Back Of The Sofa ...15 Jun 2025 09:23
Morning All, (well almost all !)
jimb2, "That could be a big announcement if the UAE signs deal/deals...."
FWIW, I can easily see ITM being subject of a T/O this year, with the likes of UAE et al seeing the importance of hydrogen for them or those alike to acquire ITM would be 'back of the sofa' transaction. I would like to see ITM grow at a rapid rate bringing down unit costs and expanding production to grab largest possible market share, for that you need cash, lots of it, we have the products just need to sell and produce more. The likes of a sovereign wealth fund would provide this, would that mean taking a controlling interest or outright t/o that is the question. Would RR fancy us, I would have thought so likewise the old school hydrocarbon producers wanting to add a readymade, no fuss green alternative to their portfolio. Then you have PE who are swimming in cash and could see ITM as a great opportunity to develop, relist and flip for substantial gains, not forgetting the likes of Linde too, too many sharks to mention so one is bound to come calling !!!
So, as you can see, my eyes are firmly on a t/o which could arrive at any moment, for ITM to fend-off any approach we need to be ready and have our defence ready, ever increasing SP is one way, but will it be enough !
2025 is shaping up to be a transformational year for ITM and us shareholders too. GLA
