Taking the Zengha approach - if the agreed price is gargantuan - would the announcement be that they have agreed terms with a resultant need for both EUA and the purchaser gaining approval from an EGM? I presume for a Zengha buy, funds may need to be raised.
I have kept a lid on my enthusiasm to date but Monday is very intriguing and I think it will be either JORC or sale agreement of something prior to Monday 8am. However it seems the market hasnt any similar conjecture today.

I agree the Monday tour de force appearance is a strange one to interpret. Post sale Glory walk? Pre sale JORC in pocket strut? Requirement to pay homage to Russian market from powers that be (to continue licence drops)? Desperate attempt to find more bidders (not likely!)? Or how about a left field one - last chance for the BoD to go on a juncket together with purpose before the buyout of Eurasia sees them go their seperate ways? - tbh i think it could simply be this one.

Im not good at charts but I like to learn and I do draw trend lines - uncanny how a share price stops at the trendline or you see supports - it is quite extraordinary when you see this on a chart you draw the trend lines on yourself. I am still an investor but trying to learn from hindsight reviews - today I was really thinking of the sell on the RSI - that would have been the right call (rebuy down here).
The upside is you can dive in and out, the downside is it takes more time and you may miss a rns led rise. As with all share strategies - none are perfect and almost all have pros and cons.

Well its looking like that 14.5p will be reached soon - hopefully it supports the SP - im backing team H over G on purely mercenary terms - lol.

Thought about taking a slice this morning at around 17 as the rsi was over 70 but too much potential so I bottled it. I'm not a natural trader and in time I dont think it will cost me too dear.

Is it the Bhukia news of late, or do we think there is key news to come out soon? Still a tiny mcap so plenty of upside but I had thought that would be news dependent.

Rather than announcing deal - I wonder if Monday is going to be the unveiling of the JORC and estimates of other newer licences - great platform for the "minnow" of the names listed to announce the scale of its resources.

I always love a price prediction so I am going for outright sale. In the interests of fairness happy with anything over 30p, chuffed over 50p, getting a personalised keyring at over £1, a teatowel at £2, a baseball cap at £3, tshirt at £4, sweatshirt at £5, holiday home at £8.88. If we hit the revised lower £45 per share I will get a tattoo!

30p+ close today i reckon - traders will hold a little longer as news is perceived due and as such price will rise a little i think.

The USA is becoming the home of crypto now that China have removed themselves. Pomp is an iconic figure. If you are in the UK looking to get into BTC in any way, Pomp will be on your radar. If you are a UK basketball player you would have heard of Michael Jordan. If you are a UK tech entrepreneur you will have heard of Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates.
My point is that this is a fantastic link to an iconic figure. TBH today is the first upgrade in a while that has shown me there is real strategic intent to build a business other than the mechanics of the tech side - imho marketing is key and this looks a great step.

To date Mode has enjoyed charging fees for Bitcoin - however I am not sure how many new accounts they would be getting given you can get interest on holdings at Nexo, crypto.com etc so that wasnt a growing revenue.
This morning's RNS makes Mode a good place to start - no fees - plus rewards process to gain more on spend and the link to Pomp is a really good one imho - this should start to drive new accounts and new spend I would hope.

This is only my opinion, but in regard to CMRS I get the distinct impression that CB is keen but Leon isnt (ie Leon putting JLP first, whereas CB is putting CB wider companies first). I think the extension supports CMRS as Leon has probably said he doesnt need the distraction to current planned expansion in next 12 months.
Good get out but I imagine this is causing some tension in JLP. IMHOin time Cyprus is probably a good if not great project on fundamentals, but, and heres the kicker, if you can commute an hour to work a 100% owned project, why would you choose a long haul commute for a lesser proportion of the spoils (quite literally).
CMRS need to work hard, really hard to give JLP a stonker of a deal to rise up the queue and force all those airmiles on JLP i reckon.

THGambler - agree with your post. Arcadia not reflected in the share at all now. Cruickie1 - imho the price is dropped because of a removal of any value associated to the Arcadia trial - that isnt to say there wont be value there but its not the immediate linkages to commercial agreements we hoped for - remember they stated they were lining up commercial terms from much earlier than they published results. Nothing would give me more pleasure here than to hear some positive news, but it appears so far that Arcadia may be withering on the vine - no-one going to state that and be the bad guy. However I would happily be proved wrong on this one - very happily!
As another poster has already said - moving these from the back of the sock drawer to the loft.

Thanks for sharing Northern Shark - the numbers are quite boggling - I dearly hope that one of the reasons for this prolonged silence is JLP trying to secure more tailings before others see just how much value we can extract from them.

So many fronts on which to be excited and then the prospect of a Tjate sale as a wildcard - I would love to see a cash sale for Tjate to provide more capital for JLP expansion / acquisition of tailings.

Anyhow I am guessing news must be close - full year results due and hopefully some operational updates at the same time.

I really like the idea of this payment in BTC process. Whilst there are no tax advantages to it such as those you get in a pension or employers share scheme, the employee can dollar cost average into BTC with no monthly effort required - presumably using a MODE wallet and thereby acting as an onboarding ramp for MODE to have more customers and potentially a better uptake on their other payment services.
Personally I hold BTC and if my employer offerred a part BTC scheme I would take that option (assuming fees are not prohibitive).

I havent posted for a while as i am trying to stay calm following the last Cobalt value revelations.
Northam we dont have exact figures - mores the pity but we have a lot - years worth of processing lot of raw tailings with $100's millions in it. We have the technology to remove the metal at around 50% operating margin. We now have the capital and positive casahflow to allow expansion in Raw tailings and processing facilities. If you are a details person its difficult but you have to trust the fagpacket calculations of the enormous potential.

It makes JLP my favourite stock by a long way as we are both a value play on the metals in the tailings we own, and a growth play with the expanded operations and future plans - you dont often see those together - usually the growth rate would have raised the p/e to an extent that the value play is gone - but not here - and therein lies the reason I think this is the best stock out there at present - safe if it doesnt grow, but grow it does and at some point the market will recognise that, or if not cash will be returned to shareholders in a few years from now.

Cant believe how long we are waiting for further news, but at this price i can remain calm - unless there is mention of Cobalt.....

I can understand your stance. I agree that there are some strong points - for me Stemprinter and Foralumab in this share(s) and that somewhat softens my frustration. I am also impressed by the former reputations of some of the TILS BoD (who knows in regard to Accustem).

However I had prior to the to and fro's considered this to be a long term prospect but my trust in GC is withered and on returning to any profit or even return to near breakeven, I will be taking my humble capital to another home. I suspect this is the position of many on here. Trapped by loss, or trapped by inability to trade - doesnt bode well for a smooth progression.

Fundamentals improving, market will catch up, with or without big stones. Cloud over Culinan problem has been left hanging over SP - managers need to communicate the outcome to improve this and we will at least be back to prior range.

So Carats, come on back in if you want this board to see your comments as credible, otherwise good luck elsewhere.

Okay,
1. Ensure professional advice and managers are employed to provide a smooth process for any listing changes.
2. Ensure Accustem does not remain unlisted for a year.
3. Focus on placing a team in Accustem, seperate from TILS to drive the business to clear goals and (this is the key bit) ensure I make both the strategy and the managers employed known to the shareholders.

My problem with GC is that whilst he shows firm commitment in ownership, he is presiding over a team of managers and an asset that are not behaving professionally - missing timelines, messing with listings rather than operational focus. For all I know he may be doing the operational advancement, but the key element for me is he is not providing me with any updates upon the plan, or our level of progress against it.

The board has been strangling us, the shareholders, from having any control over our Accustem asset. We cant sell or buy and we have no real way of representing ourselves in order to object to our employed BOD. True we havent died yet, but its certainly hard to breathe and very uncomfortable.
I see no other option than to wait at present, but I look forward in the future to attending the AGM and telling GC what a monumental see you next tuesday he really is.
