ITM in order to keep one step ahead of the curve need to grow, hence Hydropulse. Issue we now have as the Uk market leader will we be allowed to do so without being subject to an approach. For me, within 12 to 18 months we will an arm of a much larger organisation, question is how much will they be willing to pay. The only answer to the BASF conundrum is for HBR to buy them back and cancel them.

No single entity can buy them outright otherwise they would need to make an approach for the company. If you split across 3 or 4 then you the issue of possible blocking votes. TK53 is correct, BASF telegraphed their intentions from the off and the market has feasted upon that . Slim is the unknown factor as such for me is front runner for the next major news.

Results will be as market expects… the likes of Spicy will be full on negativity, however it’s last year backwards looking, hopefully the market will be forward looking as see the massive growth and potential ITM has to offer.
