Looks rather close to my punt on ECR (although your mining titanium).

Top seven shareholders are brokers - so retailers like you and I taking a punt rather than committed investment funds.

Divs announced last year at 4.87 so whether they take that as the first numerical payment or allow the conclusion at the AGM for share holder approval who knows?

My thoughts are around the 0.75 mark for first year, with increase of around 0.20 percent year on year.

You're awesome Cev, always love your posts but you're not strictly correct with this:

"you can retire without an ISA but not without a pension".

The ONLY benefit of a pension/SIPP nowadays is the tax relief on purchase (20% for most).... you put in £100 month, it's a £120 purchase of funds within that pension.... (rather basic I know).

You can take this pension at 55 currently (25% cash free) but soon to change to 58 in the next few years.

An ISA gives £20k a year for individual investment (same as SIPP) but allows 100% tax free at any time you wish to withdrawal.

I know I don't want 75% of my pension tied up with limitations if I have the ability to draw 100% of my ISA at anytime and re-invest in better situations at any particular time.

Simple question

Do you want 20% extra on your funds at purchase (pension/SIPP) with restrictions of withdrawal?

Or

Do you want to self manage with an no issues of withdrawal?

I personally do both 😂

Any chance we can just be nice from now on?
