Please note that many are NOT shareholders, nor interested in being shareholders and this has gone on for a long time.

I used to sometime read but after a while I got tired of a daily to and fro on this forum. RRR has projects in Africa that I was not familiar with and Helpful explained even though I did not know who Helpful was but he seemed knowledgeable and nuanced in stock analysis.

Day and night, there is nothing positive and I made the mistake of a newbie on this forum who analysed only from the Balance Sheet of how much liabilities was and Assets were. That didnt please the non-shareholders who saw nothing except dark clouds every day attitude in life [that's mu perception]?

So, RRR does not need anyone to buy in - on Fri, 24 Apr 2026 , there were only 3 trades of around £589 [Buy] and 28 pence sell [worth in toto].

As with ALL stocks on AIM, they carry a HIGHER risk and the London Stock Market does tell folks so because the co's are deemed to require capital.

What will send the stock of RRR up is a capital event and that is still still unknown relating to DRC litigation.

So, there is no roomping etc. All well known of any stock. Lloyds Bank was once £4 mark and it fell to at one stage 10-15pence. So, all stocks are risky so do check. All stocks can go up and down. DYOR. PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK.

GENERAL OBSERVATION:

One will note on this forum, few take the trouble to post some vital data we need to know and share as a community what we can find on the litigation. On another RRR stock forum UK, some even think the DRC RRR litigation is ahem...etc. But here we are, Pinsent Mason, an international law firm with 390 partners and 3,500 staff operating in 30 countries [please check] have stated that the "DRAFT AWARD" was sent out in 2024.

So, do try to be a participating member that we are all here to help each other, not try to make acc unproven for a typo. In a court of law, yes, typos can happen and one SHOULD CHECK given I gave the REFERENCE TITLE to check.

It is for this reason, I posted in the last day or so [no I have not checked the exact date] but I put it past Helpful so that if I got anything wrong for MYSELF only, then, Helpful would be kind enough to point me the right way.

For this reason, my post was long and coded because I gave no figures so that NO ONE can say, I gave figures of any sort.

For countries, the JUS MUNDI global international law database allows for various economic outcomes etc as it is on open file.

If any major listed firm is ultimately named therein, by extension etc, it is also known that it must be disclosed in the listed co's notes to the accounts isnt it as is norm?

Matter is resolved on my end as my figures have passed a informal review of the facts etc garnered.

Yes, you are non-commital of the RRR Australia status but that was subject to a "OFFER RECEIVED" for RRR Australia per RRR RNS of 23 Aug 2024 and if there is M & A next door to RRR's Kilmore-Kilmore West, or change of Control at Southern Copper Gold A$297bn mkt cap, that will be the valuation at discovery.

Fine. So, based on fact, it is still almost 10x fair value for the meat at Mt Ida ie my idea only on a napkin so that no one can say it was forward guidancde of any sort or shape.

This is Sat, 25 Apr 2026 at 2:20pm and no one is about, so I can post my "idea" as it were to downgrade it.

From the Pinsent Mason said article which I posted, it is my "idea" [so that no one can jump at moi], that because the "DRAFT AWARD" "WAS SENT TO THE CO IN 2024" [please check], it would appear fruitless to... given the 1st hurdle has been reached? ----and therefore, if RRR is not able to move foreward, this may or could appear to be still an "asset" and could be sold on to a litigation co to further finance the international arbitration predicated upon the eventual formal judgement.

MT IDA: Given the recent high profile 2.5% Royalty litigation in Australia involving a iron ore matter, the potential was $18m a year. So, royalties are substantive in general nature where the asset size or resource is large ie Tier 1's. Mine of Life is usually 20 years minimum that any major would want and therefore fair value is 10-15x the yearly ROYALTY of FOB Revenue or Revenue.

RRR KILMORE, VICTORIA:

This asset [licences etc] has been further enhanced by the Victoria State GRANTING TWO TUNNELLING DECLINES for Southern Cross Gold [ASX A$2.97bn mkt cap] at "Kilmore Decline" and GINA Rinehart's FOUR EAGLES JV with Catalyst up the road from the legendary Fosterville. Added to that is that historical geo maps show the William Fault goes into RRR KILMORE and that historical data shows there is also antimony which is now a critical metals and by product. As said, the RRR RNS of 23 Aug 2024 stated that an "OFFER was received in respect of the RRR Australia Ltd interest" [please check]after

RRR did the DYKE MAPPING from Southern Cross Gold to RRR's KILMORE [RRR RNS 10 & 12 June 2024].

Taken together, the FAIR VALUE is substantive and I am sure the CLN holders already know as they can do basic valuation prior to a formal fair value Tier 1 Investment Bank valuation report as will be norm.

The FACTOR of the ABITRAGE is therefore to the order of ...TIMES vs DEBT.

It is my hope that RRR will be able to manage and deliver for shareholders be it the assets are in their possession or otherwise. Therefore, as you are a holder , you will know the process/es from hereon. No one can say they dont know as they can find out if they are shareholders of RRR. No one can PASS their RESPONSBILITY to others on a stock forum and they have to check for themselves and all views has been posted, mostly from non-shareholders who voice loudest LoL. LAST CAVEAT III: If per the RRR RNS's, this co goes into a pre-package, say for example, my arbitrage modelling will still hold and updated for "fair value" and I will communicate with the Admin then [external]. As I stated clearly, I put it on this forum as Helpful can correct any errors given he is qualified and is a holder of RRR.

The MT IDA RRR ROYALTY of 0.75% APPEARS SUBSTANTIVE based on the conservative smaller Mt Bevan PFS etc and this is the asset revaluation that has to be done in any sale as it was of the Hawthorn conversion of their Mt Bevan stake into Royalty. So, it will not be book value but rather fair value upon such M & A as is norm and practice. So, too will be RRR's KILMORE-KILMORE WEST as said in Part 1 , also today, Sat, 25 Apr 2026 [Stock market closed].

I will also expect that the DRC outcome and further arbitration [international] , latter of which is subject to various capex etc may hold value to be sold on?

Therefore, for myself only I expect FAIR VALUE VALUATION [updated at the next stage to come as and when] and that ALL M & A is subject to a CURRENT VALUATION REPORT by preferably a Tier 1 Investment Bank as is the norm for any transaction in the industry.

Hence, the word "ARBITRAGE" ie not historical but based on an Investment Bank's Tier 1 valuation report as is norm in M & A ie any potential sale etc or change of control or corporate deal of any sort.

Peer and Industry Norm: Hawthorn exchanged their share in the Mt Bevan [neighbour "adjacent" to Mt Ida and converted it to 1% FOB Revenue. I understand for Mt Ida, it is on Revenue but subject to checking further if anyone is personally interested as a shareholder[no warranties given by me].

CAVEAT II: At this time, I have no need to illustrate the Mt Bevan peer comparison of revenue even though it is smaller than the Mt Ida resource which is the largest in the Yilgarn [refer to Juno's ANN /RNS and check]. But in the recent case of royalty litigation of iron ore in Australia , it shows or illustrates the impact of the financial asset/s.

You will note that I posted the article by Pinsent Masons at 06:12am , Sat 25 Apr 2026. I am also short sighted and the typo was made. Given I cited the source and the exactly title, you were able to post the link.

I posted the article for what reason? To show that the "DRAFT AWARD " "WAS SENT TO THE CO IN 2024" [verbatim] as opposed to what non-shareholders have or may have postulated / discussed vs the RRR RNS.

No commercial issue of a typo on a SATURDAY, when the stock market is closed & besides this will ONLY affect SHAREHOLDERS of RRR who are still onboard for the next phase of its outcome from the DRC. I am also aware that Helpful is cognisant and can provide further comment given AI is aware he is a CLN holder as well. I checked the CLN holders online. Always CHECK & DYOR. OPERATIVE WORD: "Ad Hoc." [Not international arbitration yet.] However, still noted that the Ad Hoc Arbitration is now known by the wider international law firms and law industry. Olivier Bustin is the Partner of Pinsent Mason who wrote the article and he is based in the Paris Pinsent Masons.

Unless one is still a shareholder of RRR, one would be be able to be still on board unfortunately, be it for the current session of the DRC arbitration. I posted the article from Pinsent Masons to state that the " award draft document was sent to RRR" [see article]. DYOR.

To read , call up the title. I have now found the definitive status of the DRC arbitration and Pinsent article refers. So, RRR is now known amonst international legal firms in terms of its arbitration case against the DRC for the loss of their asset.

Gina Rinehart's Hanc <oct Prospecting JV is going to develop MT BEVAN, adjacent to MT IDA [ RRR IPO' ed in 2005 with Mt Ida as its major asset/licence] in Australia. Mt Bevan 's capex is around A$5.5 BN , 15Mt and could produce A$1.2 BN a year.

Juno Minerals, ASX listed owns the Mt Ida iron ore project. Juno interim financial report of 31.12.25 : " MT IDA neigbours HANC <OCK PROSPECTING & LEGACY Iron Ore MT BEVAN Magnetite Project JV, which is currently undergoing F EA S I B I L I T Y work, is POSITIVE for the REGION of magnetite development.

For clarity, Chairman Bell & Paul Johnson of PoW applied for the many licences in Victoria, Australia and whilst the initial direction was towards the Daly and Ballarat [Ballarat mine] exploration areas where a potential target was done, it is no longer the area where the Australian gold boom is concentrated at [Australian Broadcasting Corporation etc] given that both Southern Cross Gold [A$2.98bn mkt cap] & Hanc <ock Prospecting/Catalyst on ASX $1.73bn mkt cap are concentrating on given the MINE DECLINE application. The area of concentration of the boom etc is WILLIAM FAULT which FOSTERVILLE gold mine is sitting on and all the way down this said fault to Southern Cross Gold [ called SPLAY ie off the William Fault] but the William FAULT runs INTO KILMORE itself. Gina Rineharts's project is also in the trend to FOSTERVILLE. Suffice to say, post the Twitter data etc of SUNDAY CREEK [Southern Cross Gold's ] licence now moving even more WEST to the border of RRR 's Kilmore -Kilmore West, THE GRADES have gone even higher and 1,006 g/t gold at CHRISTINA, the deposit closest to RRR's Kilmore.

I hold a small number of RRR shares and I have done my own due diligence on the accounts which is free to read.

I now take my leave and I am cognisant now of the totality of the royalties at Mt Ida as well. RRR Kilmore-Kilmore West : Chairman Bell has disclosed via an RNS that they have had "OFFERS" on Kilmore and the Australian licences [PLURAL]. This is post my data on Twitter to RRR.

Yes, I posted 2 years ago and whilst I have NOT posted here , I have keep in touch. What I posted is CORRECT as seen from Southern Cross Gold's progress and at the time, SX2 had a mkt cap of A$1bn and just a bit over. Today, SX2 [Southern Cross ] is A$2.98bn and the KILMORE DECLINE has been approved. This includes Gina Rinehart's JV approval for a decline [mining ] approved. RATHER, there is now a MINING BOOM as reported by Australian Broadcasting Corp.

One moment , you say my research is ...and next moment, the weather vane changes. I gather you are NOT invested so it seems strange you are interested in RRR or you said you have a pub lunch invested in RRR. The analysis is up to you to do as no one can provide financial advice per this site's rules.

For clarity: After posting the LATEST on the RRR Kilmore-Kilmore West project and Mt Ida, I am very pleased that in both these regions [Mt Ida included], Gina Rinehart is entering next door to Mt Ida.

YES, GINA RINEHART , Australia's MINING MAGNATE is next door to RRR's IPO 20025 property MT IDA , at Mt Bevan [adjacent to Mt Bevan]. YES, GINA RINEHART is in the MT WILLIAM Fault corridor south of the PROFITABLE AND HIGH GRADE FOSTERVILLE and she and Southern Cross have got the MINING DECLINES APPROVED. Mt Bevan is expected to start on Q4,2027 a/c to Discovery Alert.

Is this something positive that Chairman Bell has positioned into?
