By my reckoning that requires a disclosure. It would have been nice if the RNS today gave an idea of how long £250k would last till we need more money or if it covers all expense before revenue/returns appears ( now now, don’t laugh).

If it turns out to be Mr Slater then bad form - dropping share price with his sales of recent - from which a discount is now applied and warrants provided, but I am not sure if it contravenes any rules. If it was a current director of BLU, would BLU have to disclose that fact?

If farm in progressing would a farm in partner typically be involved in the gas processing scale and delivery - I guess yes as it needs to be linked to the future no of wells and production. I know there may be a short cut as we have a legacy gas processing facility in need of refurb, but in order to help me manage rough timings could any o&g knowledgeable posters here give an idea of the time to build and commission a decent sized -

99million units per day (from interview) gas plant.

Glad we got some news, but there is nothing in that update that couldn’t have been said 4 months ago on the face of it.

So reading between the lines this is the clearest ZPHR notice to date to confirm it is Enbridge on a go slow - I am not technical but a year to check a 10 mile pipe when you use in house team (as per tweets) seems excessive. Then follow on that ZPHR feel this is ready to go to application for new pipeline pressures but clear indication this is Enbridge task and they can’t even give a date for it. Then missive that they won’t change pipe anyhow and deal with it as and when despite 1 year review! I really hope we don’t end up with Enbridge as a partner - this has been and still is a classic demonstration of coercive pressure. Incredibly frustrating. So the next RNS toward production will be confirmation of regs approval or confirm Enbridge have applied?

What goes around comes around Enbridge and the d*ldo of consequences rarely arrives lu*ed! I hope is LT ZPHR holders are witness to their future downfall.

Sound familiar? Just like JLP the tendency to chase excitement but never deliver. But. My son is 12, LC is not. My son takes no remuneration. LC does. My max total invested was £500 and currently stands at £150. My son has never invited a new investor to squeeze me out. LC has. My son accounts for his plans - all dotted down and will admit when he is ceasing an idea. LC does not.

In this deal LC gets a new friend investor with 10% voting rights bought without speculative pressure on the share price as HD says that goes against existing shareholders. He again changes the plan without accounting for the prior promises. Copper is expected to be a huge bull cycle over a period of time. Why not simply finish the existing projects to gain positive cash flow and then return to molefe then or if a partner really arrives?

LC is the root of all our shareholder value destruction and he presides over a company where not delivering what is promised is now ingrained in the culture - he needs to go. Voting no to this could be the start of his being removed imo. Then we can get a grown up involved.

Opinions and views have had a breakout whilst we await the next phases of arbitration. IMO time is a factor in any settlement offer (though I don’t think we will get an offer). Earlier, $250m may have worked but as we get closer to a potential large claim that amount should rise - an offer now kind of shows the whites of the eyes of the offerer - fear. And as such counter offer much higher. I’ll take any profit I can given I don’t hold any cards but for me an adequate settlement is at least $500m - still good value for India.

Our claim value is going to be adjusted I expect to 2.5 - 3 billion dollars just with simple maths on average past price - I don’t see why the panel would, if we win, give much discount on that amount - maybe 500m off for present value of cash. As posted earlier A a low arbitrated settlement would diminish the treaty value.

In relation to settlement, I hope as we all do for early settlement but I only attribute a 1% to 2% chance of that in my thinking. For an Indian civil servant or politician to stand up and propose to give say, even as low as $500m to settle, will see your reputation sealed as the giver away of money, not the pragmatic provider of a smooth and lesser consequence. And that is before you even consider the powerful people who stand to gain out of the appropriation and are trying to grift a serious amount of money. This is a claim for a scary amount of money and that is often linked to scary people with scary moral boundaries. It would be career, political and possibly even actual suicide to try and drive through a settlement I fear - hence my low expectation.

That said, I hope I am wrong! Am I right in thinking that the next arbitration deadline is sometime towards the end of June?

Yes agreed - I must admit I am losing faith here given the lack of comms. All good giving us pics of seemingly endless engineering preparedness but we havent a clue on Authorities giving approval or any other sub details such as the marketing partner or production agreements. Zephyr need to give us LTH's a more frank view of the current situation - its extremely disheartening and worrisome.

I want to say you are being too glib on the target multiples but tbh it’s probably closer than the forecast. That’s a sad state of affairs indeed.

My counter on why I feel the sp is too low is the big pit - if JLP can prove an economically viable large resource then that has a value beyond a self built manufacturing plant and our ever ongoing woes. It’s this discount of the potential resource that surprises me most in the share price tbh not the stuff you allude to in your post.

Coin market cap app has $2.73m for Yellow last 24hr volume so yes I think the below is dollars and not a units traded score.

Leon set a target production on what he thought would be acceptable to readers as part of the split process rather than based on true bottom up forecast imo. It couldn’t be any lower. Our acceptance of misses allowed this wriggle room.

My wider concern and this is linked to culture is that your motivated workforce ( we used to hit targets) sees that failing is okay and the high performing culture is eroded. If okay for LC okay for all. Why work through the night on Herculean efforts when we can just be a few days late. If the top misses you can guarantee that the lower levels begin to do so also.

I’m n short Leons behaviour is also destructive to the workforce culture and a change would allow them to re align to a high performance culture - no misses.

I have huge respect for you and your views but we differ here. The management of a company is all distilled - the plans the resources the staff the negotiations into that forecast production. It is the cornerstone of communication between sh’s and the firm. Whilst misses may occur, they need to be addressed and explained. If there is no scrutiny then there is no incentive to correct areas of forecast. To ignore a miss is therefore insulting not only to Shareholders but also to your employees and your own sense of professionalism.

Reviewing production targets lower message right at the end - in Africa, who knew there would be a rainy season! Leon quotes just a bullish excited spew with, on my initial reading, no mention of the lowering guidance - he’s just too excited to account to us shareholders! Can’t say this element surprised me - this is a much repeated trait and just once again reinforces my view that a new CEO would be a positive for shareholders.

It really is quite remarkable just how little faith the market appears to have in JLP managements ability to extract the value of its assets - both in terms of the processing assets and even more so the copper assets in the ground. In fact I think it fair to say that outside Slater, the II’s have dismissed JLP as a not to be trusted custodian of capital, even with the riches visible behind Leon. As such my excitement for the on the ground enhancements is smothered equally by the reality that outside of this BB JLP hasn’t even got enough credibility to be discussed at an II debate on future investments. Slightly melancholic here as a result.

Is the secret investor Enbridge. Are Enbridge the enabler, stifler or both. I did wonder if there was a clue is in the RNS mention of Enbridge checking their own pipe in addition to the items for connectivity - was this a sample item of the delays being incurred for Zephyr for the understanding of us beleaguered shareholders at the hands of a party who wants better terms? Seems an odd one otherwise on a pre-existing pipe where such activity should be BAU.

I would love to have a frank chat with CH but maybe in a few years time when this is old news he will be able to tell us of what has occurred. In the meantime, as you were.

An unfortunate unveiling of playing too close to the wire and unnecessarily as Mikie says. Oh well. Good news will still be good news, Bad news bad news and if it is just a logistics issue in the signature it will still likely be out this week. Pressure on if it is delayed by more than that as it would imply a ripple of some nature in the findings.

Bad optics will be outtrumped by good news.

You were buying early March according to your first few posts bu then had a real aversion to the already announced CLN raise just a week or so later and since then have posted 27 times on this share and no other. Since then a lot of very negative posts that allude again to conditions in place before you were buying. Given you shared your buying post, do you mind me asking what your current status is? Are you still invested and what caused such a monumental aversion here. If you hold, why? If you sold, why all the determination on here to say your original investment decision was flawed? You understand from afar this looks like a classic case of a clumsy attempt to run down the price to get a better entry point.
