview on Hotcopper to talk about the "RARE" project they acquired and I am not sure if this is the RRR licence since the co has just bought another licence in Cote d'Ivoire as well. DAL took the licence ie buy in late 2025. So, shareholders want to KNOW more but no one can ask Helpful on RRR as all the rest will come up with its is all doom, gloom etc and same, same isnt it? [My perception and nothing good or research on RRR etc]??

RRR shares: Yesterday, RRR to sell was 0.0175p and 0.018p to buy, same today, Wed, 29.4.26.
