All I’m seeing is mad panic here. Rather hilarious if I’m being honest.

But my cat hunch suggests RR Holdings will not see any RR SMR LTD 'profits' for a few years to come, and I've explained my reasonings why.

That doesn't stop RR Holdings finding a better credit rating based on this news, thus more pensions and funds investing.

BBB at the moment. The SMR contracts (regardless of anything hitting the RR Holdings balance sheet for years) will get that to an A3 (A- depending on which credit agency you look at) that is equivalent to 'upper medium grade'.

That's investment value.

But as I have started from day one, it's all chaff. It's £7 come 2025 (feb) based on these factors.

SP momentum. Research it. Same happened with Tesla - loss making but potential was massive so investors got in before the profits hit the balance sheet.

Fitch upgraded RR PLC to a BB level from the previous BB- level recently.

Essentially still at the 'junk' level.

Now, if I need to tell you that RR PLC isn't Junk and is totally undervalued and is worth an MCap of 70bln (in my humble opinion) then you do the maths.

I'm not here to repeat myself.

We're not investing in RR SMR LTD though. We can't.

It's far simpler than you point out:

RR SMR LTD get 100% of SMR UK contracts, that I have heard is on the cards - RR PLC see nothing balance sheet wise for years to come, BUT the hedges and pensions get on board that will then raise the SP (that's what I've been saying from day one!).

Long term, the RR SMR LTD profits get through the RR PLC and raise the SP even further.

I don't think I can be any clearer.

Me? I'm full on RR. I'm above 50% of my Pawtfolio (yes, pawtfolio, I'm a cat), with RR.

I'm also extremely sensible. I will shout out all the negatives (as below) and I'll shout out all the positives when they appear.

Income statement alone suggest 60m loss in one year (68m for the two years).

Balance sheet is only positive due to [part] grant received.

It's a loss trading company.

Thus, when it finally get's positive (in many years to come) the RR PLC shareholders will be the last to see any of it.

As I stated many times before, to such vitriol, RR SMR is only positive for the fact that long term hedges and pensions will get on board and boost the SP. Balance sheet wise, RR PLC will see NOTHING for many years to come.

Those the facts.

Let's not forget RR SMR LTD is a limited company part owned by RR Holdings PLC. Other owners are QIA (Qatar Investment Authority), Constellation and BNF Resources Ltd.

And again, although I'm a massive RR share owner with £7 expected come Feb 2025, all I'm seeing is how great SMR will be for RR PLC.... and in a progressive "let's get involved" scenario, it may well be, but financially on the balance sheet, it's a long time coming!

I say again (I know it's boring) but it's RR SMR LTD! With all the subs onboard, it's gonna take YEARS for anything to hit the RR HOLDINGS balance sheet. Qatar will take a chunk (state owned), RR SMR LTD will pay bonuses to staff rather than pay to RR HOLDINGS PLC, BNF will pay huge dividends to staff and Constellation will do the same.

I don't care if you hate me for this information, but those the facts.
