Cancellation of shares is a process where a company reduces the number of its shares in circulation, often to manage its capital structure, return value to shareholders, or enhance the value of remaining shares. In effect capital worth of the company is spread around less shares so each share would see an enhanced gain, although so minute in the case of BP the real effect will on be seen on prolonged share cancellation policy. All well and good, but why don't we back British companies to build and install these, oh and no doubt the 15 year CFD will be paid for by UK tax payers as the windmills will need to be stood down more often than not due to lack of grid capacity or demand. Masdar and Iberdrola must be rubbing their hands together with glee ! We need UK based energy manufacturers to start to be given these sort of preferential terms too.

Said it before many times, say it again, RR will be looking hard at us and would fit perfectly into their plans. Best outcome for both and at the same time keeping an important tech company in the UK, gov would welcome such a merger.

Ok, I usually never filter as I think new investors need to see the +ve's of a company like ITM in a space that's fast becoming high on PI's radar. The likes of Spicy just wants to destroy this, for what reason, well only he really knows !!!

Lol, Spicy, when has anyone ever stopped you from posting your opinions (if only), never is the answer and the likes of myself and others will continue to call you out too. You clearly have an issue with ITM and you really do need to understand how companies grow and develop, esp as a disruptor. Question for you, how do you explain why ITM had a very successful placing at 400p, I will answer that for you, simply they knew that ITM are in the right space at the right time and your much regurgitated profit argument is only a small step away from becoming null and void, I say now, ITM will be massive, just not under the full ownership of current shareholders, you know that too.

They would cut the weeping wound from their respective companies to form a new standalone entity, 50/50 owned by BP and HBR.

Think the long awaited replacement of current EPL will decide what HBR do next with regards to M&A. If fiscal terms of EPL Mk2 are not favourable then I could easily see BP and HBR merging their NS assets into a new company, akin to what's happening with Shell and Equinor right now.

See I've hit a nerve with Spicy, such a reply all adds to my thoughts and opinion of who and what Spicy is doing here.

BTW, It's no coincidence that Spicy has upped its Debbie Downer posting over the past few days or so, that's coincided with one or more targeted attacks. As to whether this is a co-ordinated attack with more than one entity working in unison or not ( illegal btw) or a single player is irrelevant, the fact remains Spicy is, imo linked to these players as such is breaking LSE BB rule.

Share can easily be driven and aided by sentiment, both good and bad, hence the likes of Spicy trying to influence individuals decision, some may fall for his rambling others see straight through, it's for each to decide validity of Spicy's post, for me he certainly knows how to spin a good yarn and clearly does this for a living, although he will deny this.

I've built a decent position over time here and the likes of Spicy et al are par of the course, take the opportunity that his ramblings present to add if you so wish.

For me this is a hold with adding on weakness for the eventual t/o. As mentioned before, we had a single significant investment placing at 400p/s, this is where all eyes should be, for many reasons !

After the shenanigans of the pass few days, with targeted quick fire 'AT' to drop us, our RSI has cooled off considerably, now back to early May when we started our recent epic rise. We need to consolidate and today's close will given an indication as to where we will consolidate.

Multiple fire 'AT' trades, circa 120 trades in ONE minute to flash drop us 2.3p, approx 15% of total days trades to this point, lets see if they go for it again later this afternoon !
