The value of these guys can not be measure in pounds, shillings and pence but in experience, industrial knowledge and contacts etc. ITM see these appointments as critical to company development. I said months ago that ITM would be a logical fit for the likes of RR, is this the first step maybe, who knows ?

Actually, wasn't just a new 12 month high, almost a 2 years high going back to August 2023, confidence is growing, understandably too given recent RNS's.

Yep, 96p gap this morning was due to opening UT for ~£80k, so buyers willing to pay a premium from the off.

Maybe they did more than cast an eye over Deltic hence Martin buys a wad of shares now they are out of a closed period. He's had opportunity since Trumps Tariffs to buy in lower, indeed plenty of opportunity since last June 24 too, notwithstanding the recent high last month yet he decided to buy now !

At least he still must see value here.

As soon as word is out that Helikon Investments are aggressively reducing their short position others like Qube et al will swiftly follow. Buyers will see this too as so add fuel to the burning shorts exit.

ITM is NOT listed in the US per se, although you can trade it via a US brokerage account that allows trading on the LSE AIM market, hence the late afternoon up-tick we have been seeing.
