Indeed, you have to question why they have NEVER traded or reduced their short position in the past 18 months, even when we hit ~25p, whereas Qube have been constantly active, strange behaviour by Helikon for sure !

When you have a disruptor like ITM who then becomes a respected market leader it's not at all far fetched to assume we would be of interest to an acquirer. ITM could shoehorn easily into a variety of business models that's why I believe ITM will be acquired, just a matter of when not it.

At the moment I suggest we have Linde's ~16% as our contributing blocking vote who may well become our white knight should the situation arise, can't see Linde wanting a competitor taking us over.

Agree, by the looks of it, 3 separate buyers of 1m each and one taking 2.1m !! (Mark, Tony, Tony and Phil taking some personal equity outside of Greymont to ensure Greymont stay below 30% maybe ! ) If so ....Wowwwww !!!

So someone was happy to pay an average of 78p/s, wouldn't have thought we are talking PI's here.... yes PI's would have taken a percentage but we also must of had institutional buyers too ! Guess they are not too happy being underwater ! The "financial intermediary" would have found a home for those multiple very large buys we seen day after day on the rise to 98p.

Thanks for that, strange they cut 'n' run, must have been a strategic sale decision as they came in at 235p ! Their core profits were up for last results, will need to look into this a little further and could explain the drop to 25p, doubt it's related to the last 2 weeks of shenanigans !

I'm sure it's only a matter of a very short time before HYDROPULSE opens the floodgates to a news stream we could of only dreamed of 3 months ago. Given that Hydropulse was 12 months in the making, you would have thought this would have been mentioned as an avenue to explore should the client wish during any sales pitch. I'm guessing that avenue is chock-a-block atm now Hydropulse is up and pulsating.

Stuttering restart, expected nothing less given Dana historical performance of managing Triton ....

Almost 60% of our MCap is currently held in CASH with the company having ZERO DEBT to service and ITM have stated that for the second half of FY25 we will be net cash +ve, so our cash position will be expected to grow too. There is only so much juice left to squeeze by the shorter's.
