Also added to which Adura war-chest would be well funded as the new company would benefit from the economic effect date of 1st January 2025. No idea what RBL they would be able to command, but I guess their parent companies would step-up if required.

Now this is interesting, Shell and Equinor have together just created a new company, Adura, combining the NS assets of both companies, WHY I ask myself given the current fiscal regime in place. Is it they are convinced / privy to news of a favourable change to EPL, or creating a 'clean' asset group that can easily be taken over, or just a case of removing the poor return assets from their books !

Question is, will they want to grow their combined 140kboepd NS interests or not, if yes then our ~50kboepd could be an easy target !

Once more we had a noticeable up-tick in our SP once US opened, this has occurred time and time again recently, one could be forgiven for thinking that we have an interested party across the pond !
