I had a bit more lined up for a top up today but guts told me to hold off until August 3rd.

Had a punt at RBGP instead - seems silly prices at the moment (fall today due to cancelation of Div).

Be interesting to see where that goes.

It could also be as simple as they got it totally wrong on this occasion? Although personally, I feel they were trying to drive the price down to get their investors in at a cheaper level, knowing all along that this boost was on the horizon - a course of action that has failed miserably.

People have short memories. Just look at the ratings agencies debacle in the run up to 2008, namely Moody's.

Pay a fine and move on seems to be the way of business for the questionable companies.

I'll keep an eye on it.

Fair point - and that aside, good to see this increase Ar5enal..... a bit of a double sided coin for me as I wanted to continue my tranche buying at a lower level..... but on the other side, it's good to see the fundamentals looking brighter.

I'd rather listen to Ar5enal than someone who doesn't even know how to buy RR shares through an ISA.

I think most info will now be factored into SP come Aug 3. Just a few of bits missing:

1) Breakdown of the individual sectors - although looks like it's the margins of civil that have had the biggest impact of profits.

2) Announcement of Div..... although I still think this will be Q1/Q2 of 2024.

3) Overall flying hours and expectations.
