Have we officially declared any venture or contract with Williams? I wonder if they or Enbridge are the partner on 36-2. Very happy they are knocking about - just wondered what Williams in particular are doing in relation to Zphr.

And thank you Molatovkid - your run through of what this is and does was very much appreciated by a non-oiler such as myself. My main feeling is one of enormous relief - signs of life. Presumably its the contracts and permits now being waited on here. Getting gas to market will be an enormous boon as it will then clear the way for further drilling - either by us or more likely in a JV process. Its taken so much longer than expected to get to production - I first invested when we were still sinking shafts and hoping for the best so aside from the expected share price effect, I am going to raise a glass or two when we finally start shipping gas. That feeling of releif is already turning to one of ever increasing excitement.

I have to say I am concerned. Zphr have gone from an over communicating board to zero noise in the last year. The optimistic side is as per the other posts below - big deals / Enbridge stalemate. The pessimistic side worries - is CH even okay - mental health etc. at a minimum I could do with reassurance that in this period there is activity ongoing in a confidential process. It’s been too long delaying our news heavy period for me not to think this way.

Maybe if a rumour is created in regard to a partnership deal if the market responds l, Zphr would need to respond - I mean it’s ridiculous that this is our limbo for such a prolonged period of time.

For months we have had many (rightly?) disaffected shareholders reducing holdings here as a direct result of the Routh leadership. Well this is now history and I hope that we will see a rerate towards something that reflects our current cash inflow - we have a current market cap of just £12m. That is without factoring any of the maximisation of shareholder vaslue that the strategic assessment of the business may find in due course.

In short we were so low in share price due to the discount applied for disrupted revenue flow and the stewardship of Routh. Both of those weighty issues have now been removed from this share and as such we should rise to a significantly higher equiulibrium price from here.

The RNS was very posistive. In the slide deck it also references Nabla volume tripling from December to January being $130m. That is some growth there as well as Vortex (though Vortex is the driver).

Low fees, yes, but the real beauty here is also linked to the ultra low mcap - £5m. Si v v low mcap with v v high growth forecast. That surely bodes well for a little while?

I think todays RNS is good news in terms of soon reinstigating a key cash inflow. Galling to have to drop the claim on the transformer provider but pragmatically the right thing to do I think in order to have the revenues. It stops us all being upset when our new transformer is inevitably late in being commissioned and installed. Once we have our new transformer in situ we can return the bad behaviour to the transformer provider and mess with their access to collect the asset etc if we feel a pettiness coming on.

I do fear you may be right in regard to Enbridge. They hold the cards in the short term anyhow. However this stalemate is very difficult to cope with. Very frustrating and I can but hope that any moment the silence will be broken.

I get the historical concern on the gap between management talk and managed results. It doesnt help that LC deliberately muddies the forecast to actual commentary either. BUT with a breakeven at current copper prices of I am guessing 300t per month on our business and the positive cash flows to be realised on exiting other areas of business, this should be a stable profitable platform for future organic growth with a nuclear bomb sized upside lurking in the project M pits as well. Will they fall behind? Likely. Will LC obfuscate furiously rather than inform? Inevitably. Have we turned a corner? Not sure- but we are turning and will see the straight at some point. Of resource and potential upgrades to it are really exciting as Mikie points out. I’m also excited from here for growth in planned production and that’s before any Cobalt dreams - are hoisted not the mix.

Helpful to realise we are looking at natural gas and not oil for the majority of production in the paradox. Thankfully there is a bit of a boom in natural gas in the USA at present despite the tough oil market. DYOR

Out run rate with no salaries must be very low given they don’t actually need to do anything. Assuming ETH and BTC don’t bomb, it’s all on satishi which in turn is all in on Vortex. We had an api commence that led to current upticks but wording was made to imply there may be more - we need api’s and accelerating momentum - I get the impression they are very close to gaining a big ignition point - get those api decision makers over the line!

I agree Sumo, on that point but a quicker simpler method would be to consistently use calendar or financial year rather than mixing between the two. You could even dare I say step into a clarifying language and put in brackets afterwards (q/e 30thJune 2026) by way of example.

Even simpler, save us all the efforts and produce a consolidated timeline chart showing key milestone dates for each of the projects discussed in one simple representation.

JMK - this would do so much to reduce noise by simply upping clarity - if I wasn’t above beseeching on a Wednesday then beseeched you would find yourself in this regard.

Are we now nearing a point when the AGM would need to be held after December (hopefully January). There does seem to be a big delay on the audited reports - whether this is the fault of a busy JLP or a protracted dialogue with auditors over an item I care not, but it certainly isnt doing anything good for JLP reputation. Add to that the recent history of fairly garbled dialogues (which for me imply a rush or lack of editorial review) in the last couple of production updates or reportings and I do have some concerns as to what is occurring - it just needs a fairly compliant set of reports or a note as to the reason for their change from past timelines to alleviate this.

JLP as ever, appear to have a massive set of upside prospects almost within grasp, but seemingly manage to trip over our trousers and fail to get hold of them.

If Enbridge are the sticking point in terms of shipping gas - doesn’t that mean we should pop a couple of gas powered BTC miners on site? I was never a fan per se but route to revenue should overcome any pride imo.

We could literally be waiting just for govt licences but I doubt it - I think we would announce the Enbridge agreement .

I agree that at present, in this void of information as to ZPHR route to market, I find I could easily shrug off a 10p offer and move on - it would be a shame, but the bank balance would be replenished and one’s future pension is usually gained via small increments rather than the large. Not so much he who dares wins, but rather he who wins rarely dares.

I agree Kalan, too much filling the airwaves rather than additional query - most additional query cant be given anyhow. I am only in favour of this Q&A on the website if it is voluntarily manned by Gotreal - repetition or misconstuction will be rewarded appropriately!

Its great that JMK comes on this board and keeps a finger on the pulse of Retail investors and moreso is open to clarification emails. Personally, I will continue to try my hardest to not email - JMK has a job to do and generally my questions are not answerable outside of RNS level comms so I dont and wont bother. In terms of reassurance, JMK and Leon can always give the ultimate communication by becoming one of us via significant director share purchases - since JMK joined we are down on share price- surely an opportunity to back out ego and abilities at these discount prices? But of course that is ultimately the business of JMK and the board. Without it however, are we at the bottom or do they see more drop before any copper production propelled rises? - the market does not know.

P.s. I think I said 20p plus end of 2025 this time last year, so my track record on Zephyr is not one to emulate.
